Unredeemer is a Finnish death metal band formed in 2019. In a world filled with false prophets and promises of redemption—offering an easy way out of pain and trouble—we offer Unredemption! Unredeem yourself.
Become your own savior. Redemption was sold to you as a way to take responsibility from your hands—but why would you give it away?
By giving it away, you give your life away. Reject redemption. Unredeem yourself.
Musically, Unredeemer draws inspiration from classic death metal acts such as Death, Morbid Angel, Carcass and Slayer, with a healthy dose of modern thrash/death acts such as Decapitated, Cattle Decapitation, Amon Amarth and Devil Driver.
So far, the band has released one EP in 2020 titled 4-19-23, and one full-length album, Word Become Flesh, released in 2022. On July 18th 2025 the band released their new single titled Shame.
SHAME follows a soldier’s growing realization that neither land, nor nation, nor history truly honors the blood he sheds. Told through a grim children’s rhyme counting down bullets like brothers, and the lives lost in the name of nothing. The land he dies for doesn’t care. No flag, no god, no glorious cause—only the final bullet remains, and with it, the truth that the only thing waiting at the end of sacrifice is silence.
Musically SHAME takes a darker turn compared to previous releases.
Lower guitar tuning and heavier use of black/death metal riffs were the perfect choice for such a heavy lyrical theme.

Rising modern rock band Bastion Rose returns with Cinnamon Fire, the sultry and explosive second single from their upcoming full-length album Traces Of Gold. Produced by Grammy-winner David Bottrill (Tool, Muse, Godsmack, Mastodon, Peter Gabriel), the track was released on Friday, July 25, across all major streaming platforms.
Following the success of their debut EP, Fade To Blue, and their newest single, Humble Me, Cinnamon Fire dives deeper into the band’s signature blend of brooding hard rock and post-grunge edge. With dark, groove-heavy guitars and simmering vocals, the song evokes the allure of danger — magnetic, low, and smoldering. “It’s about temptation,” says frontman Austin Frink. “It’s about wanting something that is seemingly beautiful, but that will destroy you.”
Bastion Rose has steadily built momentum with their cinematic sound and emotionally charged performances. The upcoming album Traces Of Gold marks a major leap forward for the band, combining classic influences like Black Sabbath and Soundgarden with a modern production aesthetic.
The metal world has been warned, and now, it’s official. Today marks the explosive arrival of “Cold Slither,” the self-titled debut album from the reimagined heavy metal menace inspired by the infamous band from “G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero” via Reigning Phoenix Music. Ferocious, cinematic, and dripping with menace, COLD SLITHER are a full-force sonic assault that reclaims the band’s place as both a nostalgic throwback and a modern metal powerhouse.
Leading the charge is the album’s thunderous new video for ‘Zartan’s Revenge.’ This blistering animated music video was once again brought to life by visionary artist Costin Chioreanu. Known for his dark, surreal style and collaborations with some of metal’s biggest names, Chioreanu delivers a visual feast that matches the song’s volatile energy and epic scope.
COLD SLITHER is a declaration of war. Fronted by the enigmatic Zartan and his ruthless Dreadnok band mates Torch, Ripper, and Buzzer, the band fuse old-school heavy metal with anarchic energy and unrelenting force. With tracks built on punishing riffs, venomous vocals, and apocalyptic atmosphere, COLD SLITHER resurrect the myth and turns it into a modern-day metal juggernaut.
The COLD SLITHER album arrives today across digital, CD and vinyl formats featuring 10 original tracks and a remastered version of their cult-classic single ‘Cold Slither.’ Order & listen here: https://coldslither.rpm.link/albumPR

Their signature sound unleashes a torrent of guttural guitars, boisterous bass, venomous vocals, and thunderous percussion, casting shadows across the musical landscape.
Each concert is a spectacle of chaos and brute force, with COLD SLITHER captivating hearts and demolishing instruments worldwide. Their music transcends generational divides, championing a dark new world order with each pulse-pounding beat. This band doesn’t just chase gold and platinum records; they aim to capture the minds and souls of their audience.

