Game Over has released a video for “Lust For Blood”, first single taken from the new album “Face The End” to be released on April 25 by Scarlet Records.
Monsters, sinister moonlit foggy atmospheres, spine-chilling vibes, evil and gory splatter scenes: this is a full-fledged tribute to the iconic horror aesthetic of the ’80s. From the campy thrills to the unsettling darkness, every element of this song & video is crafted to evoke the golden age of horror flicks. Yet, beneath the blood-soaked surface and creepy ambiance who is the real monster? The monster itself or those who feel right to destroy them?!
video by Zeb Horsemann
“Face The End” album:
produced by Simone Mularoni at Domination Studio;
cover & artwork by Mario López (Skeletal Remains, Toxik, Vulture);
for fans of Exodus, Testament, Metallica, Cro-Mags, Suicidal Tendencies, Mercyful Fate;
“Face The End” tracklist:

A new chapter begins for Game Over and their never-ending lust for thrash metal blood: turning into a five-piece act with the entrance of Danny on vocals and Leo on bass, the band aims to take its sound to the next level both in the studio and live.
“Face The End” is an album with a dual soul: a warning about the Western world’s critical state and a call to face challenges that often mark new beginnings.
The Game Over sound has reached new heights with heavier riffs transitioning from blistering fast sections to crushing mid-tempos and catchy breakdowns. Aggressive vocals, anthemic gang choruses, and subtle synths parts create some eerie atmospheres inspired by ’70s and ’80s horror/slasher films, blending sheer intensity with haunting storytelling. This game is not over yet!

On the album version, the band is supported on vocals by Dag-Alexis Kopplin of SDP. Songs like “Valhalla” and “Avalon”, on the other hand, are epic anthems and showcase the band’s more serious side. “Valhalla” also features legendary guest appearances by Doro Pesch and Miracle of Sound. “The Tale of Sam the Brave” transports listeners to Middle-Earth, while “Name der Rose” celebrates another literary classic. The previously released “Lords Of Fyre” feat. Lord of the Lost is a harbinger of the bands’ upcoming co-headline tour, and their cover of “Gangnam Style” adds yet another unmissable party hit to the mix.
Knightclub was produced by Simon Michael (Subway To Sally) and mastered by Jacob Hansen (Arch Enemy, Volbeat, Evergrey). The cover artwork was created by Peter Sallai (Powerwolf, Sabaton, Saxon, Hammerfall).

“Franklin County Line” is the new single from New York heavy metal trio SANHEDRIN. The fiery new hymn comes by way of the band’s Heat Lightning full-length, set for release on March 14th via Metal Blade Records.
SANHEDRIN has spent the last decade at the forefront of the American heavy metal scene blending traditional metal and hard rock sounds with a fresh modern energy and perspective. With 2022’s critically lauded Lights On full-length, the band had created their most complete work to date. With their follow-up, Heat Lightning, the band delivers a diverse collection of songs that wholly captures their wide array of influences with an elevated level of production.
Watch SANHEDRIN‘s previously released video for “Blind Wolf” HERE.
Heat Lightning gets its title from the second track of the same name. “Heat lightning is a flash of lightning from very far away, sometimes seen in a clear sky,” notes vocalist/bassist Erica Stoltz. “It is used as a metaphor for where we see ourselves at the moment in relation to climate change. Collectively we have moved further away from our direct relationship to nature and have adopted a paternal relationship with the natural world, as if we have control.”
SANHEDRIN‘s latest single, “Franklin County Line,” is the fastest song on the record and inspired by guitarist/vocalist Jeremy Sosville’s hometown and surrounding area in northern New York State. Sosville recounts “Erica and [drummer] Nathan [Honor] came up to visit me and work on new music. In the process, we wrote a song inspired by the local Amish population but with a twist.”
The band rehearsed in a small kerosene-heated shack deep in the woods during what turned out to be the coldest week of the winter. It is a fictional tale about Amish girls running off in the night to be naughty with some local boys partying by a riverside campfire. It was the final song to be written for the album.
Heat Lightning was recorded and co-produced by Matt Brown (Life Of Agony, A Pale Horse Named Death) and Jerry Farley (Sick Of It All, Madball) at the legendary Utopia Bearsville studio in Woodstock, New York and features the striking hand-painted cover art of band friend and fervent supporter Johan Prenger.
SANHEDRIN will appear at this year’s edition of Hell’s Heroes Festival in Houston, Texas followed by a pair of one off shows in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania respectively. In May, the band will head to Europe for a co-headlining tour with Savage Master. See all confirmed dates below.

Just over a month away from the release of their new album Zenith on 4th April, Bleed From Within are giving fans one final taste of what to expect with the release of mammoth new single ‘God Complex’.
On ‘God Complex’, the band comment: “God Complex is the anthem on Zenith. We had a great time putting this together; not over thinking it and letting the groove carry the song. The song always stood out, but Kennedys vocal performance really pushed it to the forefront of the album. It’s a song about ego and what it means to us, to you, to everyone. This industry is plagued by those who have a heightened version of themselves but even in every day life, it is clear to see those that put themselves above others.”
