Cinematic Rockers EARTHSIDE Unleash New Track ‘Earthsink’, Featuring Daedric

Today, cinematic rock visionaries Earthside unleash Let The Truth Speak – Deluxe Edition, marking two years since their triumphant return. They have also announced their first live shows in Latin America with an appearance at CL Prog Festival in Santiago, Chile on 14-15 March 2026.

To celebrate, the band reveal ‘earthsink,’ an explosive new collaboration with U.S. experimental metal artist Daedric, featured as an exclusive bonus track. The song rises with celestial beauty before crashing down with Earthside’s trademark, world-shaking intensity. Watch the visualizer HERE.

Keyboardist Frank Sacramone reflects on the milestone: “Let The Truth Speak challenged everything—our writing, our production, our entire creative identity. It defined what ‘cinematic rock’ truly means for us. Now, we’re forging a future that can sustain our grandest visions.”

‘earthsink’ was born when Daedric shared a reel of an original vocal idea over the band’s song Watching the Earth Sink. Earthside were so struck by it that they invited her onstage during their U.S. tour—one of only two times a guest vocalist has performed with them. Inspired, guitarist Jamie van Dyck rebuilt the track around her soaring vocal motif, ultimately flying to Texas to complete the collaboration in person.

Talking about the song, Jamie says, “Kristyn creates worlds. Working with her expanded the mythos and depth of the piece. We hope this won’t be our last collaboration.”

Kristyn Hope from Daedric adds; “When I first heard “Let the Truth Speak” I was blown away by the cinematic impact of the sound paired with each vocalist’s unique quality. I noticed that “Watching the Earth Sink” was purely instrumental so I thought it would be cool to add a short vocal duet over the middle section. When Earthside decided to create an entirely new version to include me on the deluxe release of the album, I was deeply honored. It was quite daunting to approach the full track as I consider their work highly technical, but working with Jamie proved to be rewarding as we finalized the vocals together.”

Listen to the track HERE.

The anniversary follows a breakthrough year that included their first North American headline tour and the powerful single ‘frozen heart ~ burning world’ building on their enthralling 2024 performances on tour with Soen and Leprous.

Since its release, Let The Truth Speak has delivered a series of standout singles, including the haunting “We Who Lament,” and the award-winning video for All We Knew And Ever Loved featuring Baard Kolstad (Leprous), which earned Best Music Video at the United Artist International Film Festival and screened at festivals worldwide.

The album also included the songs We Who Lament featuring Canadian vocals Keturah, Let The Truth Speak with Daniel Tompkins and Gennady Tkachenko-Papizh and Pattern of Rebirth saw a collaboration with AJ Channer (Fire From The Gods).

A decade after their seismic debut A Dream in Static, Earthside continue to push themselves to the brink.  “This album nearly tore our lives apart,” Sacramone admits. “It’s madness—but it’s beautiful.”  Jamie adds:  “If our debut was about the individual, Let The Truth Speak is about humanity. The world changed, and so did we.”

With new live shows on the horizon, Earthside are continuing to build on their cinematic, world-building sound.

Earthside live shows 2026:

4-8 March – Cruise to the Edge – Miami
14th March – CL Prog Festival – Chile
5th June – Ankea Festival – Finland

German progressive power metal force ASSIGNMENT proudly announce the release of their upcoming studio album With The End Comes Silence, due out on February 6th, 2026, available as Digipak CD and limited double vinyl LP via Massacre Records.

To mark the beginning of this new chapter, the band unleashes the album’s opening track and first single “Fallen”, accompanied by a lyric video video.

“In our view the song had all credentials for being the opener of the album, as it perfectly sets the pace and the general of what follows. The song handles one of our main concerns, one we regularly like to make clear. Something is wrong in the world today,” states guitar player Goran Panić.

Powerful, dynamic, and thematically urgent the track opens the album and embodies its themes: societal decay, disillusionment, and the awareness that the world has shifted into darker territory. Musically, it combines expressive vocals, atmospheric arrangements, and emotional impact, making it the ideal introduction to the album’s narrative arc.

