NEVERLAND TRAIN Reveal First Details of Upcoming Album “Alive in Hell”

Creative mastermind Jens Faber (Dawn Of Destiny) revives the magic of composer/songwriter Jim Steinman.
His new band NEVERLAND TRAIN (with Marco Pastorino/Temperance, Fallen Sanctuary, and Patrick Klose/Iron Savior) will release the album “Alive in Hell” on March 27, 2026. This is not  a cover album featuring the best songs by Bonnie Tyler, Meat Loaf, or Fire Inc., but rather original compositions in the “Steinman spirit.” Okay, there is one cover version, but it’s a new version of “Tonight Is What It Means To Be Young” (Fire Inc) sung by guest vocalists Jeanette Scherff and Aeva Maurelle!

NEVERLAND TRAIN is Jens Faber’s tribute to Jim Steinman! The multi-talented artist from Bochum is not only the mastermind behind “Dawn Of Destiny.”  With “Legions of the Night,” he paid tribute to Savatage in a similar way as he now honors the great songwriter and producer who once helped Meat Loaf, Bonnie Tyler and Fire Inc. achieve worldwide fame. He has enlisted the strong support of Marco Pastorino (Temperance, Fallen Sanctuary) and former Dawn Of Destiny drummer Patrick Klose (Iron Saivor)! If you’re now in the mood for “Dance of the Vampires” or a movie night with “Streets on Fire,” Neverland Train is the right choice for you!

Tracklist:
01 – End Of The Night
02 – Not Alone
03 – Still Alive
04 – So Far Away
05 – Somewhere In This Universe
06 – Learn To Live
07 – Pride
08 – Ignorance
09 – Better
10 – In Heaven Now
11 – Tonight Is What It Means To Be Young

Line-up:
Marco Pastorino – Lead & Backing Vocals
Jens Faber –  Backing Vocals, Guitars, Bass, Piano, Keyboards

Full House Brew Crew start the new year with the release of their new single “The Tear”, accompanied by an official music video! The track marks the next chapter leading into their upcoming studio album “Glasgow Grin”, due out on February 6th, 2026 via ROAR – A Division Of Reigning Phoenix Music. Pre-orders are available at: https://fhbc.rpm.link/glasgowPR

Musically, “The Tear” balances raw intensity with a brooding atmosphere, capturing the band’s sound at its most focused and emotionally charged.

Stream / Download the song: https://fhbc.rpm.link/tearPR

With their forthcoming and highly anticipated studio release Glasgow Grin, the Greek groove metal heavyweights return with serious force. Led by frontman and guitarist Vagelis Karzis, who plays in Wolfheart and previously performed with Rotting Christ, Full House Brew Crew prepares to unleash their unmistakable sound on both loyal fans and new listeners.

Glasgow Grin reflects the band’s current violent state of mind: pure aggression and power throughout. “We let ourselves loose and did what felt natural to us, not trying to push the songwriting in any direction other than what fits best for the song,” says Karzis. For the first time, the band worked with Finnish sound engineer Saku Moilanen at Deep Noise Studios, who mixed and mastered Glasgow Grin.

Lyrically, Vagelis digs deep into internal struggles, day-to-day battles, and personal injustices – always channeling tension and anger. “Like always, the band is moving towards a direction that feels best for us. That is the main reason we always evolve, we make changes, we take risks and that excites us. We created many albums and each represents a different musical state. Glasgow Grin is our proudest piece of work so far. We worked more like a team and didn’t hold back for any mainstream reasons.”

SYMPHONY OF SWEDEN Return Stronger Than Ever with New Album “Stand My Ground”, Out Now

Posted by tarjavirmakari on January 8, 2026
Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: SYMPHONY OF SWEDEN. Leave a comment

After a year of deep creative focus, Symphony of Sweden is preparing to enter a powerful new chapter with their new album “Stand My Ground”, a release that builds directly on the musical foundation of their acclaimed 2023 album “Haunted”, but with renewed force, energy, and refinement.

According to producer and keyboardist Evan, the band deliberately chose continuity over reinvention when shaping the new album. The goal was evolution rather than disruption: “People will not get a nasty surprise. We focused on improving the songwriting, the performances, and the production, making each album better than the previous one.”

A Year in the Studio: 2025 as a Creative Turning Point

Throughout 2025, Symphony of Sweden made a strategic decision to step back from the stage and fully commit to studio work. The absence of deadlines allowed the band to explore ideas without pressure.
“It was a good choice,” Evan explains. “We had the time to finish the album without too much stress.”
Frontman Lee echoes this intensity, describing the new songs as the strongest material the band has ever created: “We are always creating, always pushing. These songs are the best we’ve ever made.”

Sound Evolution: Faster, Heavier, and More Powerful

While the band maintained their signature cinematic and organic sound, subtle shifts define “Stand My Ground”.
Lee pushed for a more aggressive direction: “I wanted faster and more power. More upbeat and more rock. Evan and I put our heads together and created something awesome.”
The result is a sound described by Evan as “organic, powerful, and epic”, larger than life, yet grounded enough to avoid artificial excess.

From Studio Precision to Live Energy

Even in production, perfection was not forced. Some of the album’s defining moments came from inspired early takes rather than overworked mixes.
“Sometimes the first raw mix is the best one,” Evan admits. “Don’t fix what isn’t broken.”

