And to end the year right with some cosmic tunes, THE HOLEUM is known for, we present the first single The Fermi Paradox of the forthcoming new effort.

Track list:

01. The Fermi Paradox
02. Cosmic Void Spheres
03. Macrocosm + Microcosm
04. Spontaneous Synchronization
05. Hyperdimensional Physics
06. Esoteric Futuristic Visions
07. Geometric Congruence Vortex

PRE-ORDER | PRE-SAVE ENSIS HERE

Baptized with a name derived from astrophysical theories about dark matter and black holes, THE HOLEUM was formed in 2014 in Alicante, Spain. Founded by former members of NahemaH, Demised, quantumXperience, Hela, Neptunian Sun, and Priest of Dawn, the quintet set out to push the boundaries of heavy music and to intensify the emotional impact of darkness in sound. Their concept is both cosmic and sonic: “THE HOLEUM is related to the dark matter that forms the black holes in the universe. THE HOLEUM is not a black hole, but black holes are formed by The Holeum. That is the idea from which we extract our concept – we are a sonic and cosmic vision of the sublime.”

With their third album “Ensis” (2025), the band continues its journey through experimental metal, death doom, melodic metal, and post-metal. This work is more than a continuation – it is a condensation and expansion of their previous soundscape. “Ensis” reveals itself as finely nuanced, challenging, yet at the same time profoundly sensitive and multifaceted. The songs unfold like cosmic landscapes where heaviness and melancholy meet subtle emotionality. The intensity remains palpable, but it is complemented by a deeper sensitivity that draws the listener into a fragile balance between harshness and delicacy. “Ensis” is an album that demands and touches at once – a work that makes the complexity of human existence audible in the mirror of the universe.

SISTER KILL CYCLE Unleash Dark, Industrial Reckoning of CCR’s Classic ‘Bad Moon Rising’

SISTER KILL CYCLE is back—and this time, they’re staring straight into the storm as they take the iconic Creedence Clearwater Revival classic song and is reborn as a crushing anthem for uncertain times.

The industrial rock provocateurs have released a ferocious new cover of “Bad Moon Rising,” transforming the legendary CCR anthem into a menacing, modern-day prophecy drenched in distortion, grit, and raw intensity. Where the original warned of trouble on the horizon, SISTER KILL CYCLE turns that warning into a full-scale sonic uprising.

From the first pulse to the final note, “Bad Moon Rising” is reimagined through the band’s signature blend of industrial aggression, dark atmospheres, and unrelenting rhythm.

Grinding guitars collide with pounding electronics, while the vocals deliver the song’s ominous message with a snarling urgency that feels eerily relevant in today’s fractured world.

SISTER KILL CYCLE has long been known for pushing boundaries and refusing to play it safe, and this release is no exception. By taking a timeless rock classic and injecting it with industrial firepower, the band bridges generations—connecting the paranoia and unrest of the past with the volatile energy of now.

Perfect for fans of hard-hitting industrial rock, dark alternative, and fearless reinterpretations, “Bad Moon Rising” stands as both a tribute and a warning: the moon is rising, the tension is building, and SISTER KILL CYCLE is here to soundtrack the fallout.

Hungarian Speed Maniacs TÜRBÖWITCH Sign to Time To Kill Records

Hungarian speed maniacs TÜRBÖWITCH have officially signed with Time To Kill Records for the release of their third full-length album, scheduled to see the light in the first half of 2026. The agreement marks a new and decisive step forward for the Budapest-based band, whose uncompromising attitude and relentless live energy have steadily earned them a strong reputation within the European underground.

The upcoming record promises to be a concentrated blast of massive riffs and instinctive urgency, pushing TÜRBÖWITCH’s sound to its most focused and ferocious form to date. Rooted in blackened speed-thrash, the album blends the raw savagery and punk-fueled aggression of acts like Midnight, the sharp thrash precision of The Crown, and the dark, melodic drive of Hellripper, while maintaining a clearly identifiable personality. Melodic accents punctuate the chaos, adding depth and character without ever dulling the band’s visceral impact.

Faithful to their no-compromise ethos, TÜRBÖWITCH channel the spirit of ’80s extreme metal through a modern sense of immediacy, delivering songs that are fast, filthy, and built for maximum impact. With Time To Kill Records now backing the release, the band are poised to bring their unholy speed assault to a broader audience, while remaining firmly rooted in the reckless intensity that has defined them since day one.

Biography:

TÜRBÖWITCH was born in 2016 in Budapest, founded by vocalist Zslöd and guitarist Kommandante Klit as a raw, no-frills tribute to the sonic fury and visual madness of ’80s extreme metal. What started as a fun side project between longtime friends quickly evolved into a far more focused and dedicated band, without ever losing its unfiltered energy and love for chaos.

Over time, TÜRBÖWITCH grew into a full-fledged live five-piece. Their discography began with a demo in 2016, followed by the debut full-length “Napalm to Posers” (2017), the EP “Beyond the Last Call” (2018), and their second album “Fullmoon Liquorthropy”, released in late 2022.

Musically, TÜRBÖWITCH deliver a volatile mix of early thrash metal aggression, speed metal velocity, and a heavy dose of punk attitude: fast, loud, and completely unrepentant.

On stage, the band have shared the chaos with cult acts from around the world such as Abigail (JP), Mystifier (BR), Nuclear (CL), Blackevil (DE), Adversor (IT), Sexmag (PL), Necro Ritual (UK), Siberian Meat Grinder (RU), Deströyer 666 (AU), and Nunslaughter (US), always bringing booze-fueled energy and unrelenting volume to the pit.

