Finnish pagan metal band Kaamos Warriors is set to release their yet untitled fifth studio album later in 2026 via Inverse Records. The second single ‘Nightless Night’ is released today and music video of the track is available below.
The guitarist Jani Moilanen comments: “The new single “Nightless Night” continues the exploration into the Finnish paganism with ethereal and melodic approach. It is the second song of the upcoming album following the opening track “Seita”, which was released earlier this year.”
The Finnish Pagan metal band Kaamos Warriors was formed in 2018 by Jani Moilanen (guitars) and Mikko Ojala (vocals, guitars). Their inspiration for the musical athmosphere is derived from the the beauty and the harshness of the Northern nature. The roots of the band rely heavily on the wilderness of the North. Current line-up includes also Inka Ojala (shamandrum) and Marjo Moilanen (bass guitar). Their presence in the band has further expanded the whole audiovisual atmosphere of the Finnish paganism. Jani, Mikko and Inka have also being playing together in the melodic metal band Dark The Suns. The former bass player for the Kaamos Wariors (played bass in the previous two albums) Jyri Moilanen is currently having a break from playing in the band. All the musical releases of the band have been released via Inverse Records.

After their 2018 EP Game On, the band signed with Wormholedeath in 2021 to release Crime of Passion, a conceptual album inspired by John Fowles’s The Collector. Italian death metallers TENEBRO are set to unleash their new album “Una Lama D’Argento” on December 12th, 2025 via Time To Kill Records.
Continuing their morbid devotion to the putrid sounds of classic horror and old school death metal, the band promises another slab of grotesque heaviness. The record features a striking cover artwork created by Julian Ibanez, perfectly capturing the nightmarish essence and macabre storytelling that have become TENEBRO’s signature traits.
“The first single, ‘Impiccata’, strikes with relentless intensity: a fast, uncompromising track that mirrors the shocking imagery of Dario Argento’s Suspiria. Inspired by the infamous hanging scene, the song channels the sense of sudden, inescapable terror that erupts without warning. With its direct, no-frills approach, ‘Impiccata’ captures the essence of Tenebro’s sound: sharp, immediate, and merciless, like a blade cutting through silence”.
With their horrific and claustrophobic death metal, TENEBRO reaffirm themselves as one of the most uncompromising and distinctive acts in the Italian extreme underground, ready to push even further with this new work.
With “Una Lama D’Argento”, TENEBRO take their most extreme and visionary step yet: an entire album conceived as a tribute to Dario Argento, the undisputed master of horror, giallo, and thriller cinema. Eleven tracks that are not just songs, but episodes of a single nightmare, a journey through the dark and obsessive atmospheres of the films that shaped cinema history: Deep Red (1975), Suspiria (1977), Inferno (1980), Tenebre (1982), Phenomena (1985), and Opera (1987).
TENEBRO translate Argento’s universe into sound: riffs sharp as blades, guttural vocals emerging from the darkness, relentless drumming, and atmospheres shifting between pure violence and suffocating tension. Iconic scenes such as the mirror revealing the killer in Deep Red, the brutal mutilation in Tenebre, or the larva-filled bathtub finale in Phenomena are transformed into brutal, immersive sonic attacks, capturing the full horror and tension of the films.
As with every album, TENEBRO continue to evolve, introducing new symphonies, styles, and melodies, while remaining distinctly separate from the wider underground scene. Their music explores new horizons without ever betraying the pulsating heart that has always defined their sound: extreme, theatrical, and viscerally horror-driven.
In “Una Lama D’Argento”, TENEBRO do not merely evoke Argento’s universe: they embody it, rewriting his obsessions in Giallo Metal. It is an album that cuts, tears, and leaves no room for respite. “Una Lama D’Argento” is not just an album: it is a sonic nightmare, a visceral tribute to the cinema that taught us to love fear.