STREAM THE SONG HERE: https://save-it.cc/massacre/fallen

With The End Comes Silence showcases ASSIGNMENT’s refined songwriting approach, focusing on tighter structures and elevated production quality, while maintaining the diverse influences that have shaped their sound over the years – from power and thrash to progressive metal and hard rock.

The album features standout guest contributions, including: Thomas Vikström (backing vocals), Marco Ahrens (lead guitars on “Fallen”, “Beyond Recognition”, “Angel Of Berlin”, and “With The End Comes Silence”) and DGM’s mastermind Simone Mularoni (lead guitar on “The Curtains Fall”).

Produced by the band, the record was mixed and mastered by Simone Mularoni at Domination Studio, raising the sonic bar and delivering the sound ASSIGNMENT envisioned.

ASSIGNMENT’s new album With The End Comes Silence stands as their most focused and immersive work to date – a cinematic, emotional, and thought-provoking metal experience that reflects the state of a world in turmoil while celebrating the enduring spirit of the genre.

About Megadeth
MEGADETH are always and forever the point of no return for metal. It would be nearly impossible to conceive where heavy music and culture would’ve gone without the band founded, fronted, and fueled by vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, and producer Dave Mustaine. The blast radius of their impact has only magnified since 1983. Thus far, they have sold 50 million records worldwide, received a GRAMMY® Award (with 12 additional nominations), generated billions of streams, notched seven Top 10 entries on the Billboard 200, and enthralled millions of diehard fans in arenas and stadiums across the globe. Their catalog spans indisputable classics such as the platinum Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying? (cited at #8 on Rolling Stone’s “100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time”), the platinum Rust In Peace, and double-platinum Countdown To Extinction, which captured #2 on the Billboard 200. Meanwhile, Dystopia notched a Top 3 debut and earned a GRAMMY® Award in the category of “Best Metal Performance” with its title track. They only upped the ferocity with The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead! in 2022. It saw them return to #3, receive a “Best Metal Performance” GRAMMY® Award nomination for “We’ll Be Back,” and incite rave reviews. Their influence can be felt practically everywhere—whether it be Post Malone proudly sporting a tattoo of “So Far, So Good… So What!,” Homer Simpson’s iPod displaying their moniker during an episode, or Showtime’s smash hit series Billions and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey utilizing MEGADETH in plot points. The band have delivered simultaneously relevant and timeless records in five decades now, setting the pace for the thrash renaissance of the eighties, tearing through the MTV years of the nineties with swagger and style, maintaining their stride in the post-Y2K 2000s, elevating to canonical heights in the social media and streaming era of the 2010s, and unassumingly harnessing the uncertainty and unease of the Post-Pandemic world into their boldest, biggest, and best work yet.

Along the way, MEGADETH extended their influence even further. During 2016, the band entered the spirits world with their very first signature beer À Tout Le Monde followed by Saison 13 in 2019. The brand asserted itself as a player in the beverage space and impressively moved over 15 million pints. Joining forces with Keystone in 2025, they ignite the next phase of Megadeth Beer on the biggest global platform yet.
Beyond his role as a music icon, Dave founded the visionary wine brand HOUSE OF MUSTAINE which uniquely blends music, culture, and fine winemaking.  The brand launched with the 2013 Symphony Interrupted Cabernet Sauvignon which was inspired by Dave Mustaine’s groundbreaking collaboration with the San Diego Symphony.

CYHRA Unleash Epic New Single And Video ‘Box With Spirits’

Swedish melodic metal supergroup CYHRA (featuring AMARANTHE Co-Founder Jake E and current THE HALO EFFECT, KAMELOT, THE CROWN, and SUBURBAN TRIBE members) have stormed onto the modern metal scene once again with their latest single, “Box With Spirits”. The supergroup continues to offer a fresh sound that challenges the boundaries of modern metal, leaning hard on punchy riffs and brooding, atmospheric synth accents.

