Multi-GRAMMY® Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame® Inductees Aerosmith (Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton, and Joey Kramer) and British multi-platinum, award-winning rockstar Yungblud have announced today details on their forthcoming collaborative EP titled One More Time.

Out on November 21 via Capitol Records, One More Time marks Aerosmith’s first new music in over 12 years. Produced by Matt Schwartz, One More Time features 4 original tracks co-written by Aerosmith and Yungblud (with both frontmen sharing the vocals), as well as a fiery 2025 mix of the classic “Back In The Saddle.”

The One More Time EP artwork was designed exclusively by Chrome Hearts’ Joe Foti, a first for the luxury brand, and is available now to pre-order digitally as well as limited-edition vinyl.

ONE MORE TIME tracklist:
My Only Angel
Problems
Wild Woman
A Thousand Days
Back In The Saddle (2025 Mix)

Also revealed today, “My Only Angel,” the first track released by the music legends and one of the most prevalent young voices in rock, available now on all digital platforms and with an accompanying visual. Opening with Tyler’s towering vocals a cappella as he asks, “Will you cry, if I called you my angel? Would you leave me one more time?”  the track awash in delay, loose guitar echoes over a steady beat, a rumbling bassline, and strains of soft piano. Yungblud and Tyler lean into the refrain’s hypnotic harmony until a signature Perry fret-burning solo takes hold, underscoring the chemistry between two generations of rock.

Listen to “My Only Angel” HERE

“The decision to meet Yungblud and make this music with him…was like plugging into pure electricity!” says Steven Tyler.  ‘For Joe and me it was another cosmic collision… to find ourselves in the studio with this outrageously talented and positively wild animal named Dom. Here’s this kid that lives his life out loud…grew up on our records and the British invasion… and now we’re in the studio together creating something that bridges generations. He devoured all the same greats looked up to…and then he started to dream on.  It’s as simple as that.” Tyler declares.  “When we sang and played together for the first time there was an immediate unspoken vibration throughout the studio… it reminded me of the wheels of the car vibrating my seat as the boys and I drove into Boston 50 years ago for the very first time.  It had that same deep intimate pressure of necessity.  To make it… make it great… something fresh and new…and make it last forever. That’s the rock n roll way baby!  Yungblud wants this next chapter in rock history and asked us to be a part of it. We got on so well… the vibe in the room was epic from the start… we had a blast… and were truly honored to write with him! Rock and roll becomes timeless when you pour your heart and soul into it… that’s when the magic happens.”

Of the collaboration, Joe Perry said, “A year ago, I got a call that Yungblud wanted to come to Sarasota to work with me and write some songs. I had heard his single and said, hell yeah, this guy’s got the juice. Four days in the studio and we got to know each other along with his team. I called Steven and told him, you have to hear this guy Yungblud — he’s the real deal. Fast forward to May and we’re in the studio with Steven recording new music. The end result turned out to be an amazing collaboration between Aerosmith and Yungblud. Let the music do the talking.”

Yungblud shares: “Aerosmith have been such a staple of rock and roll and showmanship for me, so I’ve been ready for this my whole life. As soon as we entered the studio, the chemistry exploded and the songs just poured out of us. It’s the kind of collaboration that young me wouldn’t even dream of so to sit here holding a vinyl in my hand that says Aerosmith and YUNGBLUD on it is truly blowing my mind. Steven and Joe are at the top of their game and working with them is a huge fucking honor. I’m making records with my hero’s, the shows insane every night and rock ‘n’ roll is waking the fuck up whether you like it or not. I’m loving every second.”

Yungblud (real name Dominic Harrison) first met the legendary band when they paired up in the studio with the intention of featuring on a version of the 9-minute epic, ‘Hello Heaven, Hello.” Chemistry started to flow, and what began as a guest spot soon turned into a writing session, eventually evolving into a five-track EP. Beyond the lead single, the collection showcases Yungblud’s raw spirit colliding with the band’s legendary musicianship: Perry and Whitford’s guitars cut through with signature fire, Hamilton’s bass anchors the arrangements, and Tyler’s unmistakable voice intertwines with Yungblud’s across every track. Longtime friend Matt Sorum, former drummer of Guns N’ Roses and Velvet Revolver, lends his presence behind the kit across the EP. The announcement of One More Time and release of “My Only Angel” follows Aerosmith and Yungblud’s powerful performance at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards earlier this month – watch HERE.

Aerosmith also hold the record for the most total RIAA certifications by an American group. They were the first hard rock band to appear at a Super Bowl Halftime Show and the first band to have their own attraction at Disney World with Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. Continuing to break ground in 2025, Aerosmith are set to release One More Time—a collaborative EP with YUNGBLUD—on November 21 via Capitol Records, marking their first new release in over 12 years. One of the best-selling Canadian bands of all time, multi-Platinum rockers FINGER ELEVEN are bringing more new music to their legions of fans with the release of “Last Night On Earth.” Released today (September 19), it’s the title track from their first new studio album in a decade. Pre-orders for the LAST NIGHT ON EARTH album—out November 7 via Better Noise Music, their first with the label—are available now HERE.

