Italian Doom Deathsters TETHRA have just released a new lyric video for the track “Dying Signal”, taken from their latest album “Empire of the Void” released via Black Lion Records.
“Dying Signal’s lyrics are a metaphor for the progressive deterioration of human relationships in modern society. The models imposed by TV, social media and consumerism brought to excess is taking away the ability to stop and reflect, because nowadays we are all so interconnected that each of us expects almost immediate feedback from the other, and for this, it’s not always easy to be able to argue properly about a personal opinion. Sometimes it is easier to shout your own reasons without listening to the others. This is one of the heavier and “in-the-face” songs of the new album “Empire of the Void”, but it manages to keep our melodic and dark side intact.” – Clode, singer.

LAMB OF GOD have premiered a video for the single ‘Ghost Shaped People’, a track from the upcoming “Lamb Of God – Live In Richmond, VA”.
The video for ‘Ghost Shaped People’ is available today on Youtube and the band’s website at http://lamb-of-god.com. Check it out here:
Directed by Truman Kewley and Eddie Perez, ‘Ghost Shaped People’ hauntingly shows a man’s journey into the afterlife juxtaposed with a crushing live performance.
The two-disc deluxe edition will feature a DVD with the live performance of the full critically-acclaimed LAMB OF GOD record plus several fan-favourites, while the CD contains the audio of the show with two bonus tracks, that will be out on March 26th via Nuclear Blast Records.
“This album, and in particular, this deluxe edition is something I’m incredibly proud of,” guitarist Willie Adler previously said. “Throughout the process of writing, recording, and the subsequent filming of the live stream, I knew we were creating much more than a collection of songs. Much more than a simple streamed performance. This was focused energy. Energy that, to me, is very tangible. And now, more than ever, in an era where human interaction is so limited, art…..be it music, visual, or otherwise, is a human connection point. And we need as much of that as possible! I hope everyone enjoys this deluxe edition as much as we enjoyed creating it. Thank you.”
Pre-orders for the set are available now. The live CD and DVD portion of the deluxe version features the first of LAMB OF GOD‘s two ultra-successful live stream events from September 2020, in which the band performed their critically acclaimed, self-titled album LAMB OF GOD in full, plus an encore of four songs including ‘Ruin’, ‘Contractor’, ‘512’ and the debut live performance of ‘The Death Of Us’ a new song the band wrote and recorded in quarantine for the Bill & Ted Face The Music movie and soundtrack.
The DVD includes a new director’s cut with bonus material. Watch the trailer for the deluxe package now at https://youtu.be/ihoFtYAfgEc – Digital copies will contain only Disc 1 and Disc 2. A separate vinyl edition of “Lamb Of God – Live From Richmond, VA” will also be available.
On the streaming services, the set will be available as “Deluxe Edition” containing the “Lamb Of God” album with two bonus tracks as well as the live CD.

Denmarks Death-Metal powerhouse BAEST release “Genesis” the third single of their upcoming album release “Necro Sapiens” (March 5th). With it comes a powerful live performance video which will be premiered this evening.
Find the new official video (Premiere at 7PM CET/1 PM ET) for “Genesis” HERE
About “Genesis”
“When forging the foundation for a reign supreme, the genesis marks itself as the main suffocation of free thought. In five days and five nights, the Abattoir prepared their grand design, the grand comedy, their eternal source of power.”
The band also launched a private Facebook group for exclusive Baest-content and regularly news. The band comments:
“ Necro Sapiens! You are the foundation of Baest. The lifestyle, the experiences, the good and the bad times. The challenges and the successes! We are proud to invite you to this club – the official Baest fan club, where we (Lasse, Muddi, Simon, Sebastian and Svend) will throw in some extra goodies, some gnarly looks into the engine room of the band. Or maybe the engine room of the bus, that surely will break down on tour … Stay in contact with us, be the first ones to gain access to pre-orders, ticket sales, merch news and whatnot. Read the newsletter with personal notes from the guys. Stay in the family. We are one – we are none. Hail ye, Necro Sapiens.”
BAEST come from Aarhus in Denmark and have successfully established themselves as one of the country’s most promising metal acts in recent years. While deeply rooted in straight-forward classic death metal inspired by genre legends like Dismember, Entombed, Morbid Angel, Death, and Bolt Thrower, the 2015 formed band evolved from a Danish underground phenomenon to an internationally touring act (2018 tour with Abbath, 2019 EU/UK trek with Decapitated). Also, at festivals like Summer Breeze, Copenhell, Ruhrpott Metal Meeting, Roskilde, they left audiences impressed and begging for more. After their already praised debut album “Danse Macabre” the band took it to the next level in 2019 and delivered “Venenum” where they refined their already steamroller-like signature sound. With the expectation-bar already set so high for their next record BAEST truly drops their most anticipated and most important album so far.
The album is available in various formats and can be pre – ordered HERE!

