Swedish blackened thrash metal outfit SARCATOR have dropped their blistering cover of Sarcófago’s cult classic “The Black Vomit” on all streaming platforms. Previously featured as a bonus track on their third full-length album “Swarming Angels & Flies”, the cover pays homage to the Brazilian extreme metal band that released “The Black Vomit” originally in 1986. The song remains as one of the most iconic and raw statements in South American extreme metal history.

About Sarcator
At a juvenile age of 14-20, Sarcator released their first demo tape, “Visions of Purgatory”, via the American label Redefining Darkness Records in 2019. Just two years later the quadrumvirate got nominated for best rock/metal album for the Swedish music award P3 Guld with their 2020’s self-titled debut release for the same label. After releasing their 2nd album, “Alkahest”, via Black Lion Records in 2022, Sarcator finally got a proper chance to play live, captivating crowds with their intense, blackened live shows. With their current line-up fully committed to the band despite their young age (all members are between 19 and 25) it was time for them to record their 3rd album, which still features previous guitarist Emil Eriksson. Shortly after signing a new worldwide deal with Century Media Records and heading out on a debut European tour supporting Hellripper and Cloak, Sarcator released “Swarming Angels & Flies” on January 17th, 2025. With plenty of live activity in support of the new album, Sarcator are already at the forefront of an emergent, highly determined new generation of Scandinavian extreme metal bands and ready to take the rest of the world by storm soon too…

As Everything Unfolds, who recently announced their signing to Century Media, have today released a brand new single, ‘POINT OF VIEW’, hot on the heels of ‘SET IN FLOW’, released earlier this summer.
Speaking of ‘POINT OF VIEW’, vocalist Charlie Rolfe says, “you give everything you have, your whole being, your whole life, to help someone but it’s never enough if they don’t want to help themselves. I really struggled to understand how someone close to me couldn’t see my point of view in the awful situation we were in. They were angry when I helped, they were angry when I gave them space, they were angry when I stayed, they were angry when I left.
She continues, “it destroyed my confidence and my self worth having to live in an environment where nothing I ever did was good enough. It hurts deeply to watch what can only be described as a car crash in slow motion, being unable to stop it but just having the strength to walk away and value your own mental health, your own sanity helped me gain back a small amount of those parts of me I lost. I really hope that some day, that person can listen to this song, and truly understand what it was like to be in that situation from my point of view.”
Ignoring traditional genre boundaries with their distinctive sound, As Everything Unfolds have aspired to create a unique listening experience, combining a multitude of genres within the alternative realm and beyond. With over 30 million streams of their catalogue to date, their craft does not go unnoticed.
As Everything Unfolds have been nominated for three Heavy Music Awards, including Best Album in 2024, and have appeared at iconic European festivals including Download Festival, Graspop, Rock For People, Resurrection and Wacken. They have also toured extensively alongside bands including Electric Callboy, Enter Shikari, Skindred, Bury Tomorrow, Holding Absence and many more.
Off the back of signing to Century Media, the remainder of 2025 and 2026 promise to be huge years for the band, showcasing their new era across numerous tours and festivals.

Finnish melodic death metal titans WOLFHEART have unleashed a new video for ‘Forefathers,’ from their new EP, “Draconian Darkness II,” out now via Reigning Phoenix Music. ‘Forefathers’ lets the dynamic nature of WOLFHEART’s sound shine with a blend of stormy orchestrations, layered vocals (featuring performances by members of BEFORE THE DAWN, SUOTANA and FULL HOUSE BREW CREW), and surprisingly delicate piano accents. With frigid and ferocious vocal deliveries and a massive chorus, the song spins a tale of revenge in a lonesome, bleak Northern landscape.
Vocalist/guitarist Tuomas Saukkonen comments: “‘Forefathers’ is a musical and lyrical combination of our mythology-themed “King Of The North” [2022] and our latest album “Draconian Darkness,” which painted a bleak and apocalyptic soundscape. Vengeful and violent text meets mighty Nordic riffs and melodies. A perfect partner for the ‘Carnivore’ single!”
This five-track release showcases every facet of WOLFHEART’s trademark sound: raw, poetic, and powerfully atmospheric. Featuring two new tracks (including orchestral and acoustic versions), plus a crushing live rendition from their latest album, “Draconian Darkness II” captures the band’s cold grandeur in both studio precision and on-stage intensity. Founder Tuomas Saukkonen continues to refine his vision with haunting melodies, relentless drumming, and evocative storytelling rooted in Northern landscapes. “Draconian Darkness II” is a journey through desolate beauty, bleak emotion, and thundering metal.
“Draconian Darkness II” is WOLFHEART at their best: melancholic, massive, and deeply melodic. With new songs, orchestral depth, and raw live energy, this EP is a cold flame burning bright in the dark.
WOLFHEART’s “Draconian Darkness II” EP is out now via Reigning Phoenix Music! Two new tracks (plus orchestral & acoustic versions) and a live cut of crushing Northern metal: cold, poetic, and unforgettable.

