UK melodic power metal force Sorceress Of Sin return with a thunderous new live video for their track “Poseidon”, filmed at the historic Cart & Horses—the cradle of Iron Maiden and a cornerstone of British heavy metal heritage.
Taken from their acclaimed album “Ennea” (out via Wormholedeath Worldwide), this live rendition captures the raw energy and epic scope that Sorceress Of Sin are known for. Commanded by powerful female-fronted vocals, razor-sharp riffs, and unrelenting rhythm, “Poseidon” surges with theatrical might and metal fury.
From the depths of the unhallowed night emerges ‘The Whore’, the latest ceremonial offering from Swedish black metal stalwarts Lord Belial‘s forthcoming album Unholy Trinity. The new album will be released on 27th June via Hammerheart Records.
The track stands as a testament to Lord Belial‘s unwavering commitment to the ancient black metal arts, forged in the fires of Nordic tradition yet bearing the mark of their distinctive sonic sorcery. ‘The Whore’ serves as both warning and invitation, a declaration that Lord Belial continues to reign supreme in the blackened pantheon of extreme metal.
Lord Belial comment on the track: “‘The Whore’ conjures an apocalyptic vision rooted in Revelation, where Babylon rises as a symbol of spiritual decay, lust, and power. Fueled by searing riffs and infernal intensity, the track unleashes a harrowing portrait of the scarlet beast and the dominion of the Mother of Harlots. It stands as a dark pillar of Unholy Trinity, merging biblical imagery with Lord Belial’s signature blackened ferocity.“
Track-list: 1. Ipse Venit 2. Glory to Darkness 3. Serpent’s Feast 4. Blasphemy 5. In Chaos Transcend 6. The Whore 7. Scornful Vengeance 8. The Great Void 9. Antichrist
Swedish black metal legends Lord Belial return in 2025 with their tenth studio album, Unholy Trinity, a fierce continuation of their legacy, set to push the boundaries of extreme music even further. Formed in 1992, Lord Belial has been a cornerstone of the Scandinavian black metal scene for over three decades, known for blending raw aggression with haunting melody and atmosphere.
Following their triumphant 2022 comeback with Rapture, hailed as one of their strongest works to date, Unholy Trinity sees the band sharpen their sound to deadly precision. Where Rapture reasserted Lord Belial’s dominance, Unholy Trinity takes it a step further; darker, more extreme, yet deeply rooted in the band’s signature melodic sensibility.
Once again working with legendary producer Andy LaRocque (King Diamond, Death) at Sonic Train Studios, Lord Belial deliver a relentless assault that is both savage and sophisticated — a masterclass in modern black metal.
Since their 1995 debut Kiss the Goat, Lord Belial have built a revered discography, including cult classics like Enter the Moonlight Gate, Unholy Crusade, and Nocturnal Beast. Often compared to genre-defining acts such as Dissection, the band has earned its place among the elite of extreme metal, seamlessly merging blackened ferocity with death-infused melody.
With Unholy Trinity, Lord Belial prove once again that their flame still burns strong and colder than ever. Expect nothing less than a powerful, immersive journey into the heart of Swedish black metal.

Relentless and unwavering, DRAWN AND QUARTERED return to desecrate all that is holy with the release of their brand-new full-length album, “Lord of Two Horns”, set to drop in LP, CD and MC format on June 27th, 2025 via Nuclear Winter Records.
True standard-bearers of the most vile and uncompromising American death metal, the Seattle-based horde have spent decades defying trends, weathering every storm the underground could throw at them, only to emerge more savage and resolute than ever.
“Lord of Two Horns” delivers eight tracks and 34 minutes of unfiltered DRAWN AND QUARTERED carnage: a maelstrom of blast-driven violence, suffocating atmosphere, and riff work sharp enough to flay flesh from bone. While doom-laden passages and crypt-born melodies still lurk within the shadows, the prevailing force is one of unhinged ferocity – this is death metal crafted to maim, forged in fire and performed with malicious intent.
The first single “Black Castle Butcher” is now streaming HERE.
Tracklist:
01. Black Castle Butcher 02. Zealous Depopulation 03. Lord of Two Horns 04. Into the Mouth of the Dead 05. Three Rivers of Poison (Blasphemous Persecution) 06. Grimoire of Blood 07. The Devil’s Work Is Never Done 08. Mass Grave Curse
Recorded over various periods in 2023-2024 at Plague Pit by guitarist Kelly Shane Kuciemba (with drums recorded by Chris Mannino at Die Burning Studios), mixed and mastered by Loïc Fontaine for Krucyator Productions, “Lord of Two Horns” sees DRAWN AND QUARTERED deliver their signature early-90s-influenced death metal darkness with more speed and brutality than ever before.
