December 11, 2026 – just in time for the kickoff of her “Magic Winter” tour, DORO is treating the rock world to the special release “Wild At Heart,” a red-hot album packed with killer new tracks.

“Rock You 2 Death,” the first new single , along with its accompanying video – which the Metal Queen filmed in Sweden and spiced up with awesome live clips from Wacken Open Air – provides the perfect preview.

Celebrating 30 years as one of Eastern Europe’s most distinctive and genre‑defying metal bands, the champions of folkcore, Dirty Shirt, are sharing the ultimate live best-of album, “Dirty Thirty Live”. The live album features 30 songs selected from 11 of the most important performances in the Romanian band’s history. The album is available on a double-CD digipack, deluxe double vinyl, and digital streaming.

“DIRTY THIRTY LIVE is a journey through some of the biggest and most important shows of our career. From FolkCore Detour to Wacken, from Hellfest and Rockstadt Extreme Fest to the incredible crowds of Pol’and’Rock, these recordings capture the energy, madness, and emotion that we’ve shared with you onstage throughout the years,” says Mihai Tivadar.

ESHTADUR Release Final Single & Video ‘Thunderground’ from Upcoming Album

Colombian melodic death metal force ESHTADUR strikes again with “Thunderground,” the final single leading into their upcoming album “In Darkness All Shadows Gone,” set for release October 2nd via Rockshots Records.

Fast, heavy, and uncompromising, “Thunderground” channels the band’s signature blend of relentless riffing, razor‑sharp melodies, and a brooding atmosphere rooted in the album’s mystical narrative, delivering a fierce and focused snapshot of ESHTADUR’s evolving sound.

At the heart of the song stands the Thunder God, a celestial force associated with awakening and spiritual transformation. Inspired by traditions in which being struck by lightning can represent receiving a gift or a calling, “Thunderground” presents thunder as a force of both destruction and revelation, breaking through illusion to trigger a new state of consciousness.

This symbolism connects directly with the journey at the core of “In Darkness All Shadows Gone“. The Thunder God’s call is directed at The Crow, the shamanic figure who moves through the album’s narrative, where darkness becomes a path toward transformation and self-discovery. Rather than serving as an end in itself, destruction becomes the catalyst for awakening and the beginning of another stage in that journey.

The same sense of urgency shapes the music. Fast guitars and heavy, direct riffs propel the track forward while melodic guitar lines interact with the vocals to create a balance between aggression and atmosphere. The result is a concise and immediate song that places the intensity of ESHTADUR’s death metal foundations alongside the melodic character that defines the record.

That balance extends throughout “In Darkness All Shadows Gone“. Developed over four years, the twelve-track album brings together black and death metal foundations with melodic and symphonic elements, expanding the band’s sound through orchestral arrangements, layered vocals, and Tuvan vocal techniques.

The orchestral dimension was developed in collaboration with the Caldas Symphonic Orchestra, with sessions recorded at Batuta’s Theater in Manizales, Colombia. Produced by Jorg August, the album also features drums recorded by Michal Lysejko (Dieth) in Poland, while mixing and mastering were handled by Tomasz Zed Zalewski.

Following “Into The Woods”, “August’s Burdens” and “Omen Of Millennia”, “Thunderground” completes the series of singles leading into “In Darkness All Shadows Gone“, out October 2nd, 2026 via Rockshots Records.

King Kraken unleashed their third single of 2026 on 18th September with ‘Shadows Fall’. A dark and unnerving tale of getting lost in the woods only to be met by malevolence and evil wrongdoing.

‘Shadows Fall’ was inspired by the popular ‘found footage’ horror genre, mainly ‘The Blair Witch Project’. The idea for this track was to flip the melodic structure by having more melody in the verses and a gritty aggressive chorus. Like a journey where everything starts fine but the deeper you go the darker it gets. Coming straight out the gate with a catchy riff this doesn’t let up for a second. It grabs you by the neck and drags you around as opposed to holding your hand.

King Kraken is a four-piece Rock/Metal band from South Wales, UK. In 2025 they released their second album, ‘March of the Gods’, with two of their four singles playlisted on Planet Rock and Kerrang Radio. Positive album reviews poured in, including reviews from big hitters such as Kerrang and features in Metal Hammer magazine. With a new album and hefty praise from the rock/metal press, the band headed out on a headline tour.

The band has played Bloodstock Festival, Call of the Wild, Planet Rock’s Rockstock and Stonedead Festival and Steelhouse festival as well as the first band to play the Bloodstock Winter Gathering event at KK’s Steel Mill in Wolverhampton. The band has played with some heavyweight artists including The Almighty, The Dead Daisies, Crobot, Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons, Monster Truck, The Sweet, Geoff Tate and Crowbar.

2026 is also proving to be another big year for King Kraken, with them hitting the main stage at Call Of The Wild Festival plus opening up Steelhouse Festival in July, and with the walls of Chepstow Castle now crumbling as a result of excessive decibels, it’s on to more gigs and tours with Crobot and Breed 77 as well as a few headline dates.