Also contributing to the album were the musicians Henrik Bodin-Sköld (Guitars), Niklas “Bullen” Bengtsson (Drums) and Erik Arkö (Bass).

Now, with the studio chapter complete, the band is looking firmly toward the stage.
2026 marks the return of Symphony of Sweden as a live force, with Sweden as the starting point for upcoming performances.

Live Return Confirmed: May 30, 2026 – Platens, Linköping

The band has confirmed a special intimate but high-energy live show on May 30, 2026, at Platens in Linköping, Sweden.
Despite the smaller venue, the promise is clear: “It will be personal and intimate, combined with full blast energy from the stage,” says Evan. Lee adds with a grin: “Bigger, better, harder, faster.”

Also confirmed is the open air rock festival Skogsröjet in Finspång Sweden  30 July-1August, 2026.

What Symphony of Sweden Expects From 2026

Looking ahead, both Evan and Lee are united in their vision:

  • More live shows
  • Even more songwriting
  • Audience growth through real connection

“We want our fans to like what they hear, want to see us live, and be our missionaries,” Evan says.

Lee’s message is just as direct: “Build with us. Share the love of music with us.”

With “Stand My Ground”, Symphony of Sweden is not simply releasing a new album, they are reinforcing their identity, refining their sound, and preparing for their most powerful live era yet.

With their self-titled eighth studio album arriving worldwide in just two days, ALTER BRIDGE return with the final song to be released ahead of the album’s official launch. “Scales Are Falling” is another signature rocker from the acclaimed quartet—Myles Kennedy (vocals/guitars), Mark Tremonti (guitars/vocals), Brian Marshall (bass), and Scott Phillips (drums).

The track explores the moment of realization that comes with uncovering deception, and the emotional impact that truth can carry once it’s revealed.

Myles Kennedy explains:
“It’s when you realize the reality of a situation where you’ve been deceived. You see the truth and how harsh it is.”

“Scales Are Falling” is available now across all digital service providers. The accompanying visualizer—created by Marcin Pospiech (Nine Inch Nails, Tool – @reinfected.me)—is also out today and can be seen below.

Mark Tremonti adds:
“I was excited for this one. It has an atmospheric vibe with a lot of peaks, valleys, and moods. I solo over the bridge, and Myles plays the outro.”

With more than two decades as one of rock’s most consistently acclaimed bands, ALTER BRIDGE continue to push forward. Renowned for their towering riffs, infectious melodies, and masterful guitar interplay, the quartet will release their self-titled eighth studio album on January 9, 2026,via Napalm Records. As Blabbermouth.net recently noted, “More than 20 years in, ALTER BRIDGE keep showing they’re here to stay.” Physical formats are available for preorder now at https://www.lnk.to/AB-AlterBridge.

The forthcoming album features 12 brand-new tracks that rank among the band’s most compelling work to date. Songs such as “Rue the Day,”“Disregarded,” and “What Are You Waiting For” stand tall alongside staples from the ALTER BRIDGE catalog. “Trust in Me” highlights the powerful vocal chemistry between Kennedy and Tremonti, with Myles leading the verses and Mark commanding the chorus—an approach they reverse on the crushingly heavy “Tested and Able.”“Hang by a Thread” is primed for the live stage, channeling the energy of fan-favorite anthems, while album closer “Slave to Master” delivers an epic finale and marks the longest track the band has ever recorded.

The album’s first single, “Silent Divide,” continues its ascent at Active Rock radio and is approaching six million views on YouTube. Longtime producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette once again joined the band for the project, which was recorded over two months this spring at the legendary 5150 Studios in California and at Baskette’s studio in Florida.

About ALTER BRIDGE:
Back in 2004, four lifelong musicians got together down in Florida. Even though they had traveled separate paths, similar lessons learned, wisdom earned, and dues paid united these gentlemen—Myles Kennedy [vocals, guitar], Mark Tremonti [guitar, vocals], Brian Marshall [bass], and Scott Phillips [drums]—as Alter Bridge. Over the ensuing two decades, the band endured countless trials and tribulations, defied every odd, and rose to the head of the pack as a hard rock juggernaut, cementing a singular legacy by selling out arenas, gathering nearly 1 billion streams, inciting international acclaim, and quietly attracting a diehard audience. Beginning with the Top 5 entry of 2004’s gold certified One Day Remains, the band have scored six consecutive Top 20 debuts on the Billboard 200. Among a myriad of highlights, Guitarist Magazine applauded “Blackbird” for the “Greatest Guitar Solo of All Time,” the ABIII single “Isolation” vaulted to #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart, 2013’s Fortress received rare perfect scores from KERRANG! and Total Guitar, and Walk The Sky shook the Top Rock Albums Chart at #1. Beyond packing O2 Arena and Royal Albert Hall, Classic Rock hailed 2022’s Pawns & Kings as “the Rolls-Royce of ALTER BRIDGE records” in a 4.5-out-of-5-star review. Plus, the latter LP garnered praise from American Songwriter, Guitar World, and Loudwire, while Billboard christened them “one of America’s premiere hard rock quartets.” Channeling the same relentless drive, the band continues to expand their legacy with their forthcoming self-titled eighth album—an embodiment of the precision, power, and soaring musicality fans have come to expect.
