While defeating Cthulhu in ‘Necronomicon,’ GRAILKNIGHTS have collected all armoury to unleash their empowering new opus titled “Forever,” their first full-length release through PERCEPTION – A Division of Reigning Phoenix Music. Crafted at Sascha Paeth’s Pathway Studios, their sidekick Sebastian Khayat delivered maximally heroic cover artwork for the album, which fans can finally hold their hands on at the beginning of the quintet’s forthcoming “Battle Of Metal” co-headline tour with ALL FOR METAL.

After kicking off the mentioned adventure in Hanover aka Grailham City, the complete Battlechoir shall storm their local stores of confidence from Friday, October 17, 2025 in order to save all “Forever” copies before Dr. Skull claims the victory and commissions their ultimate destruction. The twelve new hymns featured in the seventh chapter of GRAILKNIGHTS’ glorious history (incl. ‘Necronomicon’ and a bold ‘Super Trouper’ cover version) will of course also appear at the digital listening camps of your choice. To make sure that their cape-wearing followers will be able to manage the needed sprints to the record shops of the universe, GRAILKNIGHTS lead them down into their legendary catacombs where their ‘Grail Gym’ is located. It’s the strengthening site where the enormously musical superhero five-piece backs down regularly to recharge their batteries for new challenges. Who wouldn’t easily turn up the heat at a place like that? Here you have the choice of drill: intergalactic spinning, tough battle ropes and power chains or the supreme discipline – bench press! Additional motivation for Sir Optimus Prime, Sovereign Storm, Count Cranium, Duncan MacLoud and Lord Drumcules is provided by four not minorly energising ladies (Anni Quinn, Fuxi, Lady Kikki and Sarah Sparklz) who compete with the GRAILKNIGHTS especially on their bikes. What a sight! But as usual, a well-known guest is just about to make an unpleasant appearance…

Iconic Berlin label Pelagic Records has unveiled the aftermovie for Pelagic Fest 2024, with bands and fans who attended last year’s edition reminding us of the amazing vibes and stunning performances by the likes of A Swarm of The Sun, Year Of No Light, Karin Park, Glassing, The Ocean and many more. It also serves as a great preview for what to expect at this year’s edition on 23rd and 24th August at Muziekgieterij in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

Pelagic Fest 2025 has also announced the addition of Sierra Veins, (formerly known as SIERRA) to the lineup. Merging violence with melancholy and gentleness with brutality, Sierra Veins blends contrasting moods and styles to create a singular, overpowering universe inspired by synthwave, EBM and darkwave. After the success of her first singles ‘Gone’ and ‘Unbroken’ getting millions of streams in no time, the French artist released her first album A Story of Anger in 2023 including collaborations with Carpenter Brut, Health, Gunship and The Ocean.

The lineup’s diversity spans from the engaging post-metal of Belgium’s Psychonaut to the tranquil, instrumental sounds of Hungarian ensemble TÖRZS. Sydney’s LO! will deliver their powerful, intense energy, while Hypno5e combines metal with atmospheric soundscapes. Additionally, the enigmatic You, Infinite will debut their new self-titled album in an exclusive live performance, offering a rare experience of their latest evolution whilst This Will Destroy You will serve some older classics. These performances promise to be both a celebration and a deep dive into the creative depths of these bands.

As a special Artist Focus event, Swedish artist John G. Winther will be sharing the full spectrum of his creative vision at Pelagic Fest. Beyond his performances with his bands Barrens and Blessings, Winther will present a  one-of-a-kind solo set centred around his 2021 album The Rupturing Sowle. As a testament to his multifaceted artistry, the festival will also feature an exhibition of his visual artwork, displayed in the venue’s foyer, blending his music and visual art into an experience that invites reflection.

Terra Atlantica’s Nico Hauschildt and Tristan Harders with the Scarlet Records team at Epic Fest 2025

TERRA ATLANTICA has signed a multi-album deal with Scarlet Records and will release a new studio album in September.

Terra Atlantica was founded in Hamburg in 2014 by singer and guitarist Tristan Harders and drummer Nico Hauschildt with the ambition to revive melodic power metal in the style of early 00s icons like Edguy, Avantasia and Rhapsody Of Fire. They quickly came up with the concept of singing about nautical themes and creating a mystical story about a fictional timeline centered around the legend of Atlantis, which is also represented in the band’s name and visually in their stage outfits. The line-up was later completed with Julian Prüfer on bass and Dawid Wieczorek (ex Stormwarrior) on guitar.

Terra Atlantica’s music is a majestic blend of energetic riffs, memorable choruses, and cinematic orchestration – creating an immersive experience that transports listeners to a world of adventure and legend.

Since their debut album “A City Once Divine” (2017), followed by “Age Of Steam” (2020), and “Beyond The Borders” (2022), the German band has steadily risen in prominence, captivating audiences across Europe. Rockshots Records and Secret Rule are excited to announce the release of the band’s new single “Echoes Of The Earth,” accompanied by a music video and available on all digital platforms starting on June 24th, 2025. The track is the second preview of Secret Rule’s highly anticipated tenth studio album “X”, due for release late 2025.

With “Echoes Of The Earth”, Secret Rule explores a more introspective and spiritual side of their sound. The song blends heavy grooves, atmospheric tension, and layered electronics, creating a powerful and immersive soundscape. Lyrically, it reflects on the human need to reconnect with what is real and primordial in a chaotic, artificial world.

Recorded over various periods in 2023-2024 at Plague Pit by guitarist Kelly Shane Kuciemba (with drums recorded by Chris Mannino at Die Burning Studios), mixed and mastered by Loïc Fontaine for Krucyator Productions, “Lord of Two Horns” sees DRAWN AND QUARTERED deliver their signature early-90s-influenced death metal darkness with more speed and brutality than ever before.

Birthed in the mists of the early 1990’s as Plague Bearer in the isolated and miniscule death metal underground emerging in Seattle, DRAWN AND QUARTERED would explode upon the unsuspecting scene with their debut demo and furious live performances in 1996. The iconic debut release “To Kill Is Human” emerged in 1998, self-released prior to its later reissue by Moribund Records. Two US tours followed, but it would not be until 2002 that a follow-up release would finally arrive with “Extermination Revelry”, which began to showcase a more sinister approach than before.

Three subsequent releases via the Moribund Cult followed in relatively quick succession, including the landmark “Hail Infernal Darkness” in 2006. After the 2012 release of their sixth album “Feeding Hell’s Furnace” on Nuclear Winter Records, and live performances in New York and Texas, DRAWN AND QUARTERED was forced to regroup following a line-up change. It would be 2015 when they reappeared with the “Proliferation of Disease” demo (later released on CD). Two albums would follow via Krucyator Productions, including the previous full-length “Congregation Pestilence” in 2022, which was followed by a successfu US tour and DRAWN AND QUARTERED’s second European appearance.
