Alien Ant Farm Unleash a Razor-Edged Rock Anthem Taking Aim at Liars, Manipulators, and Toxic Relationships Ahead of International Tour Dates and Upcoming “Stage Tour” Video Game Appearance

Multi-platinum rock band Alien Ant Farm have released their new single and official music video, “Gaslighter,” via Judge & Jury Records. The track will appear on the band’s new album and arrives as Alien Ant Farm prepare to take their latest music to audiences around the world, with upcoming tour dates including an appearance at Sick New World and performances across the UK and Ireland.

“Gaslighter” takes aim at the liars, manipulators, and toxic relationships that can leave lasting scars. Alien Ant Farm turn the subject matter into a powerful anthem that builds toward a hopeful resolution.

Vocalist Dryden Mitchell explains:

“With hints of Audioslave and Rage Against the Machine, we wrote a razor-edged gem that calls out the liars and manipulators in our lives. Do the ones we love the most end up burning us all in the end? This anthem rocks steadily and races toward a hopeful resolution. Light the fuses and burn all the liars!”

He adds, “The song initially started out as a play on words, about how liars always speak in code. Native American service members who used their traditional tribal languages to send secret, unbreakable tactical messages during World War I and World War II. I found that interesting. And getting information from a lying loved one almost felt like this. Then Howard really liked “Gaslighter” over “Code Talker.” Str8 to the point. I went back in and honed the lyric to cut to the quick and hopefully reach as many people as possible, as I’m sure everyone has dealt with a gaslighter. Telling you you’re crazy, when you know the truth.”

Adding another major dimension to the release, “Gaslighter” is set to be featured in Stage Tour, the new rhythm-action game from RedOctane Games that brings a modern take on the guitar-driven music gaming experience. Stage Tour is scheduled for release December 10, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. It launches with 90+ licensed songs spanning six decades, 180+ authentic Gibson, Epiphone and Kramer guitars to unlock, and 50+ selectable bandmates. Some of the already announced songs include tracks from Metallica, Slipknot, Megadeth, Ghost, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Paramore, Muse, Mötley Crüe, The Rolling Stones, Radiohead, Static-X, and Avril Lavigne.

The inclusion of “Gaslighter” gives fans another way to experience Alien Ant Farm’s latest track while placing the band alongside some of rock’s most recognizable names in one of the year’s most anticipated new music-focused games.

Barcelona-based melodic power metal force KILMARA has released an official visualizer clip for “Alliance of the Free,” one of the standout tracks from their latest studio album, Journey to the Sun, released via ROAR.

Taking the band’s retro-futuristic universe into full animation, the new visualizer marks the final chapter of the Journey to the Sun concept. Inspired by the larger-than-life animated adventures that shaped the band members’ childhoods, “Alliance of the Free” transforms KILMARA’s music into a vivid world of heroes, distant worlds and epic adventure.

“We wanted to bring the story of ‘Alliance of the Free’ to life in a way that could go beyond the limits of a live-action video. Animation has allowed us to create worlds, characters and emotions that would have been impossible to achieve otherwise, giving a visual dimension to the story we had imagined from the very beginning.

Deep down, this project is also a tribute to the legendary series we grew up with — classics like Masters of the Universe, G-Force (Comando G), Ulysses 31, or Mazinger Z. Released on January 31, 2025 via ROAR, Journey to the Sun saw KILMARA enter a powerful new chapter in their career. Rooted in melodic and power metal while embracing orchestrations, retro synthesizers and progressive elements, the album builds its conceptual world around the arcade halls of the late ’80s: a place of first loves, unbreakable friendships, rivalries, defeats and hard-earned victories.

Phoenix Death Metal Force ETERNAL Officially Sign to BLKIIBLK, Working on Second Full-Length Album

BLKIIBLK is proud to announce the signing of Phoenix, Arizona death metal force ETERNAL.
 
With 2024’s highly touted ‘Cryptic Lust’ (Carbonized Records), the four-piece drew an avalanche of praise from the death metal underground. The Resident Sound called ‘Cryptic Lust’ “incredible,” singling out its combination of old-school death metal vocals and thrash-metal crunch and recommending the album to fans of Cannibal Corpse, Testament and Gorement.
 
The album also caught the ear of Spirit Adrift/Neon Nightmare frontman Nate Garrett, who praised ETERNAL’s “memorable songwriting” and the band’s razor-sharp intersection of the classic early-’90s Scott Burns-era sounds of Obituary and Deicide with the thrashier old-school fire of early Entombed, Sepultura and Testament.
 