Their music combines raw power with poetic depth, earning them significant acclaim within the global metal community.
While WOLFHEART’s art is primarily inspired by their Finnish surroundings, their albums weave eclectic stories that connect nature and human emotions. With each release, they have expanded their artistic horizons, continually enriching their musical expression.
SOULBOUND release the new single “sYn”. The song is also title-track of the new studio album wich will be released on 16 January 2026 by Metalville.
With “sYn”, SOULBOUND deliver a relentless opening to their new studio album. The track is anything but comfortable: loud, furious, and almost liturgical in its intensity. Blending heavy riffs, dark synths, and industrial elements, the band forges a sound that merges NDH, alternative metal, and electronic pathos, and makes a clear statement.
Lyrically, “sYn” explores the modern idea of sin, not as a religious dogma, but as a reflection of societal responsibility. It confronts guilt, denial, and moral hypocrisy, a scream against a world that prefers silence over truth.
“What if guilt doesn’t come from religion, but from everything we ignore?”, the band asks. “sYn” is their reckoning with inner darkness. Raw, direct, and unapologetic.
Following their last album “obsYdian”, which reached #12 on the German album charts, and a successful headlining tour, SOULBOUND return with “sYn” to show they’re not here to meet expectations, they’re here to break them.
With “sYn” SOULBOUND present their most uncompromising work to date. The melodic industrial metal band’s fourth studio album strikes a dark, direct tone and remains as catchy as it is uncomfortable. Between brutal self-reckoning, social criticism and sacred exaltation, “sYn” spins a dense thematic thread around the central motif of sin – rethought, interpreted in many different ways and bitterly personal.
Musically, the band remains true to itself: “sYn” combines hard riffs, brute synths, pounding beats and anthemic choruses. Somewhere between NDH, metalcore and electronically distorted world pain. But instead of bold provocation, it’s about attitude. It’s about admitting to being fallible. About contradicting dogmas and wrestling with one’s own precipice.
“If we’re considered sinners, might as well be it with purpose and flair!”, says the band. This is exactly how sYn sounds: raw, honest, angry, but also vulnerable. An album like a mirror that doesn’t embellish, but confronts. No pure accusations, but an outcry. Not enlightenment, but flames in which you stand.
“sYn” was recorded and produced entirely by the band themselves.

