Following months of anticipation, rock and metal icon ROB ZOMBIE has released his new album, The Great Satan, today via Nuclear Blast Records.

Across more than four decades, Zombie has cemented himself as a singular cultural force. Fusing avant-garde aesthetics with monstrous, groove-driven rock, his work has consistently defied convention. With The Great Satan, Zombie extends that legacy, delivering one of the boldest and most fully realized records of his career.

From the foot-stomping, hell-raising swagger of ‘(I’m a) Rock ’N’ Roller’ to the throwback grit of ‘Heathen Days’ and the anthemic punch of ‘Punks And Demons,’ Zombie continues to evolve on his own terms—leaving trends and expectations in his space dust.

Coinciding with the album’s release, Zombie has unveiled a new self-directed music video for ‘F.T.W. 84,’ further expanding the album’s vivid and uncompromising visual world.

Iron Maiden have now set an end point for the Run For Your Lives World Tour. The band has released the final tour dates for 2026, and bassist Steve Harris shared his excitement:

“We are very excited to be bringing this Run For Your Lives World Tour to Japan later this year. And even more so as we are ending the entire two year world tour in Yokohama. I have always loved spending time in Japan, and we enjoy coming back whenever we can to play for our fans there. So it feels extra special for us to be sharing the final two nights of this incredible tour with you all in Japan. It’s going to make it a truly memorable occasion for us all.”

However, Iron Maiden will still play a wide range of shows across Europe this year, including several festivals and stadium concerts. In contrast, 2027 will be much quieter for the British icons. A statement on their website reads:

“These two shows will be extra special as they are the very last shows the band will play until at least 2028, as they take a well-earned break from being on the road for the whole of 2027.”

URLUK Announce New Album “Memories in Fade”, Out April 10th

Italy’s URLUK will release their highly anticipated second full-length album, “Memories in Fade”, on April 10, 2026, via Pest Records. Following the atmospheric and introspective journey of their previous works, this new record marks a clear evolution in the band’s sound, embracing a more sinuous and emotionally driven approach.

“Memories in Fade” expands the band’s black-doom foundation with layers of ’90s alternative rock, ambient textures and neo-folk influences, creating a complex yet cohesive sonic narrative. Unlike conventional song structures, the album seeks a storytelling quality, where each track contributes to a broader, immersive experience while remaining grounded in the project’s artistic identity.

Throughout the album, clean vocals and intense screaming alternate, complementing a diverse palette of riffs that shift from melancholic and brooding to sharp and dynamic. The mood is consistently dark and enveloping, reflecting both personal introspection and the uncertainties of contemporary life. The result is a record that feels cinematic in scope, balancing heaviness and subtlety in equal measure.

Recorded with meticulous attention to atmosphere and texture, “Memories in Fade” represents URLUK’s ongoing exploration of emotional depth within extreme metal. The band continues to intertwine local identity, narrative sensibility, and musical experimentation, offering listeners a journey that is both intimate and expansive.

The first single “Angles of Hauntology” is now streaming HERE.

Tracklist:

01. Angles of Hauntology
02. Lying There
03. Yesterday’s Letters
04. Liminal Vortices
05. The Last Watch

URLUK was formed in July 2020 in Lombardy, Italy. The band’s name refers to a nocturnal bird of prey native to the region, reflecting a strong connection to its territory, an element also expressed visually through booklet photographs taken by the members themselves. Their sound, defined as black doom melancholic metal, merges black metal and doom into a dark and melancholic sonic landscape.

The lineup has remained unchanged since the beginning: M. (screaming and clean vocals, drums; formerly in Black Oath 2006–2010) and U. (clean vocals, guitars, bass, and lyrics), ensuring a coherent and recognizable identity.

The debut EP, “Loss” (2022), released via Black Mass Prayer and later reissued by Depressive Illusion Records, explores the theme of loss as a condition of profound human vulnerability.

The first full-length album, “More” (2023), released by Remparts Productions, represents a natural evolution. Conceptually centered on melancholy as the enduring aftermath of loss, the album expands the band’s sound, from ’90s black metal and doom to ambient and subtle folk influences, while featuring guest contributions from Carlo Altobelli (Vision Deprived, Camposanto, ex-Moral Values), Giovanni (Mindful of Pripyat, Corporal Raid, Henoa), and Luxitan (ex-Gosforth).

Work on a new album began at the end of 2023. Conceived as a sonic journey through memory and dreamlike dimensions, the record blends ’90s alternative rock, ambient, hauntology, neo-folk, and black metal within a vision described as ALT B/L/A/C/K/. Recorded at Orion Recording Studios between 2025 and early 2026, and featuring Francesco Cucinotta (Felis Catus, Sinoath), the album marks a further step in the band’s ongoing artistic evolution.

Today, acclaimed rock vocalist ROBIN BECK is proud to announce her new studio album, ‘Living Proof,’ set for release on May 15, 2026, via Frontiers Music Srl.

About the new album, ROBIN comments:

“This album is a mosaic of sound—each track a distinct piece, a portrait of my life.”

ROBIN celebrates the album’s announcement with the release of its title track, which she co-wrote with James Christian and Tommy Denander.

On the title track, she continues, “‘Living Proof’ is my story—a song about a life lived, every stumble, every triumph. I’m still standing, still creating, and this road is one I’ll never abandon.”

With ‘Living Proof,’ ROBIN BECK delivers one of the most confident, vibrant, and emotionally charged albums of her career — a powerful statement from an artist whose voice and presence continues to define melodic rock at the highest level. Bold, contemporary, and unmistakably timeless, ‘Living Proof’ stands as exactly what its title suggests: proof that true class, passion, and authenticity never fade.

