Dynamic London-based duo WARGASM has uncovered the explosive music video for their song “Super Fiend”. Watch the video HERE.

Paper Magazine who premiered the video said: “‘Super Fiend” pushes past the point of aggravation and lays it all out on the table.” Check it out HERE.

On “Super Fiend” the band said: “Inspired by the bleakness of the 2000AD comic universe, the sound of slipknot and the way our society is moving: we wrote this song because we want to be left alone, free from fake friends and the posturing that can plague the relationships around us. It’s nice to be nice, but it’s also nice sometimes to just be. With the human experience comes a spectrum of emotions. Anger is energy, suck it up and feel how you feel.”

The pair is currently on European tour with Enter Shikari. This follows their recent team up with the group for “The Void Stares Back.” Right out of the gate, it reeled in 1.5 million Spotify streams and 209K YouTube views on the music video. Not to mention they will be rejoining Limp Bizkit as they embark on their UK and European tour.

Earlier this year the duo performed with them on their North American Still Sucks Tour making stops at some of the country’s iconic arenas including Madison Square Garden. See full tour dates below.
 
Across the 7-tracks of EXPLICIT: THE MIXXXTAPE, showcases their talent for innovative and chaotic melodies. EXPLICIT: THE MIXXXTAPE  features the aforementioned single “Super Fiend”, along with the previously released songs “D.R.I.L.D.O” “Fukstar” “Salma Hayek” and “Pyro Pyro”. Additionally, this year has seen WARGASM grace the covers of Alternative Press and Kerrang!

Elsewhere WARGASM made history at the Kerrang! Awards 2022, walking away with the first-ever New Noise Award.

ABOUT WARGASM:
Modern life is war: we are Wargasm. Three years ago this project began as a retaliation to the stagnant state of rock music around the world. A lot of synth and hip-hop has the same energy and elements as metal. Genre is dead and we’re living off of “Energy.” Wargasm was born in the right place and the right time to capture that feeling. This should be sexy and violent. Whatever people think, they’ll think. We hope you find something from it, but we also don’t care if you don’t. All we can do is guide you here.
We called our mixtape Explicit, because Rock & Roll lost its way and abandoned its taboos. We’re here to add some new ones. We’re here to do horny rock music, because no one else is. We’re here to confuse you. We’re here to prove everyone wrong. We’re here to make you say, “What the fuck?”

A few years ago, they met and incorporated synthesizers into their bloodthirsty brand of metallic mayhem. The single “Spit.” ripped a hole through streaming services with over 3.7 million Spotify streams. Buzz increased as they dropped “Rage All Over,” “Salma Hayek,” and “Scratchcard Feeling.” NME named them among “100 Acts to Watch in 2021,” and Alternative Press touted them on its “New Bands To Watch” cover in 2021. They took home “Best UK Breakthrough” at The Heavy Music Awards. Beyond gigs with Yungblud and Creeper, they left audiences stunned at Reading and Leeds Festival, Download Pilot Festival, Bloodstock, Louder Than Life and Riot Festival.
