Swedish Metal Deluxe Veterans STERBHAUS Release Third Single ‘Master of the Hunt’ from Upcoming Album

Sterbhaus – The long running Metal Deluxe act from Stockholm (featuring previous members of Shining, Elvira Madigan, Ondskapt etc) have released a third and final single (out on July 16) before the highly anticipated new album “Next Akin to Chaos” is released.

Although the album – which will be the first in ten years, has no definite release date yet it is fair to say it will be a monumental Metal beast when looking back on all three singles released so far!

The new single “Master of the Hunt” should be a treat for anyone who enjoys the razor sharp and precise Extreme Metal of Dissections Reinkaos album and perhaps latter day Death – as it is basically Heavy Metal with Marcus characteristic sharp, witty and furios vocals alongside blistering Rock’n’Roll oozing solos. The song is inspired by the Netflix documentary “Wild Wild Country” which deals with the Rajneesh cult and their entertaining and completely “off the rails” approach to their commune when poisoning populations, arming themselves to the teeth with machine guns and bombing and attempting assassinations while at the same time throwing hilarios moral curve balls in media and basically having sex everywhere.

UNZUCHT Sign with Metalville, New Studio Album Coming in 2026

The Metalville family proudly welcomes its newest member, UNZUCHT. The band has almost completed the songwriting for their upcoming seventh album and will enter the studio next month. The as yet untitled work is scheduled for release in 2026.

UNZUCHT is a phenomenon. And unique in its own way. The band has been performing on European stages for fifteen years now – and the story is far from over.

With a freshly signed record deal with Metalville, the band is ready to create new bangers like their hits ‘Nein’ and ‘Jenseits der Welt’, which have already been streamed millions of times.

“It’s great that with Metalville we were able to win a label with such strong roots in metal for Unzucht! That’s what I call a solid start for my freshly started time in the band!” says singer Timm Hindorff, who has just joined the band. And drummer Toby Fuhrmann adds: “We’re looking forward to a great collaboration with Metalville – a real independent label with a great team, excellent roster and extremely good networking! The signs are pointing to a storm!”

Even if dark rock is probably the best way to describe the sound of the quartet from Germany, there is a lot of metal at the start alongside industrial and gothic influences.

The guys already have six albums in the German TOP 10, three EPs and a live DVD in their quiver. They have also played hundreds of live shows, including several of the most prestigious European festivals such as M’era Luna, Greenfield, Masters of Rock, Wacken, Rockharz, Amphi, Summer Breeze and many more. The band has worked hard to earn a reputation as an absolute wrecking ball live.

And so there was a lot at stake when the big line-up change on the microphone was due last year. Many other bands would have broken up, but for UNZUCHT it was clear: Now more than ever! On the recommendation of Hiraes frontwoman Britta Görtz, the remaining three found a new man. Ready and perfect to be the new figurehead in terms of powerful vocals with heart and depth as well as absolute stage presence: Timm Hindorff from the beautiful Allgäu region in Bavaria.

And after Timm’s baptism of fire in the form of several acclaimed festival shows and appearances as support for The 69 Eyes and Till Lindemann, among others, UNZUCHT is now more ready to rumble than ever.  Because it goes on, on and on!

Line Up
Vocals – Timm Hindorff
Guitar, Vocals, Programming, Electronics – Daniel De Clercq
Bass – Don Canone
Drums – Toby Fuhrmann

Singer Stu Block & Guitarist Tim Roth: “INTO ETERNITY New Studio Album is Near Completion”

Posted by tarjavirmakari on July 17, 2025

The Metal Voice, recently interview guitarist, fonder Tim Roth and singer Stu Block ( ex-Iced Earth) from INTO ETERNITY. The two spoke about the upcoming new studio album.

