Talented guitarist and composer Alessandro De Fusco is excited to announce the release of his new single ‘Oltre le Cime’, available from October 25 in digital format on all streaming platforms.
‘Oltre le Cime’ is an instrumental piece that represents a sound journey for solo guitar, going beyond the boundaries of the instrument itself. De Fusco masterfully arranged themes and arpeggios inspired by classical guitar techniques, which he then reinterpreted on the electric guitar, creating a unique musical dialogue between past and present, tradition and innovation.
The clear and refined sound, enveloped by delicate sonic environments, evokes the dizzying heights of mountain peaks and the grandeur of centuries-old trees, symbolizing the desire to push beyond both visible and invisible limits.
To achieve this distinctive sound, De Fusco relied on the handcrafted instruments of Maple Handmade Guitars, created by luthier Enzo Pascariello. The authenticity of Pascariello’s instruments inspired the artist to explore a new musical style capable of amplifying every emotion.
The musical arrangement is stripped down to the essentials, yet maintains a profound emotional depth, striking a perfect balance between simplicity and intensity.

About the band: VEIL OF THE SERPENT is a multi-national heavy metal band that was founded in 2021 by guitarist Gene and his son Felix. The two mooted the idea of working together in 2020. One year later they found a very talented singer in James who completed the band’s line-up.

KINGS NEVER DIE release new single “The Life & Times”. The song is the title track of the upcoming studio album, out on October 25th on Metalville Records.
Dan Nastasi about the song: “Basically being thankful for all the things you have and all you’ve experienced, past and present. Really represents what this entire album is about. Personal journeys and being honest about what’s going on around us. Our music is and are real thoughts and emotions… ‘Like blood, it runs through me’ – one of my favorite lines, and factual.”
Following the release of their debut LP ‘All The Rats’ in 2023 and their European tour together with ‘Dog Eat Dog’, ‘Kings Never Die’ began work on their follow-up album. After drummer Danny Schuler left to return to ‘Bioharzard’, Dan Nastasi asked his long-time friend John ‘Booge’ Milnes (Mucky Pup) to help with the recordings.
Nastasi says, ‘The writing and recording process has been very different for us from the first EPs to “All The Rats” to now. And this album was no different. We basically had 10-15 new songs in the works. After we got home from tour at the end of November, we decided it was best to start working on a new album right away. I basically locked myself in my home studio for 4 weeks and got into the writing process, writing new songs and working on ideas we already had. After that me, Evan and John Milnes rehearsed with the rhythm section for 4 weeks and then immediately went to Shore Fire Studios in Long Branch NJ to start recording. 3 days later we headed to PA to Rock Hard Studios and finished the rest of the guitars and vocals. We drove back to NJ and mixed the album.’
The result is „The Life & Times“. And although it is not a concept album, the album is exactly what the title suggests. Side A, the life side, with the title track ‘The Life & Times’ and other songs based on personal stories. Side B, the time side, really reflects on the times we live in and takes a good look at the youth or younger generations and the struggles they may face in the future.
Nastasi said. „One thing I’ve learnt from working with Danny Schuler is that every word you write or every lyric in a song has to have a meaning to you or something that people can relate to. I feel like it really helped me tell a story through the lyrics that I wrote on our last album, but especially on „The Life & Times.“
Arguably the most important songs on ‘Life & Times’ are without a doubt ‘Bigger They Come, Harder They Fall’, which was originally intended for the previous album. The title track and ‘Empathy’ are also anthem-like tracks with catchy vocals and bounce. ‘Underdog’ was written by Nastasi as a thank you to his late father for his life experiences and in recognition of the drive and ambition he instilled in him.
„Most people think that this album is a return to our original hardcore and punk rock style“, says the band, and it’s obvious that vocally they have returned to a two-singer style, with Gadino and Nastasi sharing vocals.
KINGS NEVER DIE is 100% authentic and it’s obvious that the music comes from the heart, both lyrically and emotionally. ‘The Life & Times’ is clearly the band’s greatest achievement to date.

MESSA play evoking doom metal with middle-eastern vibes. Deliciously haunting female vocals, 70’s guitars and Arabian Oudh combine to conjure a sound that is all of their own. With influences as diverse as Dead Can Dance, Om, Swans, Killing Joke, Electric Wizard, Thergothon, Current 93, the band has moved from the first occult then noir-tinged doom metal of their previous works to a new atmospheric mediterranean sound which is unique. The evolution is clearly showcased in their latest studio album “Close“.
MESSA emerged in the first day of 2014. Marco and Sara started to develop the basic concept while writing the first songs. Later on, Alberto and Rocco joined the band. The extreme diversity of their musical background immediately proved to be essential in the construction of the band’s sound. In 2016 their first opus “Belfry” was released, and the band made several tours across Europe and USA. In 2018 their second work “Feast For Water” brought the band on tour even more extensively. Their latest studio work “Close“, released in 2022, was acclaimed by critics and was defined “the sound of a band fleshing out their place in doom metal’s past, present and future” (Metal Injection). Some appearances made by the band were Hellfest Open Air, Roadburn, and Desert Fest. The band’s latest record Live At Roadburn was released April 7th 2023, offering their main-stage triumph, joined by a unique constellation of musicians and instruments. Seeming to both embrace and defy everything it means to be a metal band, MESSA mesh Mediterranean sounds with crushing doom riffs, with an emphasis on atmosphere and unusual use of instrumentation.

Hailing from the bitter-cold north, Dragonknight, a group composed of five mythical Dragonlords, battle-hardened in various now disbanded groups, together with a host of sworn followers, the Legion, as they so aptly call themselves, have united in their efforts to tell the tales of the Dragonlords’ encounters and endeavours on their path to reclaim their seat of power residing in Atlantis, the ancient home, from which they were cast out aeons ago.
Smelted from countless bars of metal in the black flames of the underworld, an album of utmost power was forged, combining soaring melodies, an adamantium wall of sound, and mythical tales written by the Dragonlords and now retold, time and time again, by the Legion.
A covenant with Scarlet Records, signed with the blood of the Serpent-mother now, has paved the way for a heroic companionship required for the dissemination of the album crafted with purest strength and will.
The release of this encapsulation of steel and fire shall see the grey light of day on a date to be later proclaimed.

Hominem Libithium is a metal band formed in 2021, in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico. Their most recent album, titled “A Darker World”, released in September 27th, 2024 with a total of 10 original songs. With it, they expanded and evolved upon what they had already stablished in their first LP: versatility.
Taking inspiration from different genres, the band members Jim Rodriguez (vocalist), Adan Duarte (guitarrist & founder), Javier Ortiz (guitarrist), Ernesto Uriarte (bass), and Cesar Portillo (Drums) work together to combine their own influences to create something unique. This results in an unexpected but interesting experience full of surprises when listening to a Melodic Death Metal tune with harsh vocals and heavy riffs, followed by a heavy metal song with harmonized guitar lines and clean vocals.
With the band’s versatility in musical styles like death, black, thrash, heavy metal, and more, they hope to reach a bigger audience by giving the listener more of what they like within the same band.
