Inborn Tendency‘s fifth and final single from their debut album is titled “Flesh Eater.” The track was produced in collaboration with Juho Koskinen, who was also responsible for mixing and mastering the entire album.
“‘Flesh Eater’ marks an important milestone for us, as it’s the final track before the full album release. Although the journey to this point has been long – and in some ways perhaps different from a ‘typical’ album-making process – we’re extremely happy with the result. At this stage, it really feels like things had to happen exactly the way they did. We’re glad we didn’t rush the album, because in the end, it’s the result that matters.
We were debating between a couple of tracks for the final single, but once we received the final mix of ‘Flesh Eater,’ the decision was clear. The track just hits insanely hard – if we may say so ourselves,” says drummer Hugo Tiitinen.

Alongside the new single, the band is also announcing the official release date of their debut album: January 9, 2026. Pre-orders will begin later this year, meaning fans may be able to get their hands on the physical album even before the official release. The band will share more details about the start of pre-sales soon via their social media channels.
“Pre-orders for the album will begin soon, and it’s important to us that those who want it can get the album already this year. We promised the album for this year, and pre-order customers of the physical release will indeed be able to hear it already in December.
The official release date is set for early next year, and we’re really excited – both about the release itself and the upcoming shows. It’s amazing to finally play these new songs live for the first time. We also have an album release show coming up, which will take place in Kuopio on January 31st – the exact venue will be announced later. Stay tuned on social media!”

London-based alternative progressive rock band Temples on Mars return with their new full-length album — a focused and cohesive collection that expands on the sound they’ve built across their previous releases. Following their self-titled debut and the darker, electronic-driven Parallels V.1, the band’s latest effort shows them at their most refined, exploring new textures while staying true to their core identity.
Recorded between studios in London and Los Angeles, the album features 10 tracks that balance heavy riffs, atmospheric electronics, and melodic hooks. “We’re always creating, so there wasn’t a single lightbulb moment,” says frontman James Donaldson. “This album just happens to be the 10 tracks that felt the most cohesive and represented a real step up from our last record.”
Several songs feature Josh Freese (Foo Fighters, A Perfect Circle, Nine Inch Nails) on drums, adding further depth to the record’s sound. Lyrically, the album explores themes of awareness, mortality, and reflection. “Be aware of what’s going on around you — at all levels,” the band notes. “Open your eyes, ask questions, appreciate the moment, and live.”
Tracks like “Sleepwalking into Extinction” and “Daydreamer” have already found success, both breaking into the Radioscope Top 40 Rock Charts in Donaldson’s native New Zealand, while third single “Smile” brings a darker edge to the album’s introspective tone.
Temples on Mars took a deliberate approach to shaping the album’s sound, tuning lower and leaning further into their electronic influences. “Each track was individually inspired,” the band explains. “We even left a few songs off that felt more suited to the next direction we’re heading.”
Production was handled by Darren Carikas and James Donaldson, with drums recorded in both London and Los Angeles. Paul Matthews co-produced and engineered the vocals, and Ted Jensen (Sterling Sound, Nashville) mastered the album.
Having performed at Download UK, Radar Festival, Euroblast, Planet Rock Winter’s End, and completed a headline tour of South Africa, Temples on Mars continue to grow their global following. This release captures a band in motion — heavier, sharper, and more purposeful than ever.
2002 formed Finnish industrial metal band Ruoska, will release their sixth studio album next February. Now they have released a new single Ihtiriekko from the upcoming album Kade. Both the single and the album are released worldwide through Inverse Records. The band’s more than three-year hiatus ends with a bang!
Ihtiriekko is perfectly in line with the band’s intense output, and the song’s story is not exactly cheerful either.
“Taken from Finnish folk tales, Ihtiriekko is a powerful and sad story about real-life tragedies that took place in the past, but which today’s listeners can also relate to. In times past, people have sought to explain difficult things through mythology and fantasy in order to find comfort in the midst of often miserable everyday life,” the band explains.
All the way from the demo stage of this powerful song, it was clear that it had to be finished.
“The final version came together quite painlessly. Ihtiriekko combines heavy sounds, electronic music, and classical elements. This is one of the latest and most significant songs that was worked on for the upcoming album.”
The band, which hails from Juva, Eastern Finland, and has already racked up nearly 25 million plays on Spotify alone, will also be heading out on an album release tour, which will be announced later.
Ruoska is: Patrik Mennander (Vocals) Samuli Rimmi (Guitar, Backing vocals) Miika Kokkola (Bass, Backing vocals) Teemu Karppinen (Drums)
SOLENCE (@solenceofficial) is creating some of the most adventurous music in contemporary music. Based out of Los Angeles and originally hailing from Sweden, they combine electronic music with trailblazing Swedish metal, adding in pop and hip-hop flavors along the way, in uplifting songs that possess a bold outlook on life. The result? A thrilling sound that’s the aural equivalent of riding on the steepest and most winding rollercoaster ever. It’s all evident on their new album ANGELS CALLING, released today (October 31) via Better Noise Music and featuring its latest single/video “Monsters In My Head.” The album is available HERE, listen to it HERE, and watch the video HERE.
“It’s the story of battling with your own thoughts and demons,” says singer Markus Videsäter of the album’s fifth single, “Monsters In My Head.” “The feeling of lying in bed at night and yet again the thoughts are spinning, your old mistakes getting played over and over again. This song also includes a new sound for us—country-inspired acoustic guitar, different tempo, and a chorus that’s impossible to get out of your head. It was super fun writing and working on!”
“So I cross my heart and I hope to die I have never given up and I won’t start now Taste so sweet but I won’t back down Show you all who’s the monster now” –“Monsters In My Head”