Birthed in the mists of the early 1990’s as Plague Bearer in the isolated and miniscule death metal underground emerging in Seattle, DRAWN AND QUARTERED would explode upon the unsuspecting scene with their debut demo and furious live performances in 1996. The iconic debut release “To Kill Is Human” emerged in 1998, self-released prior to its later reissue by Moribund Records. Two US tours followed, but it would not be until 2002 that a follow-up release would finally arrive with “Extermination Revelry”, which began to showcase a more sinister approach than before.
Three subsequent releases via the Moribund Cult followed in relatively quick succession, including the landmark “Hail Infernal Darkness” in 2006. After the 2012 release of their sixth album “Feeding Hell’s Furnace” on Nuclear Winter Records, and live performances in New York and Texas, DRAWN AND QUARTERED was forced to regroup following a line-up change. It would be 2015 when they reappeared with the “Proliferation of Disease” demo (later released on CD). Two albums would follow via Krucyator Productions, including the previous full-length “Congregation Pestilence” in 2022, which was followed by a successfu US tour and DRAWN AND QUARTERED’s second European appearance.
Line-up:
Kelly Shane Kuciemba – lead & rhythm guitars Herb Burke – bass guitar & vocals Simon Dorfman – drums & percussion Brandon Corsair – guitar
‘Nerve Parts’ is a visceral outcry against the overwhelming chaos of the modern world. Blending progressive punk with theatrical intensity, the track channels the anxiety and helplessness that arise from witnessing societal decay and global crises. But beneath the surface fury lies a pointed critique of the systematic dismantling of rights – especially those of women and marginalized communities – through the calculated stacking of courts, the legacy of Trump-appointed judges, and the cynical twisting of the Constitution to prop up outdated ideologies.
Abertooth Lincoln’s signature fusion of complex rhythms and aggressive energy underscores the song’s themes of frustration and the desperate desire for change. ‘Nerve Parts’ stands as a cathartic anthem for those grappling not only with the weight of contemporary existence, but also with the erosion of justice disguised as tradition.
Abertooth Lincoln, hailing from Dayton, Ohio, is an enigmatic force within the music scene. Their heavy, weird, and complex sound combines elements of progressive punk, hardcore, and glam metal, resulting in an explosive musical fusion. Led by the powerful and commanding vocals of front person Asche Pooler, the band’s live performances are a sight to behold.
Abertooth Lincoln: James Lampe – Guitar Asche Pooler – Vocals David Watanabe – Keys Mike Werthmann – Drums Mike Patak – Bass
The late, great Gary Moore’s legacy and influence continue to ripple through the halls of the music world. On the latest release showcasing his immense talents, Gary Moore Live—From Baloise Session, you can hear and see a master feeling every note he plays. This is released today on CD/Blu-Ray, vinyl, and digitally via Provogue.
We didn’t know it then, but when Moore took the stage for the Baloise Session on November 13, 2008, he was less than three years away from his untimely passing at 58. Yet this very special performance reminds us that the guitarist played with untouchable skill and molten soul, right to the end.
Watch the new live video for the heart-wrenching Still Got The Blues – the guitarist clamping his eyes tight shut as though it physically aches to play this torn-up lament – is one for the ages. The song was initially released from the gold-selling album of the same name, in 1990 – the song became the only Moore solo song to feature on the Billboard Top 100 Singles Charts.
The concert was from his unforgettable 2008 performance in Basel, Switzerland. Moore’s explosive take on the Jimmy Rogers classic “Walkin’ By Myself” is now available on all platforms. Listen to the blistering performance here.
More than a cover, “Walkin’ By Myself” becomes a full-throttle showcase of Moore’s unmatched energy and feel for the blues. As he tears into the track, you can hear echoes of his deep respect for the genre’s pioneers — yet the delivery is all Moore: gritty, impassioned, and unmistakably powerful.
This rendition brims with urgency. Captured in stunning fidelity during the Baloise Session, it reminds us that even late in his career, Moore was still pushing boundaries and channelling the same raw emotion that made him a legend.
Pausing only to strap on a Gibson ES335, Moore then tears into his own Since I Met You Baby (a spring-heeled groove from 1992’s After Hours, whose studio version featured a guesting B.B. King).
Moore breathes new life into Rogers’ anthem of self-reliance. Each note he pulls from his Les Paul speaks volumes, and the crowd’s reaction says it all — this was a moment.
This latest release is a distillation of Moore’s late-career brilliance. While we lost him far too soon, recordings like this prove his fire never faded.
The blues may be timeless, but few have walked its path with the same ferocity and soul as Gary Moore. The likes of Gary Moore will not come again, but while this deathless music plays, he still walks amongst us, his power undimmed.
