Toilet Ov Hell is hosting the exclusive full stream of “Supplicium”, the brand new album from ADE. Release today, on March 14th, 2025, via Time To Kill Records, the record sees the band refining their signature blend of ancient Roman grandeur and technical death metal ferocity. With epic atmospheres, blistering riffs, and relentless intensity, “Supplicium” is a triumphant march into battle—where history and brutality collide.
True to their musical identity, the band continues to explore the allure of ancient Rome, weaving tales of battles, sacrifices, and glory into a powerful and immersive narrative.
“Supplicium” represents a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. On one hand, the lyrical concept and epic atmospheres transport the listener to the age of the Roman Empire, evoking visions of triumphant marches and blood-soaked arenas. On the other hand, the sound becomes increasingly technical and refined, with tight riffs, relentless rhythmic sections, and flawless production that enhances every detail.
The album, crafted with meticulous care, succeeds in combining the brutality of death metal with highly complex instrumental passages, showcasing a band in constant evolution.
With “Supplicium”, ADE reaffirm their role as champions of a death metal where historical tradition and modern sound coexist, creating an experience that is both ferocious and captivating.

ADE is an Italian death metal band forged in 2008. Right from the start, the band chose Ancient Rome as the focus of its themes and main source of inspiration: visually, musically and lyrically. The inclusion of traditional melodies and folk instruments gives the band’s technical death metal a strong epic character.
ADE have released four full-length albums so far: “Prooemium Sanguine” (2010), “Spartacus” (2013, featuring George Kollias as guest drummer), “Carthago delenda est” (2016) and “Rise of the Empire” (2019).
Known for their intense, dynamic, and interactive live performances, the Italian act has already made their mark on concert halls and festivals across Europe, sharing the stage with renowned acts such as Behemoth, Morbid Angel, Asphyx, Possessed, Hypocrisy and many more and performing at legends festivals such as Wacken Open Air (2009), Mass Deathruction Festival (2014), Inferno Metal Festival, Fosch Fest (2015) and more recently Stonehenge Festival (2023).
Drowning Pool, the legendary band known for their high-octane performances and chart-topping hits, is celebrating the enduring legacy of their iconic 2001 single, “Bodies,” with the release of an official lyric video. The track, from the band’s debut album Sinner, is featured in the trailer for the upcoming season of the Paramount+ thriller drama series Yellowjackets.
“Bodies” also made it’s way on to the American Idol stage as contestant Kobyn Melton performed Drowning Pool’s “Bodies” with Carrie Underwood offering support.
Released on June 5, 2001, Sinner went platinum the same year, and “Bodies” remains one of the band’s most popular tracks. As the album approaches its 25th anniversary, Drowning Pool is continuing to maintain their place in rock history with an exciting lineup of new releases and live shows.
“Bodies” faced misinterpretations and controversy, with its lyrics taken out of context. Nevertheless, their music has persisted, embraced by the very culture that birthed it. “Bodies” remains an enduring anthem, not just for Drowning Pool but for metal culture as a whole. Its legacy lives on, inspiring new generations of fans. Guitarist C.J. Pierce captures the essence of their dedication: “I’d play ‘Bodies’ five times a night if people really wanted it that bad!” The song’s timeless appeal transcends generations, resonating with both the seasoned and the fresh-faced.
In addition to the lyric video release, Drowning Pool is hitting the road in support of Godsmack for their Spring 2025 European tour. The tour will kick off on March 22, 2025, at Arena Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria. Fans attending the shows will have the exclusive opportunity to meet the band through VIP meet and greet packages available for this run.

