HELL RIDERS‘ new album “Rising Phoenix” will be released on May 24 by Wanikiya Record/Promotion. A record to listen to loud while on the road, while at home, trust….adrenaline pure!!! Ready to get back in the saddle and embark on this wonderful new adventure together with Hell Riders?
Hell Riders was formed by Riccardo Marcassa (Guitarist) and Gio Prestinari (Drummer). Both are at the same time old members of the historical band from Porlezza known by the name Beyond Death Of Humanity from the mold thrash metal. The band lasted until 2014. It has to wait until October 2017 before the two meet again and decide to form a new band re-proposing their old songs from the past in a heavy key. In January 2018, the band fields among its lines Davide Girardi as vocalist, taken from Ticino, while in May of the same year, it is completed with Ismael Meireles on bass, also from from Switzerland. In May, the band decided to rudimentarily record some tracks releasing the Demo: Origins. In November of the same year the band changes the lines again adding Cesare Massaini on drums, Caterina La Chimia on bass and Luca Manta as second guitar. On the first of December the Hell Riders signed a contract with Volcano Records and entered the studio to record the first album on December 17, 2018.
The recordings end on May 24, 2019 with a new drummer, Angelo Cislaghi, while in September of the same year, a new member arrives, the young Enea Maina to replace Luca Manta. On November 1, 2019, the band’s debut album entitled “First Race” was released. Despite the worldwide pandemic, The Infernal Biker Race does not stop and they are at work on the second record deploying new members: Bobo on drums, Sara Ceruti on bass and Dalto on guitar.
UFO fans, rejoice! The legendary British rock band’s rare 1988 EP, Ain’t Misbehavin’, is making a triumphant return in a Deluxe Bonus Track Edition reissue, promising a treasure trove of sonic delights for enthusiasts and collectors alike. Recorded in the wake of the band’s electrifying 1987 tour in support of their ’85 album Misdemeanor, this EP marked the final collaboration between UFO frontman Phil Mogg and the virtuosic Japanese-born guitarist Atomik Tommy M.

The brilliant lead off track, “Between A Rock And A Hard Place,” ranks up there with some of the band’s best rockers. Check out this special digital single release of the track below!
This deluxe reissue not only reintroduces the original EP in all its glory but also treats fans to a selection of bonus tracks, including vintage live performances and other rarities that showcase UFO’s dynamic live energy and musical evolution. HIGHSOCIETY reunites with acclaimed EDM artist Micah Martin to unleash their latest single “Voices“.
Combining their rock and metal roots with frenzied electronic sound design, and following an electrifying collaborative effort that defied conventional production timelines, the duo crafted the entire song in a single, adrenaline-fueled day, capitalizing on an unparalleled wave of creative synergy. With its relentless energy and anthemic hooks, “Voices” solidifies the duo’s position as trailblazers pushing at the boundaries of rock, metal, and bass music.

In 2020, Martin got his first cut with Don Diablo, Imanbek, & Trevor Daniel. This song is called “Kill Me Better” and it has gotten international radio play all over the world. Veteran midwest metal outfit CONQUEST return with their latest album, ‘Paradox,’ released on Friday, May 10th. Available as two vinyl records or a single CD (plus available on all streaming services), the album continues in the same direction as their previous studio offerings, as evidenced by such standout tracks as “Walking Dead” and “The Writings on the Wall” (both of which have already been issued as music videos), as well as a cover of the Rainbow classic, “Man on the Silver Mountain.”
Comprised of Derrick Brumley: Lead Vocals and Guitar, Mike Crook: Vocals and Guitar, Rob Boyer: Vocals and Bass, and Lee Skyles: Vocals and Drums, ‘Paradox’ was also produced and mixed by Derrick (and engineered by Adam Long), the band’s latest album is getting rave reviews via metal media, including the Rock You Show site saying “I have to give this one 9.5 out of 10 “Flaming Fist”. You nearly get 2 albums worth of great quality music, including a stellar cover of Rainbow’s “Man on the Silver Mountain”. I thank them personally for keeping the Metal torch lit in these times of darkness”.
“This was a record that took 3 years to make had many different obstacles,” admits Derrick. “But we made it through and it was a blast to put together. All the band members did an outstanding job from The melodies on the bass to the blazing guitar solos and the strong aggressive drumming…these guys helped me put it all together. And it turned out in my opinion over the top.”
And the singer/guitarist/producer also has some favorite tracks in mind. “Lots to choose from. The obvious tracks ‘Walking Dead,’ ‘Writing on the Wall,’ there are all kinds of different heavy metal tracks on this record. ‘Babylon America’ and ‘The Killing Time,’ two different styles but very, very complimentary to each other.”
Additionally, the cover of “Man on the Silver Mountain” is certainly a standout. “‘Man on the Silver Mountain’ for me was always one of those tracks when I was a kid that just stood out. My dad always played it and my friend’s dad’s always played that song, it was just one of those songs in the midwest that really had some grit to it.”
Lee Skyles added “Recording the PARADOX album in the studio was rewarding in the sense it felt to be very organic in nature with the even flow of the songs as we wrote them and recorded. As some songs were done with such feeling between us in the room together and other tracks we laid the drums later on the fly like ‘Babylon America’ and ‘World of Hate’ which gave it more of what you would want it to be like. PARADOX was truly a metal masterful piece of work in which keeps the old school metal flavor in a modern form.”
And having already shared concert stages with the likes of Slayer, Rob Halford, Testament, Iron Maiden, and Yngwie Malmsteen, the band can certainly deliver the goods on stage – which the band will soon be doing with shows in support of ‘Paradox.’
And fans will get a chance to experience Conquest live on stage on July 12th, when the band performs with Burning Witches at Diamond Music Hall in St. Peters, MO.
