Brazilian Melodic Death Metal Group Eldermoon have released their new single Timor Incogniti, a track taken from their forthcoming album Egregora, set to be released on July 30th, 2024 via Sliptrick Records.
Here’s the groups press release on the story behind the track; “Timor Incogniti – The human race begins to fear the unknown, to fear what it can’t explain, what and who deviates from consolidated dogma, and a blazing hunt begins for those who diverge from their faith and science. Among the hunted is the sisterhood of priestesses, who will not bow their heads in the face of imposition through fear.”
Today, India’s heavy metal powerhouse KRYPTOS unleashes their furious, new studio offering Decimator! The album is out now on AFM Records, order your copy HERE!
A music video for the band’s thunderous new single, “We Are the Night”, is now premiering below. KRYPTOS frontman Nolan Lewis comments: “Take a ride with Kryptos on our latest single “We Are the Night” as we battle through the highs and lows of touring with a never say die attitude and pure metal spirit.”
In support of their forthcoming album, the band was gearing up for numerous live dates in Europe as well as their first-ever headlining tour in Australia, which had to be postponed to 2025. Read the devastating news and recent statement from KRYPTOS here:
“Metalheads and touring bands, watch out! Our guitars, pedalboards, drumkit and other stage equipment was stolen by our Czech tourvan driver in May 2024! He took our gear and sold them to a pawn shop in Prague for next to nothing. Despite his full written confession to the Czech police, and despite us filing numerous reports, there seems to be no action whatsoever. He walks free while we’re stuck in a major financial hole due to the massive costs we had to bear to keep the Electrify Europe tour going, and to cover the loss of our beloved gear. We’re not the kind of band to ask for a handout but we welcome all support! Make sure you head to the AFM Records store and grab a copy of our upcoming studio album DECIMATOR, or head to our Bandcamp and pick up some of the merch we have for sale. We’re battered and bruised but we’re not down for the count. We’ll never give up and heavy metal will never die! We’ll be back on the road soon enough, but until then, play our music loud!”
KRYPTOS, who was formed in 1998 in Bangalore, India, have long been considered one of the spearheads of the Indian heavy metal revolution. With six critically acclaimed albums under their belt, they have supported some of metal’s biggest names, like Iron Maiden, Testament, Kreator, Exodus and many more, earning themselves a reputation as a fiery and exciting live act.
The band released their debut album ‘Spiral Ascent’ in 2004 and ‘The Ark of Gemini’ in 2008 before heading out on their first European tour in 2010, making them the first Indian heavy metal band to do so. After signing with AFM Records in 2012, the band unleashed four more frenetically-acclaimed studio albums, are a welcome live act at Wacken Open Air and played their first, extensive European headline tours, including numerous sold-out shows in Scandinavia and central Europe.
Their high-voltage, seventh album Decimatorcontinues where the band left of with their critically-acclaimed, 2021-album ‘Force Of Danger’, and sees them combine crushing riffs, barbwire vocals and powerful songwriting that grabs the 80s by the throat and drags it kicking and screaming into the modern age. If you’re a fan of Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Accept and Kreator, this album will snap your neck in half and have you raging into the night like you’ve never raged before!
“Decimator is without question our finest hour so far.” Lewis says. “We’ve sharpened our songwriting to a razor point and the album is absolutely exploding with pure heavy metal power and attitude. Once you’ve popped it into your stereo, you’re going to be raising your fist, air-guitaring to the riffs and humming the solos all year long. It’s as perfect a combination of classic 80s metal and caustic thrash sensibilities as you’re ever going to get!
Strap in and bang your heads to the raging new Kryptos album “Decimator”. Expect nothing less than pure traditional heavy metal that echoes back to a time when riffs were king and the nights crackled with power!”
KRYPTOS is: Nolan Lewis (vocals, rhythm guitar) Rohit Chaturvedi (lead guitar) Vijit Singh (drums)
Lower Hollow, the South African metallic hardcore band, is back with their second single “Burning Bridges” from their forthcoming album “Threnody: Songs of Fortitude,” set to release via Mongrel Records on the 19th July 2024.
Following the success of their debut album “Bloom & Expire” in 2023, Lower Hollow faced significant changes, parting ways with three founding members. Rather than disband, the remaining members chose to reimagine and rebuild, staying true to their vision of a sound that is fast, aggressive, atmospheric, honest, and heartfelt.
The new single delves into themes of manipulation and emotional hurt, highlighting the journey from victimhood to self-empowerment. As new vocalist Trystan Bryce explains, “’Burning Bridges’ speaks heavily to being taken advantage of, repeating the same toxic cycles, as well as continuously being manipulated – causing a great deal of emotional hurt. While describing how one could be on the highest pedestal and completely oppressive towards another person. Essentially, using them as a steppingstone to achieve their goals at the expense of their victim. This track also speaks to breaking away from the cycle of being that victim of manipulation and leeching. Ultimately – becoming connected to one’s inner self once again.”
Lower Hollow’s “Threnody: Songs of Fortitude” will be followed by a nationwide tour, promising an explosive live experience for fans across South Africa.