With only three weeks left until their debut album “Anti” sees the light of day, Norwegian eclectic hard rock band WHITE VOID are offering another glimpse at the tonal variety you can expect from the record. Their new single, ‘The Shovel And The Cross’, manages to hint at classic influences like Roky Erickson, New Model Army and Black Sabbath, while still maintaining a bold anything-goes approach that lets singer Lars Nedland showcase his ability to shift from an uber-cool dark post-punk timbre to formidable theatrical heights with ease. “Anti” will be released on March 12th, 2021. ‘The Shovel And The Cross‘ is again accompanied by an artfully crafted music video, which you can watch here:
Front man Lars Nedland comments on the song: “Facing the absurd is overwhelming. Sometimes you just feel like digging your own grave. After all, we are here against our will! This song is about the darkness we face while trying to figure out what the hell we’re supposed to be doing here. The video goes suitably with that theme as it shows my face quite literally falling to pieces. You know, normal, Norwegian stuff. It’s dark here. We try to entertain ourselves. Want to see me lose face? This is your chance!“

WHITE VOID is absence of direction and sense in life. It’s a description of the fundamental disharmony between the individual’s search for meaning and the meaninglessness of the universe. Eclectic hard rockers WHITE VOID are a curious bunch. Forged in the space between the occult rock of the seventies, the no-excuses-hard rock of the eighties and the British New Wave movement, they balance on the event horizon that separates old from new. Aggression from melody. Dream from drive.
Add to that the fact that the bandmembers of WHITE VOID have their backgrounds in Norwegian black metal, chiptune electronica, pop music and blues, and you’ll see why Anti is an album that’s hard to pin down. It’s darkly melodic, it’s driven, and it’s infused with earworms, hooks and licks. Boasting a shameless attitude, though, it comes forth as deeply true to the core of our shared hard rock heritage.
In the center of WHITE VOID stands Lars Are Nedland, long time member of BORKNAGAR and SOLEFALD. Leading a team of musicians including Tobias Solbakk of IHSAHN fame, electronica staple Vegard Kummen and blues rock virtuoso Eivind Marum, he navigates the waters of hard rock riffs, new wave harmonies and blues rock solos with determination and elegance.
Still, Anti probably doesn’t sound like you think. It’s an album riddled with contrasts and references, musically as well as philosophically. The concept is based on Albert Camus’ Absurdism and deals with how you cope with an existence that is in its core absurd. Musically it draws on the past while forging towards the future. And the result? Well, enter the Void to find out!

THUNDER have announced an online TV special, where they will exclusively perform tracks from their forthcoming album ‘All The Right Noises’, as well as some of their classic hits from years gone by.
The show will take place at 2:00 P.M Eastern U.S Time on Saturday, March 13th 2021 and will be streamed for 48 hours afterwards, enabling ticket buyers to watch as many times as they like during that period.
The live studio performance will be filmed with adherence to Covid-19 restrictions, and will feature collaborators who played and sang on ‘All The Right Noises’.
Singer, Danny Bowes says of the forthcoming show, “As soon as we made the announcement to move our arena shows back to 2022, we decided we can’t wait until then to play the new tunes. Fans have been asking us for a streamed gig since the first lock down began, but we’ve resisted until now, because it can’t be a proper Thunder live show without them in the room. The format we’ve come up with will involve our fan club members via video for some of it, so they’ll see us performing, and get to ask us questions too. It’s not the same as a live show, but it’s not meant to be. When the show goes out, we’re hoping it’ll feel less like a gig, and more like a TV show, with us playing these brilliant new tunes, and loads of screaming nutters in their front rooms. What can go wrong?”
Thunder Channel (Patreon) fanclub members will also be given exclusive access to watch sections of the filming as it takes place, and take part in a Q&A session with the band via video.
Thunder will release their brand new album, ‘All The Right Noises’ on Friday, March,12th 2021 on BMG. The album is a return to the full-throttle sound of Thunder that has seen them create a hugely successful 30+ year career at the forefront of British rock.