Spearheaded by frontman/guitarist Emilio Ortega and drummer Xander Bridge, ETERNAL have been doing things very much on their own terms since forming in 2021, self-producing and mixing their releases including 2022’s ‘Forsaken Memories’ EP, 2023’s ‘Faceless Evil’ EP and ‘Cryptic Lust.’ Still in their 20s, ETERNAL have already carved out a serious footprint for themselves and, more importantly, have the songs to distinguish them from an increasingly crowded old-school death metal underground.

They’ve backed it up live as well, touring the U.S. with fellow Arizonans Gatecreeper and sharing stages with the likes of Possessed, Vader and now-labelmates Nunslaughter.
 
Ortega comments on what’s to expect of ETERNAL’s newly forged alliance withBLKIIBLK:
 
“We looked beyond our direct influences, tracing things backwards to what inspired the bands that inspired us and finding ways to make those ideas our own. We’re pushing ourselves further than we have before. We’re incredibly proud of where it’s going. We’re excited to be sharing this with a new label partner but most importantly, our fans.”
 
“’Cryptic Lust’ was an undeniable record, and the band backed it up live, no question,”says BLKIIBLK and Frontiers Label Group Head of A&R Mike Gitter. “They’re worshippers of the classic Morrisound sound that is part of the foundation of death metal itself, but that’s just the beginning. ETERNAL understand riffs, they understand songs and, most importantly, they know how to write the classics like very few of their contemporaries can even approach.”
 
ETERNAL are currently putting the final touches on their second full-length and BLKIIBLK debut, due in 2027, but before that they’ll take another major step forward with their first European tour this October, joining New York death metal legends Suffocation alongside UK slam overlords Ingested and Undeath.

DARKEST HOUR Release New Single & Video ‘Warrior’ + Headline U.S. Tour for December 2026

Washington, D.C. metalcore pioneers DARKEST HOUR release their new single and video, “Warrior,” today. This is the second single from the band’s forthcoming album, Suffer Divine, out on October 30.

Guitarist Mike Schleibaum comments, “This song showcases our melodic death metal tendencies with a bit of a modern twist. It draws you deep into a fresh yet familiar DH sound. I love the progressiveness of Nico’s solo, the intricacy of Travis’ drum work, Deal’s devastating low end, John’s vocal delivery, and lyrical density. This album is full of both rage and technicality. It’s furious with focused intent, and this song is a perfect example of that in action.”

Vocalist John Henry adds, “Lyrically, this song is meant to reach out to the intrapersonal warrior. The internal struggle is often the most important battle we ever fight. This song touches on the idea of gaining control of your thoughts, actions, and purpose. It’s meant to be fuel for action.”

Acclaimed filmmaker Thomas Mignone directed the accompanying video for “Warrior” for DOOM Inc.

Schleibaum says, “The video for ‘Warrior’ is heavily inspired by one of our favorite movies, Raging Bull AND one of our favorite music videos, ‘Mama Said Knock You Out.’ This video is both fun and tough at the same time.”

The band has also announced a headlining U.S. tour with direct support from Judiciary. The dates kick off on December 1 in Austin, TX, right after the band wraps up their run with Fear Factory.

Italian post-black metal collective DIE SÜNDE return with “Ed egli mostrerà noi il suo volere”, the second single taken from their forthcoming debut album “Effemeridi”, due out on November 13, 2026 via Time To Kill Records.

The new track continues a sonic journey built around sharp contrasts and carefully calibrated dynamics. Black metal abrasion meets post-metal and post-hardcore sensibilities, pursuing an emotional intensity that keeps the music in constant motion.

“‘Ed egli mostrerà noi il suo volere’ is the third track from our new album ‘Effemeridi’ and probably the most direct and frantic song we have ever written.
Broken time signatures, chaotic rhythms and ferocious lyrics paint a picture of desperate, disjointed movements against an relentless swell of waves, in a futile attempt to overcome the storm that has engulfed us.
Until, pushed to the brink of exhaustion, we finally succumb to the sea, which ultimately claims its tribute as we continue our long descent into its depths”.

Following two acclaimed EPs – the self-titled “Die Sünde” in 2020 and “Strega” in 2022 – DIE SÜNDE now bring their particular vision into a full-length format, further developing a sound that has always resisted easy categorization. Black metal and post-hardcore/metal remain fundamental reference points, but the band’s approach has never been about simply combining genres. Instead, their music unfolds through contrasts, sudden shifts and carefully shaped dynamics, moving between abrasive intensity, spacious passages and moments of profound melancholy.

With “Effemeridi”, DIE SÜNDE complete a chapter that began with their early EPs while opening a considerably broader field for their songwriting. The album finds the band embracing greater compositional depth without sacrificing the raw emotional impulse that has defined their music from the beginning. Violent outbursts, melodic fragments, clean and harsh vocals, choral elements and more atmospheric passages coexist within a cohesive framework, allowing each song to develop its own trajectory.
