Icelandic heavy metal outfit POWER PALADIN have released their highly anticipated new album Beyond The Reach Of Enchantment today via ROAR – A Division of Reigning Phoenix Music.

In celebration of the release, the band have just unveiled a new music video for the track “The Arcane Tower”, featuring a guest appearance by Tommy Johansson of Majestica. The clip offers a behind-the-scenes look into the studio recording process, interwoven with performance footage that captures the band’s dynamic energy.

Southern California roots-rockers Robert Jon & The Wreck return with “Run Back To Me,” an emotionally compelling heartfelt ballad self-produced by the band, and released Friday March 27, ahead of their Heartbreaks & Last Goodbyes April and May 2026 U.K. and European tour.

The initial idea for “Run Back to Me” first came to songwriter Desirae Megan as she was scrolling through Instagram and came across a beautiful photo of Robert Jon and his family. She felt deeply in that moment, thinking about how hard it can be to be away from the ones you love while on tour. A melody immediately popped into her head, and she knew she wanted to write something to help Robert, River, and Rachael feel more connected to Robert Jon while he was away on tour.

Months later a road trip to Phoenix, Arizona, for a RJTW gig with partner and keyboardist for the band, Jake Abernathie, Desirae floated the idea and they immediately began working on it during the 5-hour drive to the gig. This was the initial birth point of what would later be called “Run Back to Me,” a poignant southern rock ballad about staying connected to the ones you love when you’re away.

Since forming in 2011, Robert Jon & The Wreck; Robert Jon Burrison (vocals, guitar), Henry James (lead guitar, vocals), Andrew Espantman (drums, vocals), Warren Murrel (bass), and Jake Abernathie (keyboards) – have built a devoted global following through relentless touring and an unshakable live chemistry that bridges Southern rock tradition with California soul.

Scotland’s ibex-obsessed blackened thrash bastard of Hades, otherwise known as HELLRIPPER, is pleased to finally release his latest offering, ‘Coronach,’ today via Century Media Records! In celebration, HELLRIPPER is now sharing a lyric video for the raucous anthem, “Blakk Satanik Fvkkstorm.” The video was created by Cloud Motion Design and can be found at THIS LOCATION.

HELLRIPPER mastermind James McBain says of the album, “‘Coronach’ is a personal exploration of Scottish Culture — its music, literature, history & folklore. The album is the culmination of 3 years of hard work, and is a project that totally consumed me. From Pictish mysteries to Victorian Gothic literature, sinister lore, classic Scottish poetry and modern urban tales, the album tells stories of the country throughout the ages.

“Inspired by anything and everything from Venom and Mercyful Fate, to Watain and Opeth, to Manic Street Preachers, film scores and traditional Scottish music, the album is a good representation of myself all wrapped up in a nice speed metal package!

“Quite a bit of experimentation went into this album, and I wanted each track to contain something that I had never done previously. Whether it be the inclusion of a different instrument, or how a song begins, I aimed to offer some element of surprise in each track.

:The album, named after the vocal lament traditionally sung at funerals in the Scottish Highlands, encompasses everything the band is about: mixing modern and old-school influences, past and present storytelling, the dark side of Scottish history and my personal interpretation of it.

“As always, the writing and recording took place in my home studio, with various other people putting their stamp on a few of the tracks. The album was mixed by myself, and was mastered by Damian Herring at Subterranean Watchtower Studios and the artwork was done by Adam Burke (Nightjar Illustration).

In regards to the new single, McBain adds “‘Blakk Satanik Fvkkstorm’ is “a tale of witchcraft and possession set in a bleak moorland village inspired by Victorian Gothic Literature – particularly the ghost story of ‘Thrawn Janet’ by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson. Lyrically, to match the vibe and energy of the track, I wanted my interpretation of the tale to feel like an 80’s horror film. This is perhaps the most “full-on” track on the album, and that’s reflected in its shorter length. It’s motor-charged, black ‘n’ roll in the vein of Venom, with a dose of classic heavy metal for good measure!”.

‘Coronach’ was released worldwide on March 27, 2026 via Century Media Records, making it his debut to the label! ‘Coronach’ can be streamed, downloaded, or ordered HERE.

Corners of Sanctuary (COS) is a New Wave of Traditional American Heavy Metal band that emerged from Philadelphia in 2011, driven by a passion to revive the essence of Classic Heavy Metal. In 2012, they unveiled their debut album, “Breakout,” which garnered positive reception. This success was swiftly followed by the release of “Harlequin” in 2013 through Pure Steel Records in Germany. Later that same year, their third album, “Axe to Grind,” hit the shelves under La Mazakuata Records in Mexico. In 2014, “Axe to Grind” received a re-release in Europe courtesy of Pure Steel Records. COS inked a deal with Metalizer Records in Germany in 2015, leading to the critically acclaimed album “Metal Machine,” mastered by Stu “The Hammer” Marshall, guitarist and producer of Death Dealer.

Corners of Sanctuary has graced stages across the United States, Europe, and the UK, sharing the spotlight with renowned artists such as Saxon, Anvil, Stryper, U.D.O., Butcher Babies, Grim Reaper, and many more. Their impressive roster of performances includes collaborations with notable figures like Tim “Ripper” Owens, Tracii Guns, Enuff ‘Z Nuff, Joey Belladonna (Anthrax), and Damon Johnson.

In 2018, COS unleashed “The Galloping Hordes” on Killer Metal Records (Germany), a remarkable album mastered by the legendary producer Bill Metoyer (Slayer, W.A.S.P., Armored Saint, Fates Warning). That same year, they embarked on a European tour and a subsequent US West Coast tour. The band commenced work on their upcoming album, “Heroes Never Die,” scheduled for release in 2020. 2019 witnessed COS supporting Bulletboys, Grim Reaper, Blaze Bayley, Last in Line, Janet Gardner, and the Iron Maidens, and gracing the stage of the iconic Whiskey A Go-Go.

As 2019 drew to a close, COS delighted their fans with three EP releases: “Hold onto Christmas,” “Metal Brigade” (on 7″ vinyl), and “What We Leave Behind.”

In June 2020, COS signed with RFL Records (US) and unveiled their album “Heroes Never Die” in October 2020. The band remained active in 2021, releasing “Blood and Steel: Volumes One and Volume Two” and the album “Fight Till the End” across digital, CD, and Vinyl platforms. They also collaborated with Faster Pussycat, the Three Tremors, Enuff Z Nuff, and made a return appearance at the Whisky A Go Go with Kill Devil Hill.

Throughout 2022, COS shared stages with Canedy, Doyle, Tantric, the Iron Maidens, Trapt, and made a notable appearance at SonarFest. They achieved success with their cover of Def Leppard’s “Mirror, Mirror,” which led to the release of the tribute EP titled “Defying.” Additionally, COS unveiled their second best-of compilation, “Metal Never Dies.” In 2023, the band remains devoted to crafting their forthcoming full-length album, “Vengeance of the Fallen.” They also treated fans to an extended EP titled “This is Metal,” featuring a cover of Judas Priest’s classic “Breaking the Law.” The year is already marked with scheduled shows alongside A Light Divided, Enuff Z Nuff, and Spread Eagle, as well as performances at SonarFest 2023 and a return tour to the UK in April of the same year.
