BEAST EAGLE’s New Single ‘The Dead Follow’ Out Now

The blistering new single ‘The Dead Follow‘ from Nebraskan heavy rock conjurors Beast Eagle is out now. ‘The Dead Follow’ crashes open with thunderous riffs and a pulse that never settles. It tells the story of a witch rising from the ashes of the ordinary – her magic awakening as the world begins to burn. Spells come without warning. Fire dances at her fingertips. And everything familiar begins to warp into something unrecognizable.

Stream here: https://orcd.co/the-dead-follow

The single is a raw surge of rebellion and mysticism, channeling the disorientation of transformation into a hard-hitting sonic ritual. It’s a battle cry for anyone who’s ever outgrown their past and stepped into something darker, stranger, and more powerful than the world could handle. Beast Eagle delivers a sound that bites – equal parts doom, groove, and unrelenting rock fury.

‘The Dead Follow’ sets the tone for ‘Sorceress’, Beast Eagle’s thunderous upcoming EP – a tale forged in shadows, soaked in vengeance, and written in riffs. Each track tells a chapter of The Witch’s story – sacrifice, fury, and liberation – brought to life through earth-shaking drums, beast-like guitars, and vocals that summon the storm.
This is more than a single. This is the beginning of the reckoning.

FROM FALL TO SPRING to Release New Album “Entry Wounds” + Stream New Single ‘Blood’

After their charting debut Rise shattered expectations and racked up over 20 million Spotify streams, Germany’s From Fall to Spring now step into a darker, more introspective realm with their sophomore record, Entry Wounds, out on September 26th via Arising Empire. The band have also unveiled new single ‘Blood’.

Pre-order Entry Wounds here: https://arisingempire.com/ffts

From Fall to Spring aren’t just another name in the modern metal scene – they’re one of its most forward-thinking and emotionally charged forces. Led by twin vocalists Philip and Lukas Wilhelm, the German outfit forge a sound that’s as unmistakable as it is uncompromising – a fusion of post-rock atmospheres, hip-hop-infused grooves, soaring hooks, and the sheer weight of metalcore’s punch. Where Rise looked outward, Entry Wounds turns its gaze inward.

“Our debut record was all about our interactions with the world and different kinds of people,” the band explains. “Entry Wounds, on the other hand, is an inward journey. It deals with personal struggles and self-development.”

Each song on Entry Wounds is a fragment — a scar carved by memory, a flash of clarity amidst the static. Together, they weave a slow-burning narrative of letting go, reclaiming control, and finding the courage to heal. Before even announcing the album, the band dropped five singles in album order – ‘Cast Away’, ‘Control’, ‘Come Alive’, ‘Take The Pain Away’ and ‘I Won’t Come Back Down’ – each capturing a distinct emotional phase of the story. Those tracks alone amassed over 5.5 million Spotify streams already, proving the resonance of From Fall to Spring’s message long before the full picture is revealed.

The newest single, ‘Blood’, acts as a turning point – and the official start of the Entry Wounds era. It’s a reminder that this is more than music; it’s a coded transmission from within the system, a place where trauma collides with the digital and the personal bleeds into the synthetic.

From Fall to Spring have grown sharper, bolder, and more confident than ever. Entry Wounds captures a band in full evolution — unafraid to be vulnerable, unafraid to hit harder than before. The system is active. The cloud is open. The world is not ready.

From Fall to Spring, a melodic new metal band from southwest Germany, began their musical journey with two self-produced EP’s, A Better Tomorrow (2017) and Disconnected (2019), which quickly amassed over one million streams. Their breakout single ‘Supernova’ paved the way for their debut album RISE, which alone garnered over 11 million streams on Spotify and contributed to over 20 million streams across their entire discography. This rising success led to their signing with Arising Empire, one of Germany’s premier rock and metal labels.

As part of this partnership, the band released five singles, each accompanied by its own music video, significantly boosting their visibility and digital presence. The lineup features twin brothers Philip and Lukas Wilhelm, alongside bandmates Simon Triem, Benedikt Veith, Sebastian Monzel, and León Arend. Their strong digital following includes over 108,000 TikTok followers and more than 38,000 on Instagram, further cementing their growing impact on the modern metal scene.

