Dubbed as “the new bearers of hope for modern melodic metal” by Hardline Magazine (DE) and “one of Europe’s most promising epic modern metal outfits” by Metalized Magazine (DK), the four-piece is poised to continue their rise to the top of the scene in 2025.

Founded in 2018, AD INFINITUM has built a devoted fanbase with their captivating live energy and critically acclaimed studio albums, amassing millions of streams and video views. GAEREA Announce New Album “Loss” with Video for ‘Hellbound’

Posted by tarjavirmakari on October 20, 2025
Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: GAEREA. Leave a comment

After plunging into aquatic darkness with “Submerged” Portugal’s masked GAEREA are “Hellbound” today. Watch them burn like fire in another video from Tre Film, below.

The band comments: “’Hellbound’ is an intense and cathartic track, diving deep into themes of guilt, heartbreak, and self-destruction. With searing riffs and visceral vocals, it captures the tension between vulnerability and aggression, love and betrayal. Vivid imagery of fire, thorns, and restless ghosts amplifies its raw emotional weight, making it both haunting and empowering.”

This is GAEREA at their most uncompromising: a song that resonates with listeners drawn to dark, emotional, and confrontational music. GAEREA is nothing short of a beautiful enigma rooted in musical extremity and utter passion. In under a decade, the masked collective, born in the Portuguese town of Porto, has navigated countless darkened shades of metal to arrive at their fifth album and Century Media debut, “Loss”.

“Loss” is the sound of GAEREA continuing to define and redefine itself, incorporating elements of the band’s post-black metal past with the sharpened sonics and haunting melodies. It finds GAEREA emerging from creative chrysalis and bursting into something as engaging as it is unexpected: There’s singing. There are choruses as catchy and passionate as the best rock and metal songs. Yet, through the emotionally charged din, it’s unmistakably GAEREA.

First preorders of “Loss”, that is scheduled for a release on March 20, 2026, are already available under the following link: https://gaerea.lnk.to/Loss-Album.

Recent months have seen GAEREA bringing their energized and expressionistic live show to stages all over Europe, headlining to sold out crowds as well as festivals including Czech’s Brutal Assault, Belgium’s Alcatraz and Germany’s Summer Breeze. In October and November, GAEREA will join labelmates, Orbit Culture on the Swedish upstarts’ headline tour of the UK and Europe for their upcoming Century Media debut, “Death Above Life”.

TRIBAL GAZE Celebrate Release of New “Inveighing Brilliance” Album with Visualizer for ‘The Irreversible Sequence’

Posted by tarjavirmakari on October 20, 2025

Texas death metal hellions TRIBAL GAZE have released their eagerly awaited sophomore album, Inveighing Brilliance, today with Nuclear Blast Records.

Since their introduction just four years ago, the five-piece has quickly slayed listeners and audiences around the world with their signature, modern twist on brutal old-school death that has propelled the band to pack leaders in their scene. Armed with an unbridled onslaught of riffs, the band cuts through the crowd with an intense, unrelenting new album of disorder, featuring furious stand out tracks like “To The Spoils of Faith” and “Beyond Recognition.”

Commenting on the record’s release, guitarist Quintin Stauts says:

“This album represents a different era for us. The world really seems like a different place than when the last record came out. This one focuses less on creative fictional story telling and more on truly feeling violent. We felt it was appropriate to take a more radical approach to riff and lyric writing.”

Along with the record’s release, TRIBAL GAZE has debuted a new visualizer today for another one of their blistering heavy tracks “The Irreversible Sequence.”

Adding about the track, Stauts says:

“I probably listen to this song the most because its short and it just has parts that make me rewind it even though it’s our song and we’ve heard it a million times. The heavy parts in this song are the perfect representatives of the guitar tone our producer Taylor Young helped us achieve.”

TRIBAL GAZE will tour North America in mid-November in support of Inveighing Brilliance this fall with CATTLE DECAPITATION, ABORTED and FROZEN SOUL. Tickets are available HERE.

DESPISED ICON Release Music Video for New Single ‘The Apparition’

In two weeks, Canadian deathcore pioneers DESPISED ICON unleash their seventh full-length album, Shadow Work which will be released on October 31, 2025 via Nuclear Blast Records. The album stands as the band’s most fine-tuned and dynamic effort to date, balancing relentless speed, crushing grooves, and morbid melodies, while remaining true to their signature blend of extreme death metal and hardcore grit.

From crushing riffs and blistering blast beats to a seismic breakdown, ‘The Apparition’ unleashes DESPISED ICON‘s dynamic chaos. A visceral anthem of loyalty tested and spirits fractured beyond repair, its lyrics are a haunting exploration of betrayal, brotherhood, and inner ruin. Watch the music video directed by Simon Marchand of Disjonctés Production, here:

DESPISED ICON‘s Eric Jarrin comments, “We are really stoked to present this third single to all of you. ‘The Apparition’ holds a special place in my heart as it is the last song I wrote for this record. With the help of Alex for the arrangements, I allowed myself to push the melodic enveloppe a bit further and came up with one of the most crushing breakdowns on the album.