Rock trio OUR NOISE is back with a bang, releasing their new single “Gator” from their self-titled album, out now on Epictronic. This track, available on all digital platforms, comes with an energetic music video you don’t want to miss.
“Gator” is a sonic explosion, marrying the infectious melodies of Weezer with the raw energy of PJ Harvey. It’s a potent blend of catchy melodies and driving rock that evokes the spirit of the 90s alternative scene.
Emerging from the vibrant streets of Toronto and resonating through the bustling avenues of New York City, this indie-rock power trio presents as a force to be reckoned with. Their unique sound is an electrifying sonic, guitar-based blend of post-hardcore/punk, and heavy rock/grunge, with undertones of old-school funk bass grooves and 90s college rock. The band has been compared to an array of artists and genres including Queens of the Stone Age, Quicksand, Nirvana, PJ Harvey, Cage the Elephant, the Clash, Tool, Weezer, and Refused. The undeniable chemistry of its core members is a true triad of collaboration. At the helm is the dynamic Lucy Di Santo, wielding her vocals and bass guitar with unmatched prowess; she’s flanked by the rhythmical brilliance of Dan Cornelius on drums and the melodic artistry of Steve Fall on guitars. ON’s pedigree includes the popular 90’s Sire/Warner recording act ACID TEST and Bad Taste Records’ DANKO JONES. OUR NOISE (aka ‘ON’) self-titled debut album is now available through Epictronic Records.
Our Noise is preparing for an extensive mid-October tour of the UK (England, Scotland, and Ireland) and select regional Eastern US and Canada in November.
What would it sound like, if you´d take the cheesy part of the 80´s, stir it in prog soup, served on plate of rock music? After a while of pondering, the answer is pretty clear: this is the kind of music you would love to hear, but would not admit it. On this note it is easy to tell that after one EP and three singles, that’s what Kick The Giant’s music is all about . The bands music style is a blend of progressive rock, 80´s pop/rock and metal. Even if the groups music style has evolved and modified over the years, you still hear that same old sound what makes Kick The Giant sound like Kick The Giant.
The bands biggest influences are Toto and Dream Theater among others.

It was the summer of 2013 when Oskar Ketola and Tony Hentilä got together with an idea to form a band. Tony and Oskar had already played together in several bands and therefore the core idea for the band materialised easily. Oskars’ and Tonys’ mutual friend, Riku Rahm, joined the band soon after as their first drummer. The band performed as a trio for a while with a session bass player Kai Ketola.
Several lineup changes later bass player Lauri Aho and drummer Emilio Jones joined the band and fulfilled the final lineup.
In 2014 Kick The Giant released their first single and music video “Skip!?!” which was followed by “No Boundaries” – EP in 2015. The music video for “Space Adventure Pt. 1 Pineapple” got some media attention back when the band was featured in a finnish music magazine “Soundi”. In the article Teppo Vapaus writes that the bands music is progressive, light-hearted and fun with some serious chops behind it.
The EP was followed by 2016 single and music video “Freedom” and in 2017 single “Sonja” which are the best known songs of the band..
For the past few years Kick The Giant has been working on their debut album “Presence” which is now released under Inverse Records.
Line-up: Tony Hentilä – Guitar & Vocals Oskar Ketola – Keyboards & Vocals Lauri Aho – Bass & Backing Vocals Emilio Jones – Drums, Percussions & Backing Vocals
Volcano Records & Promotion is thrilled to announce the release of the new single by the Italian instrumental rock trio, PANIC IN MARCH, entitled “Paranoia Tip”.

The choruses, with complex meters and abrupt tempo changes, transport the listener into a parallel dimension, challenging current musical clichés.
Also available on YouTube is the music video for “Paranoia Tip”, a direct and essential visual that immerses us even deeper into the band’s expressive universe, highlighting their instrumental power and artistic vision.
Panic In March’s music, a fusion of stoner and progressive metal, is characterized by powerful riffs and metric variations. The band self-released two EPs, “Spotted Life” (2020) and “Abandoned” (2023), before joining Volcano Records’ roster in 2024 for a series of singles that are gaining excellent traction on Spotify.