Their momentum reached a new peak in June 2024, when they won the Wacken Metal Battle Hungary finals, earning a coveted slot at the legendary Wacken Open Air in August 2024, where they unleashed their sonic assault on the world’s biggest metal festival stage.

In March 2025, TÜRBÖWITCH hit the road with Swedish heavy metal titans Enforcer, taking their explosive live energy to even wider European audiences.

Hopelessly addicted to fast riffs, unholy noise, and loud parties, TÜRBÖWITCH continue to thrive in the filth and fury of the underground metal scene.

Line-up:

Botond “Khäosz Bringer” Kasper – Drums, Vocals (Backing)
Péter “Mr. Fireball” Tóth – Guitars (Rhythm), Vocals (Backing)
Valdemár “Välde” Volcsánszky – Bass

Maltese BOUND TO PREVAIL Drop New Single for Upcoming Album Title-Track ‘Enthroned in Torment’

Posted by tarjavirmakari on December 29, 2025
Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: BOUND TO PREVAIL. Leave a comment

Maltese death metallers BOUND TO PREVAIL have unveiled the title track from their upcoming debut full-length album, “Enthroned in Torment”, now available as a new single. The song offers a further insight into the band’s approach, built on compact, forceful riffing and a dynamic balance between aggression and structure. “Enthroned in Torment” is set for release on January 7th, 2026 via Lethal Scissor Records.

Stream the title track at THIS LOCATION.

The record is a powerful rediscovery and reinterpretation of the early 2000s death metal vein, blending old-school brutality with a modern edge. Drawing on the technical ferocity of old masters like Suffocation and Monstrosity, as well as the more extreme, yet precise, pummeling approaches of Beheaded, Hour of Penance and Inveracity, the album delivers tracks that are simultaneously tense, technical and fluid, giving every riff room to breathe and strike with maximum impact.

“Enthroned in Torment” fuses the relentless aggression of classic death metal with contemporary clarity and production, creating a sound that honors the past while feeling undeniably current. Crushing drumming, thunderous bass, and razor-sharp guitars intertwine with menacing vocals to forge an unrelenting wall of sound. The album explores the morbid tension between malevolence and benevolence, set in a chaotic realm shaped by false beliefs and deceitful ambitions.

With this debut, BOUND TO PREVAIL stake their claim in European death metal, offering a masterful balance of old-school intensity and modern precision that will captivate fans of both eras.

Tracklist:

01. The Nevergod
02. Into the Depths
03. Defier of Empires
04. Consecrated Perdition
05. Atone in Blasphemy
06. Dawn of Emptiness
07. Tomb of the Graveless
08. Enthroned in Torment

BOUND TO PREVAIL’s brand of death metal is influenced by a wide variety of extreme music subgenres, with each band member bringing their own distinct influences to the songwriting process. BOUND TO PREVAIL’s core sound fuses aggressive, frantic, pounding rhythmic passages with instantly recognizable melodic overtones.

Founded in the fall of 2014, the Maltese band hit the ground running and quickly set their sights on staking a claim on the local underground metal scene. Their well-received debut live performance at the Malta Xtreme Metal Assault Festival in the summer of 2016 was quickly followed by a number of shows, including supporting slots for renowned international acts such as Fleshgod Apocalypse, Vader, Entombed A.D., and Mayhem.

In 2017, BOUND TO PREVAIL entered XiR Studio to record their first official EP, “Omen of Iniquity”, before traveling to Sweden to have it mixed and mastered by renowned producer and engineer Ronnie Björnström at Enhanced Audio Productions, known for his work with Aeon and Beheaded. The five tracks on “Omen of Iniquity” perfectly showcase the band’s trademark sound.

BOUND TO PREVAIL performed at the Deathfeast Open Air 10th Anniversary Edition in Andernach, Germany, earning praise for both the EP and their performance alongside legendary acts such as Suffocation, Cryptopsy, and Vital Remains. Further shows that winter included supporting Dutch death metal legends Sinister.

In March 2018, the band joined the Blood Stained Earth Tour, supporting Venom Inc., Suffocation, Nervosa, and Aeternam in Manchester, UK. In May, they performed at the first edition of SinFest alongside Hecate Enthroned, Carach Angren, and Necronomicon. Later that summer, they headlined Malta’s Farsons Beer Festival Rock Stage, becoming the first death metal band to play one of the island’s largest music festivals.

In 2019, BOUND TO PREVAIL represented Malta at the first World Metal Congress in London, an international gathering endorsed by Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath) and featuring speakers and musicians including Barney Greenway (Napalm Death), Kim Kelly (Noisey), Tim Hömann (Wacken Open Air), and Dom Lawson (Metal Hammer). The year concluded with support dates for Suffocation, Belphegor, God Dethroned, and Nordjevel on the Europe Under Black Death Fire tour, as well as performances at the Antitrend and Enter The Eternal Fire festivals in the Czech Republic.

The band performed at the 2022 Obscene Extreme, MetalDays, and Deathfeast Open Air festivals, and at the 2023 editions of Farsons Beer Festival and Malta Death Fest. BOUND TO PREVAIL continue to work on securing additional local and European shows.

In 2024, the band entered SpineSplitter Studio to record, mix, and master their latest album, “Enthroned in Torment”, to be released via Lethal Scissor Records.