THORNDALE have released a new video ‘Twenty Thousand Souls’ taken from “Spiritual Chains” EP.
Netherlands, emerging as one of the most compelling new voices in heavy music. The band unveiled its debut album in 2024, delivering a sound forged in the raw energy of a post‑pandemic world and probing the deepest corners of the human condition.
The lineup brings together seasoned musicians from respected underground groups such as Adarrak, Killing Darlings, Embers of Oblivion, Epinikion and Primal Charge setting the stage for Spiritual Chains to be a significant release.
ABOUT THE NEW ALBUM
Spiritual Chains was recorded across various studios in North America and Europe, a testament to Thorndale’s commitment to sonic excellence. Jeff Henson (Duel) lends his talent to the album, featuring a guest solo on the track “Exiles and Masters”. The album was mixed and mastered by Rickard Bengtsson and Stafan Karlsson at Sweetspot Studios in Halmstad, Sweden (Arch Enemy, Spiritual Beggars).
German metal outfit Unprocessed have unveiled ‘Beyond Heaven’s Gate’, the powerfully emotive second single taken from their upcoming album Angel, due for release on Halloween 2025 (31st October).
Unprocessed comment on ‘Beyond Heaven’s Gate’: “We can believe in things beyond heavens gate – bats communicate with ultrasonic waves, dogs can smell diseases before they break out, cats can see in the night… so wouldn’t it be foolish to think that we can sense everything there is? This song represents a longing for something more than we can see, an answer to our internal questions about life and death. If you wish for it, you can be in touch with those who aren’t physically around anymore, and connect with a world ‘Beyond Heaven’s Gate’.
“Musically this may be our catchiest song on the album, with a more active rock approach while staying true to our progressive roots.”
‘Beyond Heaven’s Gate’ follows the single ‘Solara’ featuring Zelli of Paleface Swiss, a crushingly heavy track that combines an electronic approach with the signature Unprocessed downtuned riffage.
Unprocessed have also been announced as main support to Jinjer on their 2026 EU/UK headline tour, with Textures opening. Catch them on the following dates:

Unprocessed is composed of Manuel Gardner Fernandes (vocals, guitar), David Levy (bass, synths), Christoph Schultz (guitar), and Leon Pfeifer (drums). Their upcoming album Angel marks another bold step in the band’s creative evolution. Expanding their sonic palette with heavier textures and emotive and intimate lyricism that highlights their poppier side. Angel features high-profile guest appearances from Zelli of Paleface Swiss and Jason Aalon Butler of Letlive and Fever 333. These collaborations add new layers of urgency and intensity to a record that explores themes of conflict, duality, and inner transformation.
The band speaks more about the themes of Angel: “This album is more than just a record by four boys from Germany – it’s a light shone upon the unknown, like memories from the afterlife. We explored the concept of “Angel” in various ways: becoming an angel through real-life actions, hearing angels serenade, a fallen angel telling his story and becoming the Antichrist, or seeing someone as an angel through glorification. This concept inspired both the music and the lyrics. While we’re leaning more into a polished metalcore sound, the record still maintains the essence of what makes Unprocessed unique. It features some of the craziest guitar, bass, and drum work we’ve ever showcased as a band. At the same time, we believe it’s more accessible to the broader metal and metalcore audience, with our strongest and catchiest hooks and melodies to date.”
Track-list: 1. 111 2. Sleeping with Ghosts 3. Beyond Heaven’s Gate 4. Sacrifice Me 5. Snowlover 6. Terrestrial 7. Your Dress 8. Where I Left My Soul 9. Solara feat. Zelli from Paleface Swiss 10. The band’s previous album, …and everything in between (2023), received widespread acclaim for its complex arrangements and specifically heavy compositions. The record launched a major touring cycle which saw the band complete headline shows with many sold out across North America, and Europe, as well as performing their largest shows in China, and venturing into Japan, Thailand, Singapore and Australia for the first time. They also appeared at prominent festivals such as Download (UK), Graspop Metal Meeting (Belgium), Mystic Festival (Poland) and Resurrection Festival (Spain).
In the past two years, Unprocessed have supported major heavy acts including In Flames, TesseracT, August Burns Red, Spiritbox, and Polyphia. Their collaborative work with Polyphia guitarists Tim Henson and Scott LePage on …and everything in between highlighted the potential Unprocessed continues to exhibit amongst the scene’s most exciting guitar focused acts.
Central to Unprocessed’s identity is guitarist and vocalist Manuel Gardner Fernandes, whose playing has garnered international attention across online platforms and beyond. His partnership with Ibanez, including a signature model, and his ongoing guitar clinics around the world, reflect his growing status as one of the leading voices in modern metal guitar.
Unprocessed continue to push their sound forward with each release. Angel presents their most focused and dynamic material to date, offering a deeper look into the extremes of human experience without losing the technical foundations that first set them apart.
