In eager anticipation of their forthcoming “We Shall Remain” European headline tour starting on October 3, Swedish symphonic dark metal stalwarts ELEINE have delighted their legion with a new digital 2-track single today: ‘Through The Mist’ (incl. its instrumental version) is now available on all streaming platforms! Listen here: https://eleine.rpm.link/ttmPR

The song opens with punchy riffs and drums, featuring guitarist Rikard Ekberg‘s rarely heard clean vocals, which then transition into his signature growling. Madeleine Liljestam takes over the lead, delivering a highly redeeming chorus that aims to bring hope to those struggling.

“Then we prepare us for the fall”

“Sometimes you know you won’t win a battle. But just because you lost the battle, doesn’t mean you lost the war. ‘Through The Mist’ dives into the moments in the midst of battles, physically or mentally, where you may realize that you won’t win this particular battle. Despite this, you push through for the sake of yourself and those around you, fighting until the very end. ‘United we stand’ is often mentioned from ELEINE for a reason. The bond between us as a band and our fans is strong and it will always be a two-way street where we remind each other to continue to fight side by side. The song contains a part that is directly pointed towards our fans and how proud we are of everyone out there that continues to fight daily,” conclude Madeleine and Rikard.

“As one we try to rise again, raising our faces towards the sun
Tasting our blood – I am proud of us all”

ESCAPE THE HIVE Release Video for ‘I Can See It’

Phoenix, Az’s ESCAPE THE HIVE have unleashed their newest – and fourth – video, “I Can See It,” from the debut, This is Gonna Sting, debut album, which can be seen here.

The band has been a bit busy as of late, hitting California and the Midwest for a round of tour dates and teaming up with the popular Facebook group for an autographed poster giveaway.

“We took a little more creative license with the song on the video,” relates ESCAPE THE HIVE frontman, Michael Beck. The song is about seeing the truth and all the things that stand in front of that. But we wanted to take it a little further.  So, what’s further out than aliens?!! The last video we did for “Separate Lives” was a bit more serious, so we wanted to do something that made us laugh. Hopefully it makes everyone else laugh as well. That song always goes over really well live. And this last tour through California, Arizona and the Midwest has been no exception. We will be back out on the road this fall and look forward to playing for more fans in more states. Human or alien!”

BRAINDRAG Present ‘Try Not To Fall’ Official Lyric Video

Barcelona’s rising metal stars BRAINDRAG are proud to present the lyric video for the track “Try Not To Fall”, taken from the band’s masterpiece album “Coure Roent”, out via Wormholedeath.

This track is a powerful anthem for staying strong and true to yourself!
Let the lyrics remind you to keep your feet on the ground and your head held high, even when life throws its curveballs. It’s a song about finding your inner strength and chasing your dreams!

BRAINDRAG, formed in 2013 by Enric GS, has evolved through lineup changes to become a force in Barcelona’s music scene. With the addition of vocalist Mireia Pérez, their professionalism soared, leading to the release of the EP “Atreverme” in 2019. Despite pandemic setbacks, the band bounced back with new members and began recording their debut album “Coure Roent.” Their singles “Salta,” “Try Not To Fall,” and “Rhapsody” teased the album’s release in 2023. After supporting Elisa C. Martin on tour, they dropped “Coure Roent” marking a new era for BRAINDRAG.

Their album “Coure Roent” differs from anything you have heard. With soulful riffs, musically it is hard and sensitive, sweeping and romantic. It could be defined as alternative metal, sometimes progressive, powerful, and elegant, wrapped in technology and good melodies. It is an original and authentic project that doesn’t pretend to sound like anything else.

JASON CHARLES MILLER Releases New Single + Lyric Video ‘Digging In The Dust’

Jason Charles Miller has released “Digging in the Dust,” the debut single from his upcoming new album Knives in the Dark. The song is impacting at Americana radio now, while the album, slated for release August 16, will be supported by a North American tour with Steel Panther that launches August 23 in Buffalo, NY. See complete dates below.

“Timing in relationships is everything. ‘Digging in the Dust’ is about a romance that’s long-since ended, but neither side wants to admit it,” says Miller of the inspiration behind his new single. “We’ve all seen that from afar, but the main character is just figuring out it’s happening to them. The inevitability of the situation is slowly being revealed, and this song is the realization of that moment, and the futility of any future together.”

LISTEN TO “DIGGING IN THE DUST” HERE

An accomplished southern rock/Americana artist, ‘Knives’ will be Miller’s fifth full-length solo album, and first album with new label One Opportunity Records. He has also released multiple EPs and singles, and a host of high-profile soundtrack and theme music work for shows and games including ‘Critical Role,’ ‘Metal Gear Rising,’ ‘Cyberpunk 2077,’ ‘Legends of the Multiverse’ and AEW professional wrestler Brandon Cutler.

“This is the first album I’ve written where my only goal was to write the best songs I can, and not worry about where they might be categorized,” says Miller of ‘Knives in the Dark.’ “By not going out of my way to write for a specific genre, I’ve made what is, hands down, the best – and most representative – album of my career.”

Miller’s music contributions to the Final Fantasy video game franchise have made him a fan favorite to players of the game, and he is featured regularly at Final Fantasy Fan Fest events worldwide, including upcoming officially sanctioned tour stops in China, Japan and South Korea this fall, where he will perform Final Fantasy XIV music alongside all-star ensembles and orchestras.

Widely recognized as the frontman and founder of the rock band Godhead, where he toured the world with the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Rammstein, Disturbed, Linkin Park, Slipknot and Korn frontman Jonathan Davis, Miller transitioned to a solo artist with the release of his Last To Go Home EP in 2009.

Seamlessly blending the worlds of Americana, rock and country, his solo career has seen him share stages with greats including Billy Ray Cyrus, Alan Jackson, Eric Church, Toby Keith, Ashley McBryde, .38 Special, Allman Betts Band and more.