When asked about the new album
” We’re self-financing the new album. It’s been a long process; this has been going on for years now. All we have left is four songs for bass. All my guitars, drums, everything is all done. Basically, yeah, there’s not much left. Stu’s vocals will be the last thing here. So, yeah, 10 new songs. There may be 12 songs, ’cause we have a couple bonus songs as well. But, yeah, the album’s almost done, pretty much. ” Tim Roth

When asked about the musical direction
“It’s gonna be all the heavy groove riffs, some, of course, tremolo picking riffs, a lot of acoustic stuff, amazing progressive drumming, off-time signatures, clean vocals, death vocals, fast soloing, double bass, and catchy courses. All 10 songs all have a very catchy chorus. Every single song will be catchy — as far as what I consider catchy. And this is our seventh album, so people will just have to trust us on this one. But, yeah, the new album is definitely on the way.” Tim Roth

” It’s exactly what you would expect from INTO ETERNITY, really. And the cool thing about INTO ETERNITY, is we can do whatever the heck we wanna do, to a certain extent. But we have a lot of rein to switch it up and do different things and explore different avenues and stuff. So I think it’s gonna be really cool. We’re all fans of metal and we’re all fans of experimentation as well, I think, and just seeing where we can push the limits of what we can do and become better and all that. So I think this album will definitely push those limits as well, and I think it’ll be really, really fun and it’s gonna be a great experience. And we’re gonna be able to get a lot out, a lot of emotion out, and like I said, from what I’m hearing, the album breathes in so many different ways organically that I think people will really dig it.”” Stu Block

When asked about the release date
“There is no tentative release date for the new INTO ETERNITY album at the moment. “Stu Block

“That’s the great thing about self-financing and not being on a label, I guess. No one’s breathing down our neck, we have to get it done by this date or whatever. So we just want it to be the best possible product that we can put out.” Tim Roth

The band will perform at PROGSTORM in Montreal, Canada Aug 9, 2025

For those who like dark and intense music with a distinctive point of view, IN THIS MOMENT have always supplied the goods, and their new single “Heretic (feat. Kim Dracula)” is as uncompromising as ever. It combines haunting modern soundscapes, ferocious vocals, and a doomsday metal assault, with unflinching lyrics like “I am not your pain or your remedy/I am not your faith or your vanity/I don’t want your gold or your filth/That you give and you take.”

“Heretic (feat. Kim Dracula)” marks the first new music to be released from the GRAMMY® Award-nominated Los Angeles band’s upcoming as-yet-untitled ninth album and debut for Better Noise Music (exact release date TBA). Listen to the song HERE and watch the video HERE.

“We are so excited to unveil our new song ‘Heretic,’ featuring the incomparable Kim Dracula,” says IN THIS MOMENT in a combined statement. “From the first time we heard that incredible voice, we knew we wanted to collaborate. We cannot wait for the world to hear what happens when we join forces on a song like ‘Heretic.’”

The release of “Heretic (feat. Kim Dracula)” coincides with their “Hell Hath No Fury” tour with Wargasm and Kat Von D and The Pretty Wild launching today (July 16) in Green Bay, WI and lasting through August 16 in Atlantic City, NJ.  Along the tour route, IN THIS MOMENT will make appearances at the Inkcarceration Festival in Mansfield, OH on July 20.

Later this year, the 23-city Black Mass Tour featuring special guests Dayseeker on select dates, The Funeral Portrait, and DED commences on September 18 in Johnstown, PA, making stops across the U.S. in Dallas and Atlanta as well as a hometown show, before wrapping in Bethlehem, PA on October 24. Tickets for all the shows can be purchased on the band’s official website HERE.

Since coming to life in 2005, the GRAMMY® Award-nominated act IN THIS MOMENT have presided over a diehard fan base under the watch of “mother” figure and frontwoman Maria Brink—joined by co-founder and lead guitarist Chris Howorth, bassist Travis Johnson, guitarist Randy Weitzel, and drummer Kent Diimmel. As millions convened upon the group’s otherworldly and unforgettable concerts, they quietly emerged as one of the most influential and impactful bands of the 21st century.
To date, in addition to the Gold-selling album, BLOOD [2012], the quintet have garnered six Gold and Platinum singles, followed by a trifecta of Top 25 entries on the Billboard 200 with BLACK WIDOW [2014] and RITUAL [2017]. They’ve amassed a total stream tally well past 2 billion.