Listen to “Last Night On Earth” HERE

While everyone agreed the title track was a special song, it took FINGER ELEVEN—Scott Anderson (vocals), James Black (lead guitar, backing vocals), Rick Jackett (rhythm guitar), Sean Anderson (bass), and Steve Molella (drums)—many years to find the diamond inside of this movingly candid string-laden ballad about how relationships fall apart. Jackett realized that they had no true chorus, but as they were tracking drums for the last four songs on the album, drummer Steve Molella suggested doing an acoustic, campfire- style jam. They nailed it during their final hour of studio time.

“Scott wrote some of my favorite lyrics,” Molella beams. “It was the most natural the song has ever sounded.”

“I think ‘Last Night On Earth’ could be placed squarely in a traditional relationship frame where you forget what you’re even fighting about,” continues Scott Anderson, whose vocals compellingly illuminate the song’s sadness. “But you hate that feeling in the pit of your stomach when something’s not resolved and you don’t know what tomorrow’s gonna look like.”

“Last Night On Earth” is the follow-up to the album’s second single and video which was released August 1, the thunderous “Blue Sky Mystery” featuring Richard Patrick from Filter. It’s currently flying up the Active Rock chart in Canada. Listen to the song HERE and view the video HERE.

Last year, fans got the first taste of LAST NIGHT ON EARTH via the high-octane “Adrenaline” (which reached the Top 20 on the Mediabase Active Rock chart) and a video that’s reached over 176k views on YouTube. The song also reached #2 on the Active Rock chart in Canada, where the song held strong in the Top 5 for over four months.

FINGER ELEVEN is now propelled by a fresh musical vigor. “As we were making LAST NIGHT ON EARTH, there was this feeling that we were making a big Rock record,” Rick Jackett recalls. “We had done that early in our career, and then we veered away from it. But it was time to go back and embrace that bigness of the sound. Even the soft songs sound big.”

Originally from Burlington, Ontario and now based mostly out of Toronto, FINGER ELEVEN have released a series of consecutive hit albums and become among the greatest live bands to ever emerge from the great White North. Their self-titled debut album broke the band into the international mainstream, achieving Gold status in the United States and Platinum in Canada, and smashing the first single “One Thing,” across the radio and Billboard charts. Their 2007 album, THEM VS. YOU VS. ME, launched the single “Paralyzer,” setting radio records in the U.S., peaking at #1 internationally and going 5x Platinum, the band’s second million-plus seller. They won the Juno Award for Rock Album the following year and set an incredible run at rock radio, with an unbeaten #14 weeks at the top spot. LIFE TURNS ELECTRIC, was nominated for a Juno Award for Best Rock Album of the Year. 2015’s  FIVE CROOKED LINES continued to electrify audiences the world over and their 2023 GREATEST HITS includes their biggest smash hit in a decade, “Together Right,” which topped the radio charts for an amazing five-week run at #1.

After rocking a busy festival season this summer, FINGER ELEVEN will hit the U.S. with Alien Ant Farm and Brkn Love for a flurry of concerts leading up to the new album’s release. This will be followed by a national Canadian tour with fellow native sons Headstones and Tea Party joining them. Tickets are available now on the band’s official website.

ABOUT BAD WOLVES

BAD WOLVES arrived with the rarity and the force of a lightning bolt in 2018 with their chart-topping version of The Cranberries’ “Zombie.” This collective of tried-and-true musicians rallied around an unconventional vision for heavy music, grafting rafter-reaching hooks to pit-splitting riffs and mind-bending rhythms with a penchant for unexpected twists and turns. Their full-length debut “DISOBEY” bowed in the Top 25 of the Billboard 200 and delivered a platinum single and a gold single. On its heels, they showed no signs of stopping with “N.A.T.I.O.N.” [2019]. However, “DEAR MONSTERS” kickstarted another season in 2021 as “Lifeline” netted their sixth #1 at Active Rock radio. Reaching a critical high, Billboard hailed the latter as “BAD WOLVES’ most diverse and far-reaching album to date.” Reaching over 2.8 billion total streams, and over 818 million video views, they’ve sold out headline shows on multiple continents and toured with everyone from Papa Roach and Hollywood Undead to Volbeat.

IN VIRTUE Announce Third Album “Age of Legends”, New Video Single ‘Gunslingers of the New American Desert’ Out Now

Posted by tarjavirmakari on September 21, 2025
Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: IN VIRTUE. Leave a comment

There’s this rather old-fashioned proverb: “Good things come to those who wait.” It’s actually not 100% true in the case of Los Angeles, California’s IN VIRTUE – since they have been providing us with a constant output of new, highly-praised content over the last years. But it’s been a while now since the releases of their first two full-length albums “Embrace the Horror” (2012) and “Delusions of Grandeur” (2009). So in their case it’s more like: “Good things finally come to be another album.”

