HOSTYLER Release Debut Album “Hate!”, Out Now

February 19, 2026 marked the official release of “Hate!”, the highly anticipated debut album by HOSTYLER, an Italian groove/alternative metal band from Brescia (Lombardy), released via Wanikiya Record/Promotion.

“Hate!” is not just an album:
it’s a punch in the gut.

A direct, visceral, no-filter work built on massive riffs, pounding grooves and a fierce attitude, blending influences ranging from funk to thrash metal, from blues to rap, through classic metal and hard rock.
From this explosive mix comes a personal, modern and uncompromising sound.

GROOVE METAL WITH NO FILTERS. NO EXCUSES.

Active since 2016, Hostyler have made total creative freedom their trademark.
Each track is born from discussion, constructive clashes and meticulous refinement, until reaching the perfect balance between sonic power and melodic identity.

The lyrics, written in English, cut deep into the contradictions of modern society:
selfishness, hypocrisy, superficiality, but also more intimate reflections on human nature, personal passions and the desperate need for truth.

“SPILLING MY GUTS OUT”
The manifesto single by Hostyler

Leading up to the release of “Hate!” was the single “Spilling My Guts Out”, released on June 20, 2025 via Wanikiya Record/Promotion.

The track was born from a killer riff by bassist Davide Melloncelli and took shape through the classic Hostyler method: free experimentation, heated confrontation and surgical refinement.

The result is an adrenaline-fueled, devastating song — a true declaration of war against hypocrisy.

Written during the darkest days of the pandemic, “Spilling My Guts Out” is a cathartic outburst, a brutal denunciation of moral cowardice and the silence that too often poisons the human soul.

RECORDING & PRODUCTION

“Hate!” was recorded at Media Factory in Esine, after a long and meticulous studio process that led to the creation of 7 brand-new tracks.

The album was mixed by Matteo “TK” Turla, guitarist and synth player of the Brescia-based metalcore band Misantrophia, who successfully enhanced every nuance of the Hostyler sound, preserving the urgency, ferocity and emotional impact of the compositions.

HOSTYLER are:
Davide “Eddie” Fedrigolli – vocals & guitar
Alex “Pilo” Pilotelli – guitar & backing vocals
Diego “Rock” La Rosa – drums
Davide Melloncelli – bass & backing vocals

THE ETERNAL Unveil Lyric Video for ‘Bleeding Into Light’ from New EP

Just weeks after the release of their brand-new, critically acclaimed EP “Celestial” on January 16 via Reigning Phoenix Music, Australian-Finnish dark metal act THE ETERNAL keep the momentum going. The band has now unveiled a lyric video for the haunting track “Bleeding Into Light,” further expanding on the EP’s emotional weight and atmospheric depth.

“Bleeding Into Light” stands out as one of the most introspective cuts on “Celestial”. Driven by brooding melodies, dynamic shifts, and a sense of restrained intensity, the song balances fragility and force. The accompanying lyric video mirrors that mood, pairing the words with stark, shadow-drenched visuals that underline the track’s themes of loss and inner turmoil.

Vocalist and guitarist Mark Kelson comments:

“The lyrics of “Bleeding Into Light” explore themes of grief, deception, and the struggle for redemption amid despair. Set against a backdrop of hollow spirits and shattered visions, the song portrays a soul trapped in mourning and isolation, burdened by disgrace yet yearning for transformation. The repeated plea of “bleeding into light” reflects both suffering and a desperate desire to transcend deceit and defeat, suggesting that healing can only come through painful confrontation with truth. Ultimately, it captures the tension between being consumed by shadows of loss and the relentless drive to break free into renewal and change.”

Following the success of their 2024 album “Skinwalker”, the band’s new EP “Celestial” sees THE ETERNAL continue their signature fusion of melancholic atmospheres, doom-laden heaviness, and progressive depth. The progressive gothic metal collective once again delivers an emotive and cinematic journey through sound and spirit, unafraid to embrace both beauty and bleakness while charting new creative horizons.

With Mark Kelson (vocals/guitars) and Richie Poate (guitars) in Melbourne, joined by Niclas Etelävuori (bass, ex-Amorphis/Flat Earth) and Jan Rechberger (drums, Amorphis) in Helsinki, THE ETERNAL have solidified themselves as a truly international collaboration. Their music resonates with fans of acts such as Katatonia, Swallow the Sun, and Anathema – dark yet luminous, heavy yet emotionally transcendent!

“Celestial” is available digitally and as a limited, eco-friendly recycled vinyl LP edition (exclusively available through the band’s official store and the RPM shop). Order your favorite choice of format at this location: https://theeternal.rpm.link/celestialPR

WormHoleDeath Launch New Sub-Label: Static Motion Audio

Wormholedeath proudly announces the imminent launch of its new sub-label, Static Motion Audio — a strategic evolution designed to further strengthen the label’s artist development vision and optimize long-term growth.

The creation of Static Motion Audio marks a clear structural distinction within the Wormholedeath ecosystem. While Wormholedeath will continue to focus on artists who have already released albums — whether with the label itself or with other record companies — Static Motion Audio will be entirely dedicated to debut albums.

