METATRONE, the Italian Prog/Power Christian Metal band, returns with “EMMAUS” — the long-awaited new single and the first step toward their fifth studio album, coming this winter. After three years of silence, the Italian Catholic metal force is reborn — heavier, tighter, and spiritually unbreakable. Featuring the iconic comeback of Jo Lombardo on vocals, “Emmaus” fuses progressive melodies, thrash-driven energy, and deep lyrical inspiration from the Gospel of Luke.
This is more than a song. It’s a journey of faith, fire, and rebirth. Walk the road. Feel the fire. This is just the beginning.

WATCH Awaken I Am – “Vacant” (Official Video) by Hannah Left Wright:
Awaken I Am is an alternative rock band from Australia, fronted by producer and vocalist Jimmy Alexander.
The band’s journey has been marked by resilience and evolution. In 2018, as they wrapped their first U.S. tour, tragedy struck back home in Brisbane. Guitarist Connor Verner-Oakley, just 22, lost his life in a devastating incident involving an intentional reckless driver. In the wake of this unimaginable loss, Awaken I Am channeled their grief into creativity, diving into the writing and recording process. The resulting songs became a cathartic tribute to their fallen bandmate—honoring his memory while confronting the pain of his absence.
As the world faced lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic, the band continued forging ahead, writing what would become their most personal and powerful work to date. Produced by Jimmy Alexander (Rain City Drive), their upcoming full-length album, The Only Way Out Is Through, is set for release in 2025.
The band’s sound, shaped by tragedy, growth, and perseverance, continues to evolve. Their recent singles have showcased this transformation—starting with “Relic,” followed by “Turn To Stone,” which earned a spot in SiriusXM Octane’s rotation in February. Now, “Vacant”, the latest single, is set to release on Friday, April 25th, offering yet another glimpse into the raw emotional landscape the band explores with every release.
Awaken I Am stands as a testament to turning pain into power, always moving forward—through loss, through change, and through sound.
Blacklist Union return with new single “Mississippi Moonhound”— a swampy, swaggering anthem delivering a powerful blast of wild and untamed rock ‘n’ roll. The new single captures the feeling of being haunted by your past while howling into the night for something more. Blacklist Union’s new album Slay the Dragon is scheduled for September 2025 and will be their sixth full-length release.
Blacklist Union have built a reputation on their explosive live shows and unapologetically bold sound. Their previous record,Letters from the Psych Ward, racked up over two million streams, setting the stage for the band’s new album.
Frontman Tony West, known for his larger-than-life presence, took time out to dive deep into several transformative ayahuasca journeys in the heart of the Amazon, preparing for this next era of music.
As Tony put it, “Ayahuasca isn’t a drug—it’s powerful spiritual medicine from another realm. It helped me heal in ways I never thought possible, releasing layers of trauma, heartache, and sorrow. I’m not perfect—not Gandhi or anything—but it changed everything. My entire view of myself, love, the world, people, and my children changed because of those experiences.”
“Mississippi Moonhound” was written by Tony West / Christopher Johnson, produced by Christopher Johnson, and mixed by Claudio Cueni. It was recorded at East West Studios in Hollywood, CA.
Blacklist Union frontman Tony West was raised in the Bronx on The Ramones, Bad Brains, and NYHC. Hearing the call of the wild west, he made his way to Los Angeles at 19 years old
Tony took a break from L.A. to try out Memphis in 1998. While he was there, he attended the first Saliva gig with Paul Crosby on drums. This marked the beginning of a lifelong friendship between Paul and Tony, leading to management, song collaborations, and guest appearances in a few videos. Tony collaborated with guitarist Todd Youth (Murphy’s Law /Danzig) and Malfunkshun, which was kept active by Andy Wood’s brother Kevin Wood. Andy Wood is Tony’s muse, and he was honored to sing in his hero’s band.
I formed Blacklist Union because I wanted to play music that I wanted to hear, and we put out the first Blacklist Union record, After the Mourning, in 2006. The band’s name comes from getting the best musicians with the worst reputations in town. With a shamanistic blend of Stone Temple Pilots, Guns N’ Roses, Warrior Soul, The Cult, and Mother Love Bone… Blacklist Union was born.
Upcoming Shows: 7/12/25 @ Cruefest at The Whisky in West Hollywood 9/13/25 @ Bar Sinister in Hollywood

Wisconsin metalcore powerhouse ARCHERS have just dropped their latest single, “Better Off,” now available on all streaming platforms. Known for their intense energy, emotionally charged lyrics, and uncompromising sound, ARCHERS continue their rise in the modern metalcore landscape with this hard-hitting new release.
“‘Better Off’ is about breaking free from a manipulative relationship and having the courage to set and enforce personal boundaries even when it’s uncomfortable,” says the band.
“Better Off” is the lead single from their upcoming EP, Temporary High, due out June 13 via SBG Records. Produced by Matt Good (Hollywood Undead, Sleeping With Sirens), the band’s fourth EP showcases ARCHERS’ evolving sound—a bold blend of blistering metalcore aggression and catchy, high-energy pop dynamics.
The band states, “Temporary High is all about finding catharsis. It’s about breaking free from toxic cycles and finding value in oneself apart from anyone or anything that would try to usurp one’s own identity.”

The band has announced two back-to-back tours for this summer. Their EU/UK run kicks off June 10th in Berlin, Germany at Kantine am Berghain. Then in July, they’ll hit the road again—this time headlining a U.S. tour with support from Rivals, Of Virtue, and Dead Eyes.
WATCH the Official Music Video for “Better Off”, Directed by Alex Kouvatsos at Blackwolf Imaging | @blackwolfimaging:
ARCHERS combine massive melodies and crushing heaviness with unrivaled passion and precision. The music of the Midwestern quartet connects deeply via confessional tales of broken hearts and mental anguish, building an intimate sense of community with outsiders from all corners of the world.
After years of honing their craft on the road, at major rock festivals and touring alongside bands such as Asking Alexandria, Catch Your Breath, From Ashes to New, Magnolia Park and Imminence, the band has developed a knack for delivering high octane, head turning performances that resonate with their fans while continuing to win over a dedicated army of new fans with each performance.
The Wisconsin band’s momentum is a testament to the strength of its soaring songs and magnetic live performances. Its fourth EP, Temporary High, was produced by Matt Good (Hollywood Undead, Sleeping With Sirens) and blends energetic pop and visceral metalcore into an evocative sound.
Engaging frontman Nathanael Pulley and dynamic guitarist Ben Koehler first came together under the Archers banner in 2015, with the later addition of funk and R&B-loving bassist and vocalist Oscar Porter and hard rock-weaned drummer Grayson Mesarosh crystalizing the band’s definitive line-up. Each of the four came into heavy music via different gateways, from a mixture of metalcore and melodic rock bands as diverse as the Vans Warped Tour line-up, from pop-punk hooks to devastating breakdowns.
Determination, passion, and authenticity are the beating heart of Archers. Even as Archers’ mission expands worldwide, the quartet is determined to remain true to themselves. This is evident to their most diehard fans, and it is precisely why what they are doing connects so profoundly.