Drowning Pool, a name etched in the score of modern rock history, roars back into the spotlight with thunderous energy and uncompromising power. The band’s unmistakable sound, synonymous with raw energy and unapologetic attitude, returns to captivate audiences once again.
Known for their iconic anthem “Bodies,” Drowning Pool needs no introduction. This breakout single propelled them to international recognition, leaving an indelible mark on the nu metal landscape. The song’s relentless energy and defiant spirit resonated with a generation, becoming an anthem for moshers, metalheads, and fans of electrifying live performances.
Ryan McCombs played a pivotal role in the band’s evolution, joining their ranks in the aftermath of the tragic loss of beloved frontman Dave Williams. His powerful vocals and charismatic stage presence breathed new life into Drowning Pool, solidifying their status as metal titans. Songs like “37 Stitches,” “Feel Like I Do,” and “Turn So Cold” catapulted them to new heights, earning them a place among the genre’s heavyweights.
Yet, Drowning Pool’s story is not just about music; it’s a testament to enduring friendships and a shared passion for their craft. Ryan’s return to the band in 2023 marks a reunion of kindred spirits, a return to the roots of their musical journey. As he succinctly puts it, “Just being back in the same room together after so many years… was a quick reminder as to why I considered them to be my best friends in the business back in the day.”
Drowning Pool’s return is a testament to the enduring power of their music, a reminder that their unapologetic spirit continues to strike chords with audiences worldwide. The band experienced a triumphant resurgence in 2023 and with new music on the horizon, a 2024/25 calendar proving that the demand for the band isn’t about to slow down.., Drowning Pool has a white knuckle grip on their present and future with no plans to slow down.
Half California, half the Netherlands-based instrumental progressive metal-fusion quartet, QUADVIUM, formed by American bass player Steve Di Giorgio (Testament, Death) and Dutch bass player Jeroen Paul Thesseling (Obscura, Pestilence), reveals details of its much anticipated debut studio album, “Tetradōm”, set for release on May 30th via Agonia Records. The band is currently filming a music video for the album’s first single, which will be released later this month.
“We had an intention many many years ago to make some music together… to feature two predominately multistring fretless bass players playing in duet form,” QUADVIUM bassists Steve and Jeroen comment. “That is to say, neither being «rhythm bass & lead bass» nor some trading off hot solo licks mess. But easier said than done! While hanging out, we exchanged some thoughts about how it would be to form a group to support our bass-ic needs. At that time it was just a spontaneous idea, but over the years the topic was brought up again and again. This vision was blurry at best and it took us a long time to not only imagine how to feature the bass in this way, but more importantly – who would share in this concept with us. Yuma is an old acquaintance and lucky for us, he needed this project to add to his list of a thousand others! But having a drummer that understood that 2 bass players would be filling the sonic spectrum, he was undaunted in contributing the backbone as well as keeping our outlandish ideas in check. After a long search for the next musician, a gold mine was found on Instagram reels by the name of Eve. Some of the most insane guitar (and bass!) videos we ever saw inspired us to ask if this was a project worth joining… not only did we have our final member aboard, but a studio genius and the main composer of this strategy we had so long ago, who brought it all together and focused everything into the album we are so proud to share with you now. Thanks to the solid support from Agonia Records for supporting our dream and making this album a reality! Fans of instrumental progressive metal fusion – and fretless bass! – will surely enjoy these musical journeys.”
Steve Di Giorgio and Jeroen Paul Thesseling are both innovators in bringing a different style of fretless bass playing to metal. Launching a band with two predominantly multi-string fretless bass players is no common occurrence, and the bass-duo felt they needed to take very special and deliberate time to get the right alignment with who is participating and what will be the end result – meaning the right sound and composition to represent this rare vision. Over time, together with Dutch master drummer Yuma van Eekelen (Our Oceans, Pestilence) and American guitar virtuoso/composer Eve (Myth Of I, Kaathe) – whose contribution and expertise play a huge part of QUADVIUM – the music began to take shape. The line-up is just the right blend to mix the delicate balance of such a heavy aural offering and a full vocabulary of high level constructed pieces.
“Tetradōm” was recorded and produced by Eve and co-produced by Yuma van Eekelen. The album was mastered by Dereck Blackburn at Quiethouse Recording. Travis Smith (Amorphis, King Diamond, Cynic) created the album’s artwork and layout.

Up for a catchy tune? LO-PAN deliver them in droves! The four-piece from Columbus, Ohio in the United States have long been known for their powerful blend of driving rhythms, melodic vocals, and immersive sonic landscapes, and with “Get Well Soon”, they add captivating songwriting to the list.
Since 2005, LO-PAN have laboured hard to earn a reputation as one of the most consistent and compelling acts in the modern heavy scene with their blue-collar ethic and singular artistic vision, which is strongly felt on “Get Well Soon”.
On this album, LO-PAN further define their brand of American Hard Rock, a wicked stylistic mix of deep fried heaviness sprinkled with metal and grunge, all fused through captivating songwriting into an irresistible fifth album.
LO-PAN came together in the vibrant underground Columbus scene out of a shared love of vintage rock, stoner metal, and modern heaviness. The four musicians were united by a passion for pushing boundaries. It was no accident that they took their name from the sorcerous villain in the cult film “Big Trouble in Little China” as the band set out to blend cinematic drama with larger-than-life energy.
From their earliest days, LO-PAN distinguished themselves with an intense live presence and a sound that combined classic rock grit with the crushing weight of stoner and doom influences. LO-PAN‘s 2009 debut album “Sasquanaut” was an immediate breakout, earning praise for its infectious hooks and monumental grooves, and established the band as a force to be reckoned with in the heavy underground.
The sophomore full-length “Salvador” (2011) solidified their reputation, showcasing a more refined sound and greater musical maturity. 2014’s “Colossus” represented a significant leap forward, pushing into new territories with tighter arrangements and more expansive production by Andrew Schneider (PELICAN, UNSANE et al.).
In 2019, LO-PAN released “Subtle”, which marked another evolution of their sound. The band dared to take risks by exploring new emotional depths through a more introspective and atmospheric approach, which paid off with critics and fans alike.
LO-PAN have toured and shared stages with such heavyweights as HIGH ON FIRE, TORCHE, and RED FANG, among many others, and have taken their high-energy performances to audiences across the United States and Europe.
“Get Well Soon” heralds another great leap forward for LO-PAN. Heavy, cool, catchy, and with a marked emotional resonance developed through experience and maturity, “Get Well Soon” will take the Americans to new places around the globe.

