GerHungary’s Old-School Technical Death Metal force ANGERSEED returns with their long-awaited second full-length album, “Rapture is Mine… Glory is Ours“, marking nine years since the band’s debut, “The Proclamation“. The new record sees the band reconnecting with its early roots while boldly reshaping its sound into a more modern, dynamic, and expressive form. The lyrical themes delve deeper than before, enhancing the band’s characteristic social-critical perspective with profound inner and spiritual reflections.

The album spans 45 minutes across eight new compositions, followed by a special Hungarian-language bonus track, “Epilógus / Számvetés 33“, a poetic, introspective summation of frontman Peter D. Maniak‘s 33-year musical journey.

The album title reflects the culmination of a long and demanding creative era. This time, Peter D. Maniak assumed full artistic control over the songwriting, defining both the sonic identity and the future direction of ANGERSEED.

“Rapture is Mine… Glory is Ours” will be released digitally on November 15th, with the CD edition to follow in December via a collaboration between Pest Records and Metal Ör Die Records.

Short biography:

Formed in 2008 by vocalist Peter D. Maniak, ANGERSEED has performed more than 200 shows in Hungary and abroad, appearing at festivals such as Gothoom, Rockmaraton, Death By Metal, MetalGate Czech Death Fest, and Rockstadt Extreme Fest. The band is also closely connected to the Full Of Anger Underground Metal Festival, currently preparing for its 28th edition.

TENEBRIS Unleash First New Album “Kochanowski” in Over a Decade

The new album from Tenebris, “Kochanowski“, the band’s first full-length in over a decade and a follow-up to the 2018 “Legendarna” EP, is out now via Pagan Records.

Founded in Łódź in 1991, Tenebris is one of Poland’s most original and long-running metal bands. “Kochanowski” is a musical continuation of their 2018 EP, “Legendarna”, and delves into the surprising, esoteric side of Polish poet Jan Kochanowski. The band’s frontman, Siwy Jaszy, discovered that Kochanowski’s epigrams were a labyrinth based on Pythagorean numerology, transforming the poet into a figure of magical arts.

The album’s creative process began in 2021 and was completed in 2025, with lyrics drawing from literary giants like Kochanowski, Słowacki, Adam Mickiewicz. The new record features special guests, including Maciej Pasiński (ex Sirrah, Pincer Consortium) on backing vocals and growls, Paweł Szamburski on clarinet, and Sylwia Levy on backing vocals.

The band recently participated in a special listening session and meeting at Radio Łódź, which also featured Tomasz Krajewski from Pagan Records.

Horizon Theory has released their new single “Transcendence”, featuring Morgan Rose of Sevendust on both guest vocals and drums, available now via Mindful Recordings.

“Transcendence” marks the first single from Horizon Theory’s upcoming full-length album, Mission Control, slated for release in March 2026. Accompanied by a visualizer, the track delivers an atmospheric and hard-hitting sonic experience.

Produced by Morgan Rose, mixed by Chris Dawson and mastered by Kris Crummett, the single delivers a polished sound that rivals some of modern rock’s most powerful productions.