Track list:

3 Cast Away

CRANIAL Announce New Album “Structures” + Reveal First Single ‘Guidelines’

German post-metal titans CRANIAL have announced their highly anticipated new album, “Structures”, set for release on October 2 via Moment of Collapse Records. This marks the band’s powerful return from a period of personal and global turbulence, channeling grief, loss, and uncertainty into their most personal and evolved work to date.

To give a first glimpse into the record’s sonic landscape, the band has unleashed the single and album’s opening track “Guidelines“. The band comments on the single: “It’s about rejecting false comfort that feels wrong. A confrontation that is difficult. The connection needs correction in order to maintain a sense of fulfillment and vitality despite all tensions.”

Listen to “Guidelines” HERE

Tracklist:

  1. Guidelines
  2. Structures
  3. Into The Abyss
  4. The Beauty In Aggression

With “Structures” CRANIAL emerges from a dark silence with a record that feels like both a catharsis and a confrontation. Coming off the emotional weight of the past few years – a global pandemic, personal loss, the death of a close friend and their former drummer and the slow disintegration of once-stable relationships – the German post-metal titans have channeled these experiences into a body of work that is, at its core, about survival.

While earlier releases like “Dead Ends”, “Dark Towers, Bright Lights” and “Alternate Endings” established CRANIAL as a force in the post-metal and sludge scenes, “Structures” feels like the band’s most personal and evolved statement yet. The album’s emotional DNA is rooted in grief, anger and uncertainty, but it never collapses under that weight and gives room for hope. This duality runs throughout the new record. Tracks expand and collapse, ebb and flow, with moments of overwhelming sonic force giving way to haunting calm. The interplay of heaviness and melody is more refined than ever before, showcasing a band that knows when to devastate and when to let silence speak. Instead, CRANIAL masterfully transforms those raw feelings into sonic landscapes that are as expansive as they are punishing.

The DNA of Omega Massif – CRANIAL’s spiritual predecessor – is still detectable. The band continues to build on the dense, atmospheric tension that characterized their past work, but now there’s a deeper sense of dynamics and nuance.

“Structures” is not an easy listen, but it’s not meant to be. It’s a record forged in the crucible of grief and uncertainty, and it offers no simple resolutions. But in its intensity, there is honesty – and in that honesty, a strange, flickering kind of hope. CRANIAL has not only survived; they’ve created a powerful, unflinching testament to what it means to keep breathing when everything around you threatens to suffocate.

The album was recorded and mixed in March 2025 by Jens Siefert (RAMA Studio), mastered by Brad Boatright (Audiosiege), and features artwork by Oliver Humel (Hummelgrafik).

“Structures” will be out on October 2 on Moment of Collapse Records
and is now available for pre-order at THIS LOCATION

CRANIAL are:
Michael Melchers (Guitar)
Julian Weidhaus (Bass, Vocals, Samples)
Felix Amthor (Drums)

IRREVERENCE Release New Single And Lyric Video ‘No-Frills’

Posted by tarjavirmakari on August 17, 2025
Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: IRREVERENCE. Leave a comment

IRREVERENCE was founded in 1995 by Riccardo Paioro, which found in Davide Firinu the right person to start the project.

The band took advantage of the difficult period due to the pandemic and the consequent scarcity of live shows to compose new music. This resulted in what is the combo’s eleventh official release: “FORSAKEN”. Recorded at ADSR Studios, the band’s new full-length consists of 9 tracks and can be described as a further compositional breakthrough for the Italian quartet. The new album saw the light of day on 1 April 2024 on all digital and streaming platforms, as well as in digipack version and was supported by a European tour on the second half of April 2024.

The band has now released their new single and lyric video “No-Frills” out from their upcoming album  that will be released late 2025 via American label Brutal Records!

DAEDRIC Release New Single ‘Sand Tiger’ from Sophomore Album

Posted by tarjavirmakari on August 17, 2025
Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: DAEDRIC. Leave a comment

Daedric continues the journey toward their upcoming album As The Light Left with the release of their fierce new single, “Sand Tiger” which premiered yesterday at Outburn. The song is out now on all platforms via FiXT.