This song also marks our first collaboration with Simon and Disjonctés Productions. Not only did he understand the very personal lyrics of ‘The Apparition,’ Simon found a very artistic way to translate it into images while encompassing the energy of the band performing. Thanks for watching.”

BATTLE BEAST Unleash Electrifying New Album “Steelbound” with Video for ‘Twilight Cabaret’

Finnish heavy metal sensation BATTLE BEAST proudly release their seventh studio album, Steelbound — an electrifying and highly anticipated record that marks a bold new chapter for the band.

With Steelbound, BATTLE BEAST deliver a dynamic mix of power, melody, and attitude. The album roars to life with crushing heavy tracks like ‘Last Goodbye’, flirts with pop brilliance on ‘Angel Of Midnight’, invites everyone to the dance floor with unapologetic party anthems like ‘Here We Are’, and uplifts spirits with the empowering title track ‘Steelbound’.

A thunderous monument of defiance and resilience, Steelbound stands as an earnest battle cry for anyone who has ever been dismissed, diminished, or silenced — and at the same time, it radiates pure positivity and joy. For 38 minutes, fans are invited to throw their worries away, sing, dance, headbang, and do whatever feels right!

To mark this special day, BATTLE BEAST have also unveiled a brand-new music video for ‘Twilight Cabaret’, offering fans another glimpse into the vibrant world of Steelbound.

Stream the album Steelbound: https://battlebeast.bfan.link/steelbound-album

‘Twilight Cabaret’ marks the next chapter in one of BATTLE BEAST’s most riotous and sharp-edged tales. Almost a decade has passed, and the shadows have only grown deeper.

Set in a world where power corrupts and truth is bent, the song paints a grim vision of rulers who erode justice, control the media, and spread distrust toward knowledge and reason.

“We never set out to play it safe. With Twilight Cabaret, we wanted to cut deeper, both musically and lyrically, with layered lyrics and blending Latin infusions with metal. The result is a theatrical anthem with a sinister twist, and we’re genuinely proud of it. It always felt like a song that had to be written,” says Janne Björkroth, the composer of the song and producer of the album.

And the celebration doesn’t stop there — the band’s European tour kicks off today, October 17th, with a massive show in Hamburg at the legendary Fabrik.

The band comment on the run: “It’s been a while since we travelled the roads of Europe. You have all been missed. Now we’re back with full force and a brand new record. Join us on this adventurous journey into the deep cave where the beast awaits”

Hällas‘ fourth full-length Panaroma will be released on 30th January, 2026 via their own label Äventyr Records. With the new album, Hällas both consolidates and expands the image of what the band is – but also what rock can be. This time, different perspectives in a scenario are explored regarding whether humanity is capable of understanding a viewpoint other than their own. It reflects our time but is, in typical Hällas fashion, staged in a fictional, distant world.

“In one way, Panorama sounds familiar: an imaginative hybrid of progressive 70s rock and heavy metal with echoes of both folk and psychedelia, along with conceptual content. In another sense, you have not quite heard a record like this from Hällas before. The self-confidence has never been as evident. Influences from different directions collide, and sometimes clash, contributing to the feeling that the expected instead culminates in wonder at what it is you’re hearing.“More news concerning the album (including pre-orders) will be announced soon!

Forget about everyday life and step into an adventurous fantasy world – that’s what Hällas wants for their audience to experience. The Swedish quintet craft epic fantasy-themed concept albums filled with adventurous twin guitars, vintage synths, and mystical storytelling, carving out their own genre of adventure rock.

Their upcoming album Panorama is Hällas‘ fourth full length release. While  staying true to their signature sound and lyricism, it may very well be the most varied and complex so far.

Hällas were founded in 2011 and saw their initial breakthrough with their first full length album, Excerpts From A Future Past (2017), and its hit single ‘Star Rider’. Building on their initial success, Hällas released their sophomore album Conundrum in 2020, garnering them a Swedish Grammy nomination. The album trifecta was complete with the release of Isle of Wisdom in 2022, widening their repertoire even further.

With each release, the band have cultivated a cult following in the modern prog and
hard rock scenes around the world. With their cinematic storytelling and timeless
sound, Hällas have been touring far and wide-playing sold out shows all over Europe, as well as North and Latin America. Regardless of where, Hällas capture their audience with their own adventure rock universe coming to life on stage.

With Panorama, the band writes yet another chapter in the story of Hällas. Tread carefully, friends.

Hällas are:
Tommy Alexandersson: vocals, bass
Rickard Swahn: guitar
Marcus Petersson: guitar
Nicklas Malmqvist: keyboards
Kasper Eriksson: drums