Defying trends and remaining true to their unique foundations, CYHRA‘s catchy melodies and epic hooks are always underpinned by a raw edge that reinforces the band’s commitment to authenticity. Lyrically, the song offers cutting commentary on the dangers of locking up emotions, running from uncomfortable truths, and hiding one’s true self from others.

Listen HERE: https://cyhra.rpm.link/boxPR

Frontman Jake E comments, “‘Box with Spirits’ looks at the architecture of avoidance — the masks we wear, the truths we tuck away, and the small, deliberate choices that keep us from being seen. The title is a careful double entendre: spirits as both ghosts and distilled solace. We go to the liquor cabinet not only to drink, but to defer a reckoning, to soften questions we’re not ready to answer; the bottles become companions to the things that haunt us. And why put the heart in that same box? Because hiding it can feel like protection — a way to preserve what’s fragile, to shield love from further damage, to parcel pain into something manageable, or even to freeze a version of ourselves we’re not willing to lose. In that box, vulnerability is both locked away and preserved; it’s a refuge and a prison. The song interrogates that uneasy calculus and the tiny courage required to open the lid and let what’s inside be found.”

About CYHRA

As they approach their 10th anniversary next year, CYHRA have carved out a notable place in the metal scene since their founding in 2016 by Jake E (AMARANTHE Co-Founder) and Jesper Strömblad (THE HALO EFFECT, formerly IN FLAMES). They were soon joined by drummer Alex Landenburg (KAMELOT, Luca Turilli’s RHAPSODY), guitarist Euge Valovirta (SUBURBAN TRIBE), and bassist Peter Iwers (THE HALO EFFECT, formerly IN FLAMES). Their debut album Letters To Myself” was released in 2017 to glowing reviews, catapulting the group to global stages, crowned with a massive North American tour supporting SABATON and KREATOR.

Following Iwers’ departure, Valovirta also took over bass duties, and the band released their second album No Halos In Hell in 2019, which blended groovy metal with a poppy flair and featured the hit single “Out Of My Life,” amassing about 11 million streams on Spotify. Their success continued with a European tour with BATTLE BEAST, UK dates alongside DELAIN, headline shows in select countries including Finland and Japan, and performances at major festivals like Masters of Rock, Bloodstock Open Air, Sabaton Open Air, and 70,000 Tons of Metal.

In 2020, guitarist Marcus Sunesson (RONNIE ATKINS, THE CROWN) joined, expanding the line-up. The pandemic pause allowed the band to craft their third album The Vertigo Trigger, released in 2023. The album’s tour brought them back to Finland to open for SMASH INTO PIECES and to headline shows in early 2024. Quietly beginning their fourth album, CYHRA ended the cycle with a Scandinavian tour with EVERGREY.

CYHRA are:
Jake E | vocals, keys
Euge Valovirta | guitars, bass
Jesper Strömblad | bass, guitars

Sun Of The Suns has released a video for “Ephemereal, Ethereal, Eternal”, third single taken from the new album “Entanglement” to be released on December 12 by Scarlet Records.

A meditation on the cycle of life and death during the grieving process, grappling with the realization of how ephemeral our time on Earth truly is. This introspection gives way to visions of ethereal beings who transcend their mortal coil to achieve an eternal state. The track’s title is a testament to this transformation, capturing the full arc from fleeting existence to an everlasting spiritual form.

Since their inception with the crushing 2021 debut album “TIIT”, Sun Of The Suns has carved out a peculiar space blending technical death metal, progressive groove, and futuristic soundscapes. Now, the band is set to re-ignite the extreme scene with “Entanglement”, a transcendent cosmic soundscape forged from the brutal rhythm of tech death and ethereal melodies.

The music showcases a singular creative vision and features the explosive and intricate drumming of Francesco Paoli (Fleshgod Apocalypse), whose performance adds a layer of precision that fits perfectly the Sun Of The Suns forward-thinking sound. “Entanglement” was expertly crafted and fine-tuned by producer Simone Mularoni, ensuring every element is delivered with stunning clarity.

Coupled with emotionally resonant lyrics forming a captivting concept, the second effort of the Italian unit is a punishing, intense, and shattering celestial voyage.