Italian melodic power metal force ALTERIUM unleash their brand-new EP “Stormrage” today, marking a bold new chapter in the band’s journey. To celebrate the release, the band has revealed a brand-new lyric video for the track “Sui”, now available to stream.
With “Stormrage”, ALTERIUM deliver two explosive new songs that bridge the epic soundscapes of their debut “Of War And Flames” and the powerful evolution leading into their next full-length. “Sui” channels the band’s signature blend of blazing guitars and triumphant melodies, capturing the unrelenting spirit of modern European power metal.
Singer Nicoletta Rosellini commented:
“‘Sui’ continues our journey through fire mythology that began with our debut album, this time shifting focus to ancient China, where legend tells of the discovery of fire in the mysterious land of Sui Ming. It’s one of the fastest and most intricate songs we’ve written so far: an intimate acoustic intro that evolves into an explosion of melodies, double kick drumming, and epic orchestrations. Those who got an early listen at summer festivals already embraced it warmly.”
The EP is also available in exclusive physical formats:
Digipack CD, limited to 500 hand-numbered copies, featuring two bonus tracks
7” Vinyl, released in three colored variants, each limited to 100 hand-numbered copies
To support the release, ALTERIUM will embark on a series of select shows and festivals across Europe and will make their highly anticipated US debut at the ProgPower festival in Atlanta.

Animate the Hatred, a deathcore band hailing from the pits of Tehran, Iran, unleashes a powerful debut with anti establishment anthem “Midnight”. The single directly targets the current powers of today’s world and invites the masses to look at current issues with a new perspective.
The band’s composer and guitarist Milad “Necrovile” has this to say about Midnight:
“I believe we’re living in what can only be called the age of modern slavery. Every day, people are forced to play the role of slaves in political games orchestrated by corrupt pigs, the politicians and the ultra-wealthy. Driven by greed and a thirst for more money, these pigs are more than willing to gamble with the lives of millions, treating ordinary people like disposable slaves. I alluded to this in our latest song, Midnight. Unfortunately, their warmongering has even forced us to delay the release of our debut single. In times like these, the idea of a bomb casually going off beside me never feels far-fetched.”
Animate the Hatred perfectly captures the plight of the people with its grotesque and bleak portrayal of today’s political landscape. The flow and imagery in Midnight parallel George Orwell’s Animal Farm, albeit through a much darker and more hyperrealistic lens. Yet the song’s message and conclusion and its lessons remain the same.the powerful survive by feeding on the weak, manipulating and draining them until there’s nothing left but silence and submission. But Midnight is not just a song, it’s a prophetic warning. It acts as the mirror that reflects a world where oppression is disguised as order, and compliance is enforced through threat of death. Using brutal non-apologetic lyrics and punishing riffs, the song challenges the masses to awaken from their numbness and recognize the system that thrives on their apathy. It’s an honest call to resist, to question, and to reclaim the freedom that’s been buried under the rubble of false promises and political theater. Just when you think that the song’s strong message hits you hard, the crushing riffs which are a perfect marriage of modern deathcore and old school death metal hit you even harder. Animate the Hatred pays tribute to the catchy structure of old school death metal within the modern deathcore medium. Just after a soul tearing breakdown, the band manages to catch listeners off guard with a cinematic symphonic section, adding an element of grandeur to its signature sound.
Animate the Hatred bio: Animate the Hatred delivers punishing deathcore laced with the grit, structure, and catchiness of old-school death metal. Formed in 2024 by guitarist and composer Milad “Necrovile” and vocalist Saleh “Raven”, the band emerged from the depths of Iran’s underground metal scene with a mission to blend brutality with meaning.
The name Animate the Hatred dates back nearly a decade, originally conceived by Milad for a technical death metal project. Over time, it evolved into something more personal. To “animate hatred” is to breathe life into a raw, often denied emotion; to confront it rather than suppress it. It’s a philosophy that drives both the band’s message and its sound.
Musically, Animate the Hatred pulls from modern deathcore’s intensity and precision, while staying rooted in the memorable riff structures and pacing of classic death metal. Its compositions are steeped in bleakness and disdain, yet layered with sweeping orchestration that hints at something grander, like a scorched opera of a world gone wrong.
Lyrically, the band takes a confrontational stance. Its themes explore cultural dysfunction, systemic inequality, modern-day slavery, and the decay of capitalism. This is protest through distortion, social commentary wrapped in riffs and rage. Animate the Hatred’s ultimate aim: to challenge the normalized, to offer a worldview forged in frustration and sharpened by perspective.