Between selling out headline tours coast-to-coast, the group performed in arenas everywhere alongside Disturbed and appeared at countless festivals from Lollapalooza to Sonic Temple. Along the way, they assembled their seventh full-length, the aptly titled MOTHER [2020] with longtime trusted collaborator Kevin Churko [Ozzy Osbourne, Five Finger Death Punch]. Whereas RITUAL hinted at a bluesy sonic sorcery, MOTHER breathes the activating mantra of an unbreakable spell, commenced on first single “The In-Between,” which received a GRAMMY® nomination in 2020 for “Best Metal Performance.”

In 2022, the band released BLOOD 1983 [BMG], a reimagined EP commemorating the ten-year anniversary of BLOOD. Then in 2023, the longtime staples of heavy music released their eighth studio album GODMODE [BMG], a 10-song record featuring the powerful lead single “The Purge,” the band’s stunning cover of Björk’s “Army Of Me,” the collaborative track “Damaged” which features Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills, and “I Would Die For You,” which appears on the soundtrack for John Wick: Chapter 4.

SHAVROCK is a dynamic rock band from Baltimore, captivating audiences with their powerful blend of vocal harmonies, soulful guitar solos, and deeply meaningful lyrics.

Formed by brothers Nick and Akiva Shavrick, and joined by drummer Yoffi Storch, their 12-song debut album, Hope Found Me, will be released digitally August 5, 2025 and on CD through Deko Records September 19th.  The album is produced by internationally acclaimed guitarist and former member of Guns N’ Roses, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal, who also contributed guest guitar solos on the album.

“Shavrock write beautiful songs,” says Thal.  “They’re great storytellers.  Picture a foundation of acoustic guitar with Simon and Garfunkel vocals, add a melodic rock band like Daughtry / Creed to the mix, and lots of bluesy-rock Slash-type melodies and solos – that’s Shavrock.”

SHAVROCK truly offers the listener a unique experience and style of original music, along with messages of hope, reflection and positivity.

INTERCOURSE Announce New Album “How I Fell In Love With The Void”, New Single ‘The Ballad of Max Wright’ Out Now

Connecticut’s self-deprecating noise rock entity INTERCOURSE will unleash their crushing new full-length, How I Fell In Love With The Void, on 12th September via Brutal Panda Records. Pre-order How I Fell In Love With The Void on the Brutal Panda store at: https://www.brutalpandarecords.com/collections/intercourse

Today, the quartet also share the official video for the album’s opening track ‘The Ballad Of Max Wright’,  directed by Nathaniel Shannon. Watch below.

Listen to ‘The Ballad Of Max Wright’ on all streaming services at https://linktr.ee/IntercourseCT

INTERCOURSE vocalist Tarek Ahmed comments on ‘The Ballad Of Max Wright’ video:

“I fell into a heavy Alf binge on tubi and ended up googling the cast where I learned Max Wright hated being on the show, mostly due to his being resentful over being a Broadway-calibre thespian who was now most famously known for playing the straight man to a muppet. To me it was prime Intercourse song material. Around this time we also made a shirt with him on it and when I posted it my friend, Nathaniel Shannon, replied to a post of said shirt saying he owns an Alf costume and we should do a video. Fast forward two years later and the song’s written / recorded so I just hit him up and told him to run with whatever he wanted. His treatment was Surviving The Game with Alf which was cool with us. He nailed the vibe 100% and we couldn’t be happier with the video. The dude who plays Max Wright kills it, total immersion!!”

Additionally, INTERCOURSE will tour the US in September alongside Nerver. All dates can be found here: https://linktr.ee/IntercourseCT

“I have no life. I don’t fucking do anything else. I don’t have any hobbies. I don’t play video games. I don’t do fantasy football. I’m just obsessed with making music and writing.”