While they hail from the City of Angels, Abysmal Dawn remain one of death metal’s most consistently crushing creative forces. Two decades removed from their very first tour, next month, the L.A. mainstays are hitting the road hard once again with the mighty Krisiun. Only this time, they’ll be raising hell with their first new song since 2022.
Today, Abysmal Dawn are releasing “Cradle of Affliction”. Even though its various mutations have been banging around in their heads since Phylogenesis, the band’s new single proves timely. “‘Cradle of Affliction’ nods to the sound of our first record and our earlier melodic death metal influences like At The Gates”, explains vocalist, guitarist and founding member Charles Elliott. “This one is for Tomas (R.I.P.) and all the fans who have continued to support Abysmal Dawn throughout our journey for more than two decades now”.
“The music is written played, recorded and mixed by humans”, Elliott continues. “The artwork was created by a human. The music video was shot and edited by a human. We hope you come out to a show and support four of your favorite semi-humans playing death metal while you still can. Cheers!”
“Cradle of Affliction” bears the bloodied markings of Abysmal Dawn. The production is crisp but thick with heavy double bass and bone-crunching riffs. Back-to-back guitar solos twist like two spires up the same darkened tower, circling back to a killer chorus that begs to be screamed with horns raised to the rafters. “Cursed in name / Blessed in death“. Indeed, few bands have ever possessed such unholy staying power.
Abysmal Dawn’s latest album Phylogenesis and their most-recent EP Nightmare Frontier are both now available through Season of Mist.

During the height of the worldwide apocalyptic dystopia of 2020, Abysmal Dawn persevered and released one of the greatest albums of their career, Phylogenesis.
In 2022, the technical death metal icons picked up where they left off and unleashed the harrowing four-song Nightmare Frontier. The EP includes an original track, a newly re-recorded version of the 2006 demo “Blacken the Sky”, and two epic cover songs that showcase the band’s musical versatility and limitless talent.
Now, as the completion of their fifth full-length draws near, Abysmal Dawn are celebrating 25 years of conquering Armageddon with their very first tour mates Krisiun. To commemorate this month-long run across the U.S., the band will debut their new single “Cradle of Affliction” live in all its accursed glory.

OPHIDIAN MEMORY is an American death metal project leaded by Blake Lamoureux. He already has in his account four records: “Ophidian Memory” (EP, 2021) and albums “The Stag” (2022), “Our Shattered Garden” (2023), “Carrion Lord” (2024).
Sonically, Ophidian Memory uses a base of melodic death metal to add and blend multiple sub genres together including black metal, thrash, progressive metal, and metalcore. Each album tells of tales based in a fictional universe where beings of light and dark are entwined in constant conflict as they plot to destroy humanity, eachother, and existence.
Right now, an Artist is preparing for releasing new studio album titled “Seraphim“.
“Seraphim” is a journey into fire that yields beauty through destruction, expanding Ophidian Memory in every aspect of its sound. While maintaining much of the intensity from “Carrion Lord“, “Seraphim” is a narrative sequel to “Our Shattered Garden“. This situation laid the ground for the blending of different musical and narrative themes from each prior record to create a statement; that the boundaries of melodic death metal are as permeable as you make them.
It’s not only a narrative sequel to “Our Shattered Garden“, but also a climax in the sense of the overarching narrative of existence, “Seraphim” brings many new factions into focus, as a war between Seraphs, humans, and Primordials rages across the continent of The Meadow. From the Luminary and Kerberos, to the Demigod Primordials and the Seraphs, each group has those who pick a side, and each side pays their price in blood. This is the prophesized end of the world, but Xathanas has already chosen to invert prophecy. They will build a coalition by crossing the line and betraying their kin in order to help humanity in it’s entirety. Together, Demigod and Seraph will birth the Nephilim to supplant The Tyrant Aekyr. It is by Xathanas’ courage, that others are inspired to fight until their very last breath, as that breath could be at any moment. The battle is light against dark, a duality inside each individual. While the light blinds, a sliver of hope is seen in the darkness…
Music was recorded and mixed by Blake Lamoureux. Mastering was done by Rick Stallkamp. Cover artwork was done by Jon Weber. Album is set up for release on – November 7, 2025.