This division allows both entities to operate with sharper focus and increased efficiency, ensuring that each artist receives the most tailored and effective support possible. By separating emerging debuts from established trajectories, the organization reinforces its commitment to sustainable career building and long-term artistic development.

The name Static Motion Audio originates from an oxymoron — one of the most fascinating and evocative figures of speech in the Italian language. The concept embodies a powerful tension: stillness and movement coexisting in the same moment. It reflects the very essence of artistic creation — a snapshot of energy suspended in time, yet constantly evolving.

“Launching Static Motion Audio represents a natural evolution for us,” says Carlo Bellotti, Founder of Wormholedeath. “Over the years, we’ve worked with both debuting artists and established bands at different stages of their careers. By creating a dedicated structure for first albums, we can provide more focused attention, stronger development strategies, and clearer positioning from day one. Static Motion is about capturing that initial spark — that moment where everything begins — and giving it the right momentum.”

With this new imprint, Wormholedeath strengthens its international presence while reaffirming its mission: combining artistic integrity, professional management, and strategic global distribution to maximize each release’s potential. Where stillness ignites movement.

Swedish thrash metal band Eradikated return with new music and a clear statement. With the release of the single “British Petroleum” on February 19 via Indie Recordings, the band also announce their second studio album Wiring of Violence, out May 8. The single is released alongside a brand new music video.

“British Petroleum” is fast, furious and unapologetically aggressive. Modern thrash metal rooted in the spirit of the genre, but driven by urgency, political rage and raw energy rather than nostalgia.

Listen to the Single here: https://ffm.to/britishpetroleum

“British Petroleum is a big fucking middle finger to the oil industry. The song is punk. It’s fast. It’s furious. Oil companies have knowingly sacrificed humanity for profit for over half a century. Read that three times, then think of this song as pure anger,” says Elvin Landaeus Csizmadia, vocalist, guitarist and lyricist of Eradikated.

Wiring of Violence is produced by Jakob Herrmann and follows the band’s debut album Descendants, which earned Eradikated a Swedish Grammis nomination in 2023 and positioned them as one of the most exciting new thrash acts in Scandinavia.

Known for their explosive live performances and intense crowd connection, the band continues to grow beyond borders.

“British Petroleum” is the opening strike. Wiring of Violence is what follows.

PLUM Continue Creative Resurgence with New Single ‘How The West Was Lost’

South African alternative pioneers PLUM continue their forward momentum with How The West Was Lost, a powerful new single that reflects the band’s current creative focus and sharpened artistic vision. The track will be released via Mongrel Records.

Since forming in 1996 PLUM has always operated outside of strict genre lines. Drawing from blues, rock, and funk foundations, the band developed an original sound that blended trip-hop, acid rock, nu-metal, drum & bass, and alternative funk a spirit of experimentation that still underpins their work today.

In February last year, the band released Don’t Stop Believing, their first new music in 17 years, a moment that marked not a revival, but a reset.

Now operating with renewed clarity, original members Kevin and Waz are joined by drummer Ryan Greenwood. The current lineup has been steadily building momentum through focused writing sessions and dynamic live performances that reflect where the band is now confident, direct, and creatively energised.

“How The West Was Lost” is a haunting, genre-blurring meditation on civilisational inertia. Drawing a subtle line between the contemporary West and the decline of ancient Rome, the track reflects on how societies often fail to recognise decay until it has already passed into history. Blending indie sensibilities with sharp, rhythmic social commentary, the song explores the paradox of accelerating change, paired with cultural regression a stark reminder of the necessity of awareness in an age defined by division.

Buy and stream the single here: https://orcd.co/the-west

PLUM’s live reputation remains a defining part of their identity, with performances at major South African festivals including Oppikoppi and Praise the Loud Fest forming part of a long-standing connection with local audiences. In their current run of shows, the band is establishing a powerful new presence driven by purpose, cohesion, and a clear creative direction.

Currently working on further new material, PLUM are focused firmly on what lies ahead. With momentum building and something meaningful to say, the band’s latest chapter signals a future defined not by nostalgia, but by intent.

Finnish melodic death metal band Superdeathflame returns with melodic metal anthem “Crown Of Stars”. The song is about the lone survivor of an intelligent species standing beneath an infinite, starry sky. Clean and growling vocals ride harmonized guitars, driving double‑bass drumming, and a bridge that swells into an anthemic, melodic chorus. This song is about cosmic solitude, defiant resolve, and bittersweet hope.

–Lyrics by Marko Tuhkunen

From Southern Finland’s gray landscapes rises SUPERDEATHFLAME, the Style-Masters-of-Metal ready to conquer the world with our mature and melodic music that catches the ear. Founded in 2007 and released two full length albums and a batch of singles and EP. Their songs are made for listener, no bullshit. The songs are hard, every piece tells a real story of life. The foundation, the Four Pillars of our Metal are Rock-solid guitar riffs and punchy drumbeats colored with flowing synths and world class choruses that are infectiously catchy. Superdeathflame is building their music with an increasingly determined focus to make every song sound simple and easy to a listener. Not forgetting multidimensional interpretation in the lyrics, that gives the depth to the songs.