Modern thrash titans WARBRINGER are preparing to unleash their highly anticipated new album Wrath And Ruin, out today Friday, March 14, 2025 via Napalm Records. Today, they unlock the tomb containing their ghoulish third single “Through A Glass, Darkly”, emerging alongside a shell-shocked official music video.
The mini epic “Through A Glass, Darkly”, was inspired by a poem from WWII general George Patton, insisting that he was the reincarnation of an eternal warrior spirit who has fought and died on countless battlefields throughout history. Conjuring the undead with gothic guitar stylings, and mid-paced, brooding tension, WARBRINGER crafts an atmosphere so tangible, you’ll be coughing from the dust off the crypt.
About the single, frontman John Kevill says:
“Here’s the third single from Wrath and Ruin, the epic ‘Through a Glass, Darkly.’ We chose this one as a single to showcase the range and breadth of this album, offering something totally different from the first two singles here. This one has an epic and dark, mystical quality to it, as well as a real fist-raising energy. The song is about an eternally reincarnating warrior, who recounts his struggles and pains across the battlefields of time. This is based on a poem by the WW2 general George Patton, and apparently the man truly believed himself to be the reincarnation of this eternal warrior.
“To me, this idea had a lot of power and resonance, and works as a powerful metaphor for the ongoing human struggle we all face. I also thought his poem had some really great lines, some of which are incorporated here. The track, penned by Carlos Cruz, was an attempt to get the epic feel we had on songs like ‘Defiance of Fate’ and ‘When the Guns Fell Silent’ into a shorter runtime package, a ‘pocket epic’ if you will. I particularly love the soulful solo by Adam Carroll here, and I think the end passage is one of the finest vocal moments on the record. Here’s a song to look at the sky to and stoically contemplate time and legacy… we hope you all enjoy ‘Through a Glass, Darkly’ and the rest of Wrath and Ruin.”
Wrath And Ruin’s destructive opening duo of “The Sword And The Cross” and “A Better World” quickly kick the gates of cataclysm open with broodingly dark guitar work and virtuosic precision. Frontman John Kevill’s passionate proclamations are as potent as ever, mocking those who scoffed at clear harbingers of societal collapse with their misguided optimism. “Neuromancer” rides low and steady with blast master Carlos Cruz putting some serious stank on an irresistible battle vest fist pumper. “The Jackhammer” sees the band explode into a frenzy with chaotic riffage and ear splitting pinch dives. “Through A Glass, Darkly” indulges in deliciously gothic chord work and melodic leads embellishing Kevill’s already hellish vocal fry. “Strike From The Sky” is trademark thrash excellence quickly followed by the atmospheric, true cult epic “Cage Of Air,” with its tensely ornate dueling guitars on full display. Album closer “The Last Of My Kind” continues this dark gothic path with syncopated octave runs dancing around tightly dueling melodeath riffage. Wrath And Ruin sees WARBRINGER indulging in the darker elements of their sound, for an uncompromising and unflinching exploration of life’s most bitter pills.

Two years ago, prog metal was introduced to its newest, most ambitious and adrenaline-fueled supergroup when TEMIC burst onto the international scene. “Falls somewhere between Leprous, Sleep Token, Haken, Dream Theater and Pain of Salvation”, Mike Portnoy says about this new band of proven players, which includes current and former members of Devin Townsend, the Neal Morse Band, SHINING and Maraton.
Now, after landing on year-end lists with their debut album Terror Management Theory, TEMIC are embarking on their first-ever European tour.
“We’re beyond excited to bring our music to cities across Europe this month during The Theory of Dreams Tour”, the band says. “This is our first tour together as TEMIC and we will perform all of the songs off Terror Management Theory every night!”
As they gear up for this 11 date run with Norway’s progressive metal dream chasers Rendezvous Point, today, TEMIC are giving fans everywhere another glimpse of what they can expect this year when the band hits not only Europe but the high seas of the Carribean and ProgPower Fest USA.