A raw and powerful homage to the golden era of nu-metal, “Sand Tiger” blends the explosive energy of Meteora-era Linkin Park with the grit of early Limp Bizkit. Originally sparked by a bass groove and vinyl loop from Geoff Rockwell, the track evolved into a hybrid beast of live and electronic drums, complete with a punchy ‘90s piccolo snare and record scratches laid down using a $100 Numark Party Mix controller—after Geoff’s proper gear baked in a Texas shed for three years.

Inspired by the Cave of Wonders tiger from Aladdin, “Sand Tiger” captures a dark, growling presence both sonically and lyrically. It tackles themes of existential exhaustion and emotional numbness, pushing forward even when it feels pointless. The chorus reflects the fleeting nature of emotion: what’s overwhelming now might be forgotten in minutes.

Kristyn’s vocals trade traditional screams for textured experimentation, especially in the outro where effects make her voice ricochet through the mix. A standout growled section following the record scratch quickly became one of her favorite moments to record.

From a simple loop to one of the most intense tracks on the album, “Sand Tiger” proves Daedric’s willingness to push boundaries.
“You know that feeling when you’re beyond anger, like you’re just done? That’s more what it was.” – Daedric

Preorder ‘As The Light Left‘ here: https://link.fixtmusic.com/AsTheLightLeft

As The Light Left is an album forged in both chaos and catharsis. With an unrelenting blend of nu-metal grit, cinematic darkness, and raw vulnerability, Daedric pushes their sound further than ever before—channeling pain, nostalgia, and primal fury.

The album opens with “The Other Terror,” fueled by a mental breakdown and relentless guitar riffs keeping the chaos sharp and direct. With unnerving  screams and a tempo that mirrors the energy of fan-favorite “Nirn,” it sets the tone for an album that refuses to hold back. “Sand Tiger” stomps onto the scene like a nu-metal time capsule from the early 2000s, gritty, groovy, and scratched to hell. Inspired by the Cave of Wonders from Aladdin and built from a Linkin Park-esque synth loop, the track fuses live and electronic drums with existential lyrical weight.

Then there’s “Callous”, a song that almost didn’t survive. The track was set to be delivered to the mixing engineer when the band collectively decided to tear it apart and rebuild it from the ground up. What emerged was a modern, emotionally devastating anthem about betrayal and self-inflicted retribution. It’s Daedric at their most emotionally and sonically unpredictable. “Night Mother”, is the song that truly marks the start of the album’s creation and all the turbulence that came with it to become a cornerstone of the album’s tone: brooding, cinematic, and deeply human.

Throughout As The Light Left, Daedric strips away polish in favor of pain, letting raw emotion bleed through genre-bending production and ferocious vocals. It’s not an album of easy answers or tidy resolutions. It’s the sound of collapse and creation, of dancing on the edge of the fire, torn between fury and fragility. Born from breakdowns, creative tension, and fearless reinvention, As The Light Left is both a cathartic purge and a statement of artistic intent: Daedric refined, but still untamed

Daedric is an alternative rock and metal project led by vocalist and artist, Kristyn Hope, alongside producers, Clay Schroeder and Geoff Rockwell.

Daedric draws inspiration from an eclectic array of sources including the open world role-playing game series, The Elder Scrolls, from which the Daedric name is derived. The musical soundscape can best be described as “all killer, no filler” (according to Metal Epidemic) with a dance of hypnotic synths, elaborate grooves, and intensely dynamic vocals.

Kristyn launched the Daedric project in 2021 through a partnership with electronic rock label FiXT. With the debut full-length album, Mortal, and a May 2025 tour supporting TesseracT under Daedric’s belt, the project has solidified its hold on the line between rock and metal, with promises to tighten its grip on listeners’ ears. The band continues forward with a new album slated for release in late 2025.

