As CABIN BOY JUMPED SHIP, England’s up-and-coming modern metal act, is gearing up for a May release of their much awaited, sophomore studio album, Sentiments, today the four-piece has shared a blistering video clip for their new single “Demons”!

Following two EPs and their 2019-debut The Heartless – lauded by both fans and the international music press alike – seen Cabin Boy Jumped Ship burst into the scene as one of England’s hottest newcomers of the last years. The band mixes Electro and Metal and calls it Electronicore; a sound which changes dance floors all over the world into pulsating moshpits.

After the previously-released, first single  “Survivor”, Cabin Boy Jumped Ship have just premiered a further appetizer taken from their upcoming record, unleashing the “Demons” in a brand new video clip! Says frontman Conor Peek: “Demons showcases the next era of CBJS. This track was one of the first demos created for Sentiments and when Reece showed the rest of the band the concept he was working on we knew that this would be the next chapter for the band. This is not one to miss!”

Founded in 2013 in Leicestershire within the English midlands, Cabin Boy Jumped Ship have been constantly touring around the world for years. They played the UK, Europe, Russia and even on the Philippines, and shared the stage with acts alike Eskimo Callboy, Deez Nutz or The Devil Wears Prada to name just a few. With more than two million streams on Spotify for The Heartless, more than a million views on their Youtube channel and frenetically acclaimed shows all over the globe, Cabin Boy Jumped Ship have already left an impressive stamp in the world of modern metal.

Now it‘s time for a new era. With their hotly anticipated, new album Sentiments, a new record label (AFM Records) and their distribution partners Soulfood and Believe as backing, the four-piece will make a huge step forward and elate new fans. Sentiments was recorded and mastered at the Innersound Studios in York, England together with the Graves brothers Sam and Joe (Asking Alexandria, Glamour of the Kill, InVisions). LYDIA CAN’T BREATHE Release New Single + Video ‘Sick Now’, Announce New Tour Dates

Hard rock metal quartet LYDIA CAN’T BREATHE released a brand new single “Sick Now” to all major platforms.

“I wrote these lyrics while quarantined during the first wave of Covid. It’s a true reflection of how I was feeling at the time, and what we were all going through. All I was thinking about was how I wanted to do shows and get back in the studio. We couldn’t even practice together because we were all getting sick and shit was changing life as we knew it. I was actually sick when I wrote the song. That day I decided to smoke a bowl and wrote some lyrics about how we are sick now and the feelings I had about that. Looking back now at that time, I didn’t realize how relevant the song would end up being and the significance of the concept. We ended up liking the idea so much we decided to make it our next single with a music video.” says Kyle Bolduc.

The single is a fresh take on the band’s trademark sound with melodic guitars and dark tendencies. It showcases their ear candy intros, face melting guitar riffs, while still clinging to their heavy transitions and breakdowns.

KVAEN Unleash Brand New Lyric Video For ‘In Silence’

Following the critically acclaimed 2020- debut album, The Funeral Pyre, Sweden based solo-project KVAEN is gearing up for the release of its sophomore album, entitled The Great Below, which will be coming out on March 25 via Black Lion Records. After the previously-released title track of the album (feat. Jeff Loomis of Arch Enemy), today KVAEN has shared another hotly appetizer taken from the upcoming album. Watch the new lyric video for the relentless track “In Silence” here:

Founded and led by Jacob Björnfot, this time accompanied by drummer Tommi Tuhkala while Fredrik Andersson (ex Amon Amarth) serves as the live drummer for the band, KVAEN has taken everything to the max and created a successor even more grand than its debut. Featuring eight brand new songs packed with the band’s unique blend of Black Thrash, Pagan and Speed Metal, The Great Below picks up where its predecessor left off, with going even further in every aspect. Bulgaria’s ODD CREW Share New Video for ‘The Moment’

Sofia, Bulgaria’s four-piece ODD CREW – Vasil Raykov [vocals], Vasil Parvanovski [guitar], Martin Stoyanov [bass], and Boyan ‘Bonzy’ Georgiev [drums] – will release their sixth studio album Dark Matters (Part 1) on May 27, 2022 via Drakkar Entertainment.

Scarcely weeks after releasing their first new single in two years, “Morning Lights”, the Bulgarian metallers have just unveiled a second single alongside a video for ‘The Moment’. 
The track brings ODD CREW’s most melodic songwriting tendencies to the fore, from the influential guitar riffs to the catchy choruses that make the song feel like the soundtrack of an old black and white movie.


Guitarist Vasil Parvanovski comments: “The riffs for ‘The Moment’ are the first riffs I wrote for the album and it all started the whole process of making it. Conceptually, ‘The Moment’ is about those people who have lost themselves somewhere along the way. And that achieving some goals comes with a price.”

Italian Rocker MAX MONTANARI Releases New Single ‘Con Le Parole’ in Four Languages

Italian Rocker MAX MONTANARI, returns 6 months after the launch of the very successful album “Saligia reborn” (which earned the artist the award as the best foreigner in South America) with a new single entitled “Con Le parole”, which, as happened to Italian artists in the early 1980s, will be launched in 4 languages which will be distributed at the end of February 2022 / Early March.

“King of lies” talks about the power of words in the modern world and how certain people (especially in government and religion) use them wisely to convince people and the “weakest” part of them to perform absurd acts, how to be killed in the name of a religion or exterminate populations only for different political beliefs (a very current topic in the Middle East as in Latin America).

The song is produced in Italian (“Con le parole”, Spanish (“Con las palabras”), Portuguese (“Com Palavras”) and English (“King of lies”), recorded in Italy and mixed in Argentina, with distribution by Alkatraz Management, accompanied by 4 videoclips (one per geographic area different from the single) that see together with the Rocker, the new collaboration with the Florentine trident called #Kaliophes (Tommaso sorre at drums, Giorgio Borri at guitar and arrangements & Antonio Shinoby at bass) who is already working on all the new material of the Italian Rocker.