That’s INTERCOURSE vocalist Tarek Ahmed explaining how the acclaimed Connecticut noise rock band has averaged a release per year since forming in 2013. From their self-titled debut and 2018’s Everything’s Pornography When You’ve Got an Imagination to 2023’s Halo Castration Institute and last year’s Egyptian Democracy EP, INTERCOURSE have kicked against the pricks, power brokers and pissants who make America “great” while tempering their outlook with a self-deprecating look inward.

Which brings us to How I Fell in Love with the Void. Ahmed and his bandmates – guitarist Sean Prior, drummer Caleb Porter and bassist Pete Stroczkowski – spent more time and money on their fourth full-length than any of their previous releases. “Usually we record in a basement home studio, or they’re done super quickly,”Ahmed says. “This time, we figured it was a really good investment to book a full week of studio time and challenge ourselves to write better songs.”

In fact, Ahmed ended up rewriting his lyrics three times. “I f*cking wrote my ass off, and then I do this thing about two months out where I’m like, ‘Everything I wrote sucks, so I’m going to rewrite all the lyrics.’ Then a month before recording, my wife and I decided to split, so I tried to punch up the lyrics and make them funnier by throwing some divorce stuff in there. But I think I made it more depressing.”

Marital bliss aside, the lyrical themes on How I Fell in Love with the Void aren’t dissimilar from those on INTERCOURSE’s 2016 EP, Pissing Into the Abyss, which features a cover illustration of a woman fucking a giant insect while an alien watches. “On the new record, there’s definitely a lot of talking about the void and that emptiness that a lot of us try to fill with food, booze or sex,”Ahmed explains. “Pissing Into the Abyss was about being so comfortable with the void that you’ll just piss there. Unfortunately, I’m super acquainted with it. But once you realize that nothing will ever fill the void, it will no longer rule over you.”

How I Fell in Love with the Void was recorded by Chris Teti (The World Is A Beautiful Place And I Am No Longer Afraid To Die) at Silver Bullet Studios in Harwinton, CT. It was mastered by George Richter (Thy Will Be Done). The photograph on the album cover was shot by Sherilyn Furneaux (Portrayal Of Guilt) and features exotic dancer Clementine.

Ultimately, How I Fell in Love with the Void is about being on the outside looking in. “We’re music for weirdos and freaks,” Ahmed says. “I grew up as the only Egyptian kid in a little white town. I’m an outsider, and we make music for outsiders. Every time we play a faraway place that we haven’t been to before, there’s always one person there that has followed us for years and is there specifically for us. They are always the weirdest person in the room, and I love that. Those are my people.”

How I Fell In Love With The Void Tracklist:

1. The Ballad Of Max Wright
2. Another Song About The Sun
3. Zoloft And Blow
4. Unsuccessfully Attempting To Parse Nightmare From Reality
5. Slightly Less Than A Feeling
6. Cadaver Resume
7. Running A Cemetery Without A License
8. Cryptid Divorce Court
9. I’m Very Tired Please Let Me Die
10. Family Suicide Gun

INTERCOURSE formed in 2013 and have been annoying ever since. With the lofty (or pointless, depending on who you ask) goal of ditching the pretension of noise rock and fusing it with the immediacy of hardcore, they’ve managed a release a year since 2014. 2023’s Halo Castration Institute helped the band reach a new level of notoriety with positive reviews across the board. With the release of a last year’s EP Egyptian Democracy, and now How I Fell In Love With The Void the band is sure to become the high watermark for annoying adults who dress like they’re 17 and simply will not quit.

INTERCOURSE have played sold-out shows with the likes of Chat Pile, Deadguy, The Red Chord and The World is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die. The quartet have been featured on notable websites Decibel, Lambgoat, New Noise Magazine and were recently featured on The Needle Drop’s top 15 EPs of 2024.