Footage from this video was compiled from Midwinter Prog Fest 2024 and Posada Rock 2024. Footage from Midwinter Prog Fest was filmed by John Vis while the footage from Posada Rock was filmed by Burlacu Dragos.

Even when dialed down to little more than brittle, acoustic plucking, “Falling Away” is uplifted by the full range of TEMIC’s super powers. Eric Gillette (Neal Morse Band) alternates between beefy distortion and warped, nimble riffing while newest member Miguel Pereira (Withem, Big City) hammers down a hard bass groove. Diego Tejeida (Devin Townsend, Mike Portnoy’s Shattered Fortress, ex-Haken) fires off an interstellar keyboard solo before Simen Sandnes (SHINING, Arkentype) fills the bridge with booming finesse.
“I will give in to the eternal night“, sings Fredrik Klemp (Maraton, 22). The way his falsetto lightly shatters against the gentle harmonies of “Falling Away”, it’s like the band are all orbiting one another, the way only true superstars can.
“‘Falling Away’ is one of our favorite tracks from Terror Management Theory” says TEMIC. “The song embodies all the core elements we envisioned for this band: powerful lyrics and catchy vocal melodies at the forefront, a constant pulse underneath, dynamic and rich instrumentation all around, and electronic-influenced sounds adorning the edges”.
Terror Management Theory is out now on Season of Mist.

Diego Tejeida and Eric Gillette’s vision for TEMIC wasn’t exactly simple: synthesize their love for high-energy electronica and flashy riffs into a killer prog-metal hybrid. But after recruiting former soccer prodigy-turned-Zildjian-endorsed drummer Simen Sandnes to go along with the high-powered falsetto of Fredrik Klemp, together, the supergroup managed to connect all those puzzle pieces on their very first album.
TEMIC came together from across the globe, but they also share a wide variety of influences.
Check out their curated Spotify playlist, which features everyone from GoGo Penguin and The Dillinger Escape Plan to Meshuggah, Infected Mushroom and the Blade Runner soundtrack.
Introducing TEMIC—prog’s newest, most ambitious, and most adrenaline-fueled act. TEMIC melds the creative minds of keyboardist and sound designer Diego Tejeida (Devin Townsend, Mike Portnoy’s Shattered Fortress, ex-Haken), guitarist Eric Gillette (The Neal Morse Band, Mike Portnoy’s Shattered Fortress), drummer Simen Sandnes (SHINING, Arkentype), bassist Miguel Pereira and vocalist Fredrik Klemp (Maraton, 22).
The origins of TEMIC date back to 2017, when Tejeida and Gillette toured the world as band members of Mike Portnoy’s Shattered Fortress. From the very first chords they exchanged, their musical chemistry both on and off stage was undeniable, leading them to discuss the prospect of starting a new band together. Unfortunately, conflicting tour and recording commitments forced them to turn their attention elsewhere for years—that is, until the world came to a standstill in 2020, and Tejeida called Gillette to ask a fateful question: “Remember how we said we should make music together? Well, how about now?”
Thus, the first demos for what would later become TEMIC’s 2023 debut album, Terror Management Theory, began to emerge. Within a few weeks after that initial phone call, the musical vision of TEMIC had become clear: Let’s create progressive music that is heavily influenced by high-energy electronic music, but arranged and orchestrated for a 5-piece modern prog rock/metal band—where, at last, the pulse can be the focus, and the vocal melody can be king.
Eager to join forces with the very best bandmates, Tejeida and Gillette first summoned the rhythmic power of their friend and drummer Sandnes. With characteristic enthusiasm, Sandnes seized the opportunity, prepared to contribute his percussive prowess as the heartbeat of TEMIC. When it came time to find the singer that would carry TEMIC’s melodies to new heights, Sandnes recommended vocal powerhouse Klemp, whose emotive delivery and unmatched intensity left no doubt that he was destined to be the voice of TEMIC. Finally, to round out the rhythm section of Terror Management Theory, dynamic bassist Jacob Umansky (Intervals) was invited on board as a guest player, gracing the album with an unrivaled groove and a signature low-end sound.
Together, this mammoth lineup is TEMIC, a high-energy, electronic-inspired, modern melodic prog metal band for the next generation.