Anchored by the track “Never Gonna Let You Go,” the album blends soaring melodies, modern production, and classic AOR sensibility, capturing ROBIN at her most expressive and commanding. Songs like “Love and Money” and “Trouble or Nothing” showcase a perfect balance between polished hooks and emotional intensity, while tracks such as “What A Night” and “Karma” bring a vibrant, radio-ready edge without losing depth or substance.

Throughout the album, BECK’s unmistakable voice — powerful yet nuanced, soulful yet razor-sharp — remains the focal point, supported by a carefully curated team of world-class musicians and songwriters. ‘Living Proof’ features contributions from James Christian (House of Lords), Tommy Denander (Radioactive), Peppy Castro (Balance), Steve Bondy, Emil Theilhelm, and Johan Kullberg, who collectively deliver a rich, cohesive musical landscape that moves effortlessly between melodic rock, modern AOR, and subtle pop-rock influences.

We are ecstatic to announce that ROBIN BECK’s upcoming album, ‘Living Proof,’ will be ROBIN’s 11th studio album. It was produced by James Christian and co-produced by Peppy Castro. The legendary Chris Lord-Alge mixed “Living Proof” and also mixed and co-produced “What a Night.” Dennis Ward also played a key role, mixing the bulk of the album, making this record a true gem and a tour de force. Stay tuned!

From the infectious energy of “Na Na” to the darker tones of “Voodoo” and “Don’t Tempt Me,” the standout “Never Gonna Let You Go,” and the reflective closer “Let It Rain,” ‘Living Proof’ is a journey through strength, vulnerability, and resilience.

‘Living Proof’ is more than a new album — it is a celebration of artistic longevity, creative renewal, and fearless self-expression. ROBIN BECK sounds inspired, empowered, and utterly compelling, reaffirming her status as one of the most distinctive and enduring voices in melodic rock.

NECROFIER Release New Video ‘Fires of the Apocalypse, Light My Path I’

Houston, Texas-based black metal alchemists NECROFIER are pleased to present their new video for “Fires Of The Apocalypse, Light My Path I.” The track comes by way of the band’s Transcend Into Oblivion full-length, released February 27th on Metal Blade Records.

NECROFIER is rewriting the rulebook in their own blood. Since 2018, the quartet has applied a spicy Texan intensity to the icy atmospheres of mid-’90s Norway and Transcend Into Oblivion deploys their modus operandi with more power, conviction and ingenuity than ever before. Here, NECROFIER crafts a modern classic of the form, where tempestuous squalls of extremity are punctuated by sinister, melancholic, otherworldly melodies, twinkling in the gloom like will-o’-the-wisps on a black night.

Of “Fires Of The Apocalypse, Light My Path I,” vocalist/guitarist Bakka comments, “The beginning when your eyes see for the first time. Something in you has changed but you don’t know what it is yet. You’re drawn to it, it consumes you. You are not the person you were before, but you don’t know why and how yet. New beginnings burn deep in the soul.”

Watch NECROFIER‘s previously released video for “Servants Of Darkness, Guide My Way I” HERE and “Fires Of The Apocalypse, Light My Path III” HERE.

Transcend Into Oblivion was recorded at Southwing Studios and House Of Thorns in Houston, Texas, produced and engineered by Joel Hamilton with assistant engineering by Chris Kritikos, and mixed by Joel Hamilton at Studio G in Brooklyn, New York. The record features artwork by José Gabriel Alegría Sabogal (Whoredom Rife, Mephorash, Exhumation, Beheaded).

Preview / purchase the record at: metalblade.com/necrofier

NECROFIER will play a special one off show with Acid Bath, Obituary, and High On Fire in March as well as San Luis Metal Festival and Maryland Deathfest in May. Stay tuned for additional live dates, including a full European tour, to be announced in the weeks to come.

NECROFIER Live:
3/28/2026 White Oak Music Hall Lawn – Houston, TX w/ Acid Bath, Obituary, High On Fire
5/16/2026 San Luis Metal Festival – San Luis Potosí, MX
5/22/2026 Maryland Deathfest – Baltimore, MD

While the US has had a black metal scene since the early ’90s, developing in its own obscure, eccentric directions, NECROFIER are among a gathering spearhead of US bands taking the genre’s ancient Scandinavian roots and replanting them on a wide American prairie. “Black metal in America has always been different than in Europe,” Bakka asserts, “but I think there’s been a siren song in the US for this style of black metal to be created here. Something in the zeitgeist has pulled it forward, and bands like Uada, Hulder, Lamp of Murmuur, Blackbraid, and Cloak have all been really carrying the torch. Some of the reason is that America is starving when it comes to it; we rarely see European black metal tours. I think it created something where we and the others had to walk the left-hand path so we can have this in America.”

As is evinced by Transcend Into Oblivion‘s song titles, themes and lyrics are conceptually linked with the number three playing an especially significant role on this, their third LP, a three-act structure comprising three three-part suites, separated by three instrumentals. Notes Bakka, “Transcend Into Oblivion is based on a Luciferian Dark Night Of The Soul. ‘Fires Of The Apocalypse, Light My Path’ is the awakening. The first three songs are experiences and dreams that were happening as this change began, and I questioned everything I was doing. It starts feeling as though a new fire has been lit, but it grows dark as we venture into the second act, ‘Servants Of Darkness, Guide My Way.’ This is the struggle and torment that comes along with the awakening. Realizing things from the past are no longer true and you see the world in a different way, and it isn’t easy. This leads into Act III, ‘Horns Of Destruction, Lift My Blade.’ This is the rebirth or accession. You have been transformed; you are not who you were before. You see the world differently and you take what is yours.”

NECROFIER:
Bakka – vocals, guitar
Semir Özerkan – guitar
Mat Aleman – bass
Dobber Beverly – drums