Well, the wait is finally over. The quartet of GEAR GODS Masterminds Trey Xavier (lead vocals, guitar, bass, orchestration, synthesizers, production) and Alex Nasla (The Mourning, ex-Witherfall; keyboards, vocals), Rami Khalaf (guitar), Jamie Hush (bass) – live drums being handled by Bruno Valverde of Angra – has just announced that their third album “Age of Legends” will be released on November 21, 2025.

So: What took them so long? Singer Trey Xavier explains: “We started tracking this album on January 2nd, 2019, and got most of the way done with it when the pandemic hit. That, coupled with a series of setbacks, postponed its completion until 2024. Some of the songs were ideas that were written over 10 years ago, so as you can imagine, we’re very excited for it to see the light of day.“ Three songs on the album have already been released in the meantime – “Purgatory” (2019), “Where The Edges Meet” (2020) and “SCREAM” (2023), proving the band’s variety and why it’s not easy (if not impossible) to put them into any kind of genre. If you want to call them progressive – that’s what they really are, combining elements of power metal, groove, progressive metal, pop and so much more on this album. When experiencing “Age of Legends” from front to back, it’s thrilling to feel how each song also stands on its own, as tiny microcosms of the overall concept of the album. Trey underlines: “It’s a concept album about someone who has made poor choices in the past and is on a journey of self-forgiveness. The character in the story is based on Sisyphus, who was a terrible tyrannical king who was deserving of punishment – but is there truly anything someone can do to deserve eternal punishment? In it, this Sisyphus character decides (with a little help from a character called The Catalyst) that after thousands of years of torment, he’s done his time and that he’s going to seek forgiveness from the most important person we all need it from – ourselves.” The obvious cathartic overall theme, the dynamics of every track are carefully curated to build to a huge and meaningful climax – “Age of Legends” is an album that has the potential to be one of those albums that lead you through not only a certain phase in life but rather define it. It’s an album more than worth waiting for.

As the next foretaste of the forthcoming “Age of Legends”, IN VIRTUE treats us with is the postapocalyptic “Gunslingers of the New American Desert”:

Check out the single now on all platforms: https://orcd.co/invirtuegunslingers

The heaviest song from the upcoming album – and the slowest song in the entire IN VIRTUE catalog so far – musically and lyrically combines a Wild West theme of lawlessness and survival conflict with crushing riffs, electronic sounds and soaring orchestration. The band explains: “‘Gunslingers of the New American Desert’ explores a world where order is replaced by the will of the powerful, where suffering is imposed every day by tyrants who forget that the pain they inflict on others is a betrayal of their own humanity.”

“Age of Legends” features guest appearances by vocalists Charlotte Wessels (ex-DELAIN) and Chaney Crabb (ENTHEOS), as well as guitars by Dave Davidson (REVOCATION) and the already released singles “Purgatory”, “Where The Edges Meet” and “SCREAM”. The album will be released on November 21 and is available for pre-save now via: https://orcd.co/agofle

Los Angeles, California’s IN VIRTUE is a band forging a new path, abandoning outdated conceptions of what heavy music is to redefine metal for a new era. Although IN VIRTUE was initially formed in 2004 in California’s Bay Area, the band’s rebirth in 2015 is where the real story begins.
That’s when founding guitarist Trey Xavier made the difficult decision to take over lead vocals, move south to LA, and start the band over with a new lineup. This was the catalyst they needed, and the band’s final form took shape. Adding keyboardist Alex Nasla (The Mourning, ex-Witherfall), guitarist Rami Khalaf, and bassist Jamie Hush, their new sound was freed.

“I was tired of other people singing what I was writing,” says Trey (who you may know from his popular YouTube channel, formerly known as GEAR GODS). “We had some pretty good singers, but it always felt like a compromise. It was pretty scary – I was 28 and I had never seriously sung before. But all the work I put in paid off, because now I can create my music as I envision it.”

And what a vision it has become – the band’s forthcoming album “Age of Legends”, due out in 2025, tells a haunting tale of Sisyphean struggle and redemption through a modern lens. This new era of IN VIRTUE brought their first new music, 2019’s single “Purgatory”, which gave the world a brand new sound. Combining elements of power metal, groove, progressive metal, and pop, but somehow sounding like none of the above, “Purgatory” defined the sonic future of the band. The singles “Where The Edges Meet” and “SCREAM” followed soon after to expand on the story, each moving the story forward and bringing new life to the characters and their pain.
With way more to come on “Age of Legends” (release: November 21, 2025), IN VIRTUE is looking forward to the next chapter and bringing their story to the world.