In an early album review, Moshly.com called ANGELS CALLING “…easily Solence’s best work yet.” And about “Dead_Alive,” Glassefactory.com praised, “Using a plethora of sonic elements such as heavy drums, powerful guitar solos and a subtle, yet highly effective bassline to accompany the highly thoughtful lyrics, SOLENCE takes us on a one of a kind journey through their soundscapes.”
Lauded as one of Pandora’s “Rising Rock Artists To Watch In 2023,” SOLENCE have, to date, garnered over 378 million cumulative streams with as many as 862k monthly Spotify listeners and over 100 million video views since their formation in 2012. The band started by releasing heavy renditions of well-known pop hits from the likes of Imagine Dragons, Fall Out Boy, Ed Sheeran, Britney Spears, and Queen before breaking out with their 2019 debut album BROTHERS. It was quickly followed by their sophomore album, DIRECTION, which saw them achieve their first Active Rock radio charting with “Animal In Me” which became SiriusXM Octane’s most-played track in 2020. Octane’s Sr. Director, Music Programming Vincent Usuriello described SOLENCE’s sound as “a dynamic fusion of rock, metal, and pop elements, with powerful vocals, electrifying guitar riffs, and infectious melodies, creating an immersive sonic experience.” In 2021, SOLENCE released their third album, DEAFENING, which showed their range of inspirations from music to anime, gaming, sci-fi, and even philosophy and soon followed with their fourth album HOPE IS A CULT in 2023. Amidst writing new material for SOLENCE, Videsäter and Strääf have lent their songwriting skills to pop acts including Jason Derulo and Bebe Rexha.
SOLENCE will hit the road later this year for a European tour opening for NOTHING MORE, which launches November 7 in Finland, along with Catch Your Breath and Ankor. General tickets are available now on their official website.

THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT (@tfp_devotion) keep excitingly building on their success as their “Dark Thoughts” single is now in the top 10 (#8) of the Mediabase’s Active Rock radio chart. Now comes the news that THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT will release their first-ever live album, LIVE FROM SUFFOCATE CITY via Better Noise Music on January 16, 2026. Today (October 31), the emo-rooted Atlanta-based band have rolled out a live version and live video of their breakout single “Voodoo Doll.” Listen to it HERE and view the video HERE.
“‘Voodoo Doll’ is about the pain of watching someone you love disappear into addiction, that helplessness of trying to save them when they don’t want to be saved,” says frontman Lee Jennings. “Performing it live at the first Suffocate City Town Hall hit differently; you could feel every word echo back from the crowd. This live video that’s taken from our Blu-ray captures that raw emotion exactly how it felt that night.”
On LIVE FROM SUFFOCATE CITY, fans are invited to step inside the chaos and catharsis of THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT’s first-ever Suffocate City Town Hall Meeting, captured live from their sold-out hometown show at The Masquerade in Atlanta, GA earlier this year. The exclusive Blu-ray documents the band’s legendary performance in front of a packed house of diehard fans. It’s a thrilling night of raw emotion, high-energy theatrics, and fan-favorite anthems including their two #1 singles on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay and Mediabase’s Active Rock radio charts: “Holy Water” (featuring Ivan Moody of Five Finger Death Punch) and “Suffocate City” (featuring Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills).
“November 17th at The Masquerade was more than just a show–it was a celebration of everything we’ve built with our Coffin Crew,” proclaims Jennings. “To have it captured in full for the Blu-ray, CD, and vinyl means fans everywhere can step inside that moment. We can’t wait for the world to feel what we felt that night.”
Fans were already treated to an early glimpse of the live album with the August 22 release of the four-track DARK THOUGHTS EP. In addition to the live track, three other versions of “Dark Thoughts” are featured: the original version, a version featuring vocals by Danny Worsnop of Asking Alexandria, and a new remix of the song. The EP can be streamed and downloaded HERE, along with two videos: “Dark Thoughts (Beyond The Abyss Remix)” HERE and “Dark Thoughts (Live From Suffocate City)” HERE (which has over 34k views).
The GREETINGS FROM SUFFOCATE CITY album was originally released September 13, 2024. It consists of 14 tracks of theatrical, dramatic, unapologetic, full-throated flair with guest appearances from Bert McCracken of The Used, Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills, Danny Worsnop of Asking Alexandria, and Amanda Lyberg of Eva Under Fire.
The deluxe edition, GREETINGS FROM SUFFOCATE CITY – FROM BEYOND THE ABYSS: DELUXE EDITION, was released June 13 via Better Noise Music, with digital, CD, and vinyl copies available HERE. The album campaign for GREETINGS FROM SUFFOCATE CITY began in August 2022 with the release of “Voodoo Doll” when they were an opening band in 300-400 person venues (or smaller). Now they’re drawing the biggest crowds at major festivals including Warped Tour and Louder Than Life, touring all year with bands like Ice Nine Kills, The Used, Underoath, In This Moment, and now they’ll head overseas for their first-ever European tour this fall with The Rasmus, launching November 11.Tickets for their upcoming shows—including two hometown shows in Atlanta, GA to kick off the new year—are available on the band’s official website.

The second studio album by the Finnish melodic death metal band Bloody Moon, entitled Lost & Damned, was released on 31 October 2025 via Inverse Records. The band also released their fourth music video. This time, it’s for the track ‘Rage Metal’, and it’s available below.
The band comments: ” “Lost & Damned” is the result of long and determined work, and musically the most ambitious body of work we’ve created so far. We wanted to build an album that would be more than just the sum of its parts—not merely a collection of songs, but something greater and more meaningful.
The themes of the songs were inspired by real life, human relationships, and personal experiences. We aimed to channel all the emotions we dealt with directly into the songs—raw and unfiltered. Both heavy and beautiful topics walk hand in hand on the album, painting a picture of an individual’s experience of the world.
Recording took about a month in total, though it was done in several separate sessions. We started with the drums and wrapped things up with background choirs and shouts. The songs are guitar-driven, but we gave the catchy choruses more room to shine than ever before.”