Daedric has collaborated with labelmates Celldweller, Fight The Fade, Andromida, Void Chapter, and Highsociety for a gamut of well received singles that have also pulled in more fans from across the world. After dropping a variety of singles, music videos, and collaborations Daedric has amassed nearly 500K followers across all platforms, scored interviews in Outburn’s issue #112, mentions on Louder Sound, Punk Rocker, Metal Hammer, Metal Injection Spotify’s official “Women Of Metal” playlist, and recognition from Cristina of Lacuna Coil in a Spotify Women of Metal roundtable discussion between Lacuna Coil, Spiritbox, and Halestorm. They’ve also gained notoriety as Daedric’s track “Abandon,” a collaborative effort with Andromida, found its way into the spotlight when Ubisoft chose it for inclusion in a promotional trailer for Rainbow Six Siege.

SLYDER SMITH’s New Single ‘Nobody’s Listening’ Out Now

Posted by tarjavirmakari on August 17, 2025
Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: SLYDER SMITH. Leave a comment

UK rock artist Slyder Smith breaks the silence with a gripping new single, “Nobody’s Listening,” out now. Gritty, melodic, and fiercely honest, the track channels the frustration of shouting into the void in an age of endless noise.

“It’s about those moments when you’re screaming to be heard but no one’s paying attention,” says Slyder. “We’re all so caught up in our own distractions — phones, filters, fast living — that real connection is getting lost.”

Stream here: https://lnk.to/Slydersgl

Produced by Robin Wynn Evans — known for his work with Manic Street Preachers, The View, Sam Brown and Dodgy — the single marks a bold step forward for Slyder’s sound. Evans’ sharp production captures the emotional intensity of a track that blends raw rock guitars with a modern, almost cinematic edge.
“Nobody’s Listening” isn’t just a song — it’s a shout from the underground for everyone who’s ever been ghosted, ignored, or left unheard. It’s a rallying cry wrapped in distortion and melody.

Available on Spotify & all streaming platforms plus limited edition SIGNED CD collectable bundle, including 2 exclusive acoustic tracks, Pleasure Victim & cover version of Hanoi Rocks’ Malibu Beach, signed poster & lyric sheet from 15th August.

Slyder made his name as guitarist and backing vocalist in cult power-poppers Last Great Dreamers, a colourful four-piece who started life in London in the 1990s. After the release of their 1994 debut album, Retrosexual, the Dreamers went on to be championed by ‘Kerrang!’ magazine, who nominated them as Best New Band in 1995. They split up two years later but reformed in 2015 and racked up a further three studio albums and a live record, plus support tours, with The Quireboys, Enuff Znuff, The Wildhearts, The Alarm, The Boys and Wolfsbane.

In 2021, with Covid in full flow and Last Great Dreamers on hiatus, Slyder started to cook up a batch of new songs, some of them in styles that he’d little explored in public. The following spring, he decamped to Oxfordshire to record them with Pete Brown – a talented producer and studio engineer who, over a 40-year career, has worked with the likes of George Harrison, Siouxsie And The Banshees, Marc Almond and The Smiths.

The album Slyder Smith & The Oblivion Kids’ ‘Charm Offensive’ came out in August 2022, to some fanfare from the rock press. Vive Le Rock rated the record “excellent”. Powerplay lauded it as “an album which restores the fact we are still home to the world’s best songwriters”, while the reviewer from Fireworks called it “a serious contender for my album of the year”. Straight out of the gate, ‘Charm Offensive‘ lived up to its title.

Slyder promoted the album live with numerous festival appearances in UK & Europe plus UK tours with Electric Boys & Cherie Currie and gained worldwide airplay on BBC Radio 2 Rock Show, Planet Rock Radio, BBC Introducing, Radio Caroline & many more.

Since relocating from Somerset to rural Scotland in 2023, Slyder has set about proving that he has what it takes to cross borders figuratively as well as literally. Writing & demoing material in his home studio, Slyder has so far recorded a batch of songs with producer Robin Wynn Evans at TPot Studio, Perthshire, to be released in the coming months culminating in an album release in 2026. His band feature Brian Kerr on bass & Adam McNaughton on drums. His first single, “Nobody’s Listening,” dives headfirst into the disconnection of the digital age. With razor-edged riffs and raw melancholic vocals, Slyder pulls no punches in exploring the silence we all feel when the world’s too busy to care.
