Like a stab between the eyes, Polish Warsaw trio WEIRD TALES will deliver their outrageous new full length album on September 1st via Interstellar Smoke Records.
“Second Coming, Second Crucifixion” consists of six new tracks – 40 minute riff based dance music for psychopaths.
On their most extraverted work to date, WEIRD TALES are manifesting disappointment in humanity, friendship and love. Hatred from the deepest abyss of the heart is mixed up with the creepshow stories about schizos, drug addicts and slaughter.
Starting as a stoner doom band, they incorporated proto-punk, psychedelic and noise to their music and amplified it with narcotic psychosis. Now they put it to your face straight from hell!
Harsh guitars, rapid, vigorous drums and dirty bass will fall on your head like a storm. Filled with dark psychedelic vocals and filthy lyrics it brings sardonic fun to all fans of heavy music, who are disappointed with life.
Doom power trio from Warsaw, formed in 2015. The Band consists of Dima (guitar, lead vocal), Kriss (bass, back vocal) and Smoku (drums, back vocals).
WEIRD TALES is riff worship driven by narcotic psychosis. Sick compositions and grooves stitching together riff stabs, tectonic-shifting rhythms, hypnotic melodic verses, hazy, acid-soaked interludes and psychoactive guitar soloing that eventually congeal into a Sabbath-worshiping hoe-down.
The band have released 1 Full-Length album and 3 EP’s, with the most recent – “Y’all Motherfuckers Forgot ‘Bout Good Ol’ Son of a Bitchin’ Blues“ and live-in-studio record “Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die“ having been released in 2021.
WEIRD TALES is known for varied music presented on each release and raw, energetic live performances. If anyone could capture a bad trip, that would be it.
New full length album “Second Coming, Second Crucifixion” will be released 01.09.20223 via Interstellar Smoke Records.
WEIRD TALES shared stages with such well known acts like Church of Misery, Bongzilla, Belzebong, Dopelord and Spaceslug and performed at festivals Electric Meadow, Gruzilla and Low Gravity.
The band tours frequently over Poland and Europe and played in Germany, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia

MORE ABOUT THE “HISTORY ROCKS” PROJECT Launched on June 12, 2023, “History Rocks” was developed to assist museums across the globe with gaining visibility and garnering support from a new and untapped audience of heavy metal fans. Ensuring museums are coping in a somewhat challenging climate is a personal mission of each band member.
Elaborating on this, Pär declares: “I’ve spoken to multiple museums who have expressed that they are struggling because of a decrease in footfall. This news did not sit right with us, and as a band, we felt that we needed to do something. That’s where “The War To End All Wars – The Movie” came into the picture and how we developed this unusual idea, that I’m not sure has been done before. Our mission is to reignite peoples’ interest in visiting these incredible treasure troves of history and truly connect with the happenings of the past.”
Upon launch of this project, SABATON reached out to their international followers, encouraging them to suggest their local museums. They were astonished to receive thousands upon thousands of suggestions from people spanning the globe. All suggestions were submitted via the official “The War To End All Movies – The Movie” website.

MORE ABOUT “THE WAR TO END ALL WARS – THE MOVIE” Following years of hard work and research, the Swedish heavy metal band has created “The War To End All Wars – The Movie” in partnership with Yarnhub, an animation studio focused on historical content. This is a 67-minute long animated musical motion picture which is being released in English but will be made available with subtitles in a number of languages to cater to audiences around the world.
The film vividly tells the World War 1 tales from Sabaton’s most recent studio album, The War To End All Wars – The Movie. Referring to the movie, Lora Vogt, National, Vice President of Education and Interpretation, from the WWI Museum and Memorial (Kansas, US) declares: “Certainly, there is artistic licence taken in the movie, but what I found so extraordinary was the team’s choice of stories. What a wonderful vehicle Sabaton has made to show the diversity of individuals and engagements of the war. Really fantastic! We look forward to sharing it with our audiences.”
Having completed a hugely successful debut American tour earlier this year with August Burns Red and The Devil Wears Prada, BLEED FROM WITHIN are now currently in the midst of a colossal summer tour, taking in both headline shows, some performances with Heaven Shall Burn and festival appearances at the likes of Brutal Assault (Czech Republic), Summer Breeze (Germany) and Alcatraz (Belgium). This run is due to be topped off by a 13-date tour supporting Trivium across the UK and a visit to the USA for Blue Ridge Rock Fest.
To mark this energetic period of live shows, Bleed From Within have today released a new single titled ‘The Will To Resist’, taken from their Shrine Deluxe Edition which will be released on November 10th 2023.
Their stunning latest studio album Shrine was released in summer 2022, marking the band’s most groundbreaking work to-date and staking out Bleed From Within’s bold intent. The Scottish 5-piece claiming their position as the most exciting prospect in modern metal.
Ali Richardson stated, “It’s been an amazing year for us since the release of Shrine! As the touring schedule started to fill up, we truly began to appreciate the effect the album was having on our career so we put this idea in motion of releasing a Deluxe Edition for our fans. The 3 new songs that can be found here were very nearly a part of the initial release. They’re all very different in their composition and many arguments were had whilst settling on our final tracklisting. “The Will To Resist” takes the lead single here as a band favourite. I’m sure its intensity will resonate with our audience. You can visit our website to pre-order your copy of the limited edition vinyl and check out the merchandise we’ve put together alongside it. Thanks for the support!”

JOHAN KIHLBERG’S IMPERA will release their new live CD/DVD set “Scandinavium Alive” on October 27th at Metalville Records.
Ever since he heard “Kiss Alive” for the first time in 1975, Johan Kihlberg has been a huge fan of the US American cult band, and everything he did professionally later on has always revolved around Kiss somehow.
For example, he worked for Polygram Records in the 80s and 90s and got to know the guys from Kiss during that time. At that time he was also asked to lead their fan club.
Later, Johan Kihlberg toured with Vinnie Vincent and had some guest appearances with Bruce Kulick, who also played on the Impera debut “Legacy Of Life” in 2012.
In 2017, Johan Kihlberg published the book “Kiss Klassified”, in which he talks about his life with Kiss.
After the announcement that Kiss would be coming to Europe for some shows in 2020, it was all too understandable that Johan Kihlberg immediately tried to get his band Impera to support him at a show in Sweden. And indeed, just one week later, they were confirmed as special guests at the Kiss show in Gothenburg.
But then Corona came and the concerts were put on hold.
On 22.06.2022 the time had finally come and Johan Kilhberg’s Impera entered the stage of the sold-out Scandinavium Arena in Gothenburg.
The line-up of this unique show consisted of Lars Chriss from Lion`s Share on lead guitar, Mats Vassfjord, who has been with Impera since the beginning, on bass, Magnus Ulfstedt (ex Eclipse) on drums, Jonny Lindkvist (Nocturnal Rites) as singer and Johan Kihlberg as second guitarist.
The gig was a milestone in Johan Kihlberg’s music career and also for the rest of the band, as all musicians who were on stage together that night are big Kiss fans.
The setlist consisted mainly of songs from the latest Impera album “Spirit Of Alchemy” plus a few tracks from “Age of Discovery”.
The show was filmed in full length and is, besides the audio version of the concert, part of the now released CD/DVD set “Scandinavium Alive”.
The CD also features a very special, previously unreleased bonus track. In the autumn of 2022, Johan Kihlberg was asked by the producers of the feature film “Black Hills” (an action film that will be released this fall) whether he could write the film music and whether Johan Kihlberg’s IMPERA could also contribute the title song “Fighter”, which will now be available for the first time on “Scandinavium Alive”.
