Time To Kill Records is proud to announce the signing of Michigan-based death metal force RECORRUPTOR for the release of their upcoming third album, “Sorrow Will Drown Us All”.

The band has poured relentless dedication into crafting this new chapter — a true masterclass in modern, riff-driven death metal. Balancing sharp technical precision with raw, unyielding power, the record delivers songs that are both intricately structured and fiercely direct, avoiding excess in favor of impact.

Biography:

Born from a relentless need for speed and a commitment to preserving pure, unfiltered riff-driven death metal, RECORRUPTOR has carved out a name for themselves through explosive live performances and unflinching intensity. Since their formation in 2016, the Michigan-based band has released two full-length albums — “Bloodmoon” (2017) and “The Funeral Corridor” (2020) — both of which paved the way for extensive regional touring and support slots alongside genre titans such as Cannibal Corpse, The Black Dahlia Murder, Suffocation, Morbid Angel, and Cattle Decapitation.
Refining their sound with each release, RECORRUPTOR entered the studio in 2023 to record what stands as their most focused and ferocious effort to date: “Sorrow Will Drown Us All”. A culmination of years spent sharpening their craft, the new album captures the band at their most precise, punishing, and unapologetically extreme.

Danish virtuoso musician Nicklas Sonne is excited to announce the release of his studio album “Electric Dreams”, set for release on June 27th, 2025, via Frontiers Music Srl.

Following his latest singles “Route 65” and “Limitless”, Sonne shares the title track and its accompanying lyric video, available now.

Talking about the title track, Nicklas Sonne commented: “Electric Dreams” tells the story of that fleeting, electric connection – the kind that leaves your mind spinning long after the moment has passed. It’s about being completely drawn to someone you barely know, and the haunting question that lingers: did she feel it too, or was I just another guy in a bar?”

Describing the album, he added: “This record is a deeply personal journey back to where it all began for me – to the raw energy and spirit of my earliest musical inspirations. It blends the soul of old school hard rock with the punch and clarity of a modern production, creating a soundscape that feels both nostalgic and new”.

Nicklas Sonne is a Danish musician, vocalist, guitarist, and producer known for his powerful presence in progressive and heavy metal. He began his musical experience as a drummer before moving onto the guitar and ultimately becoming a singer songwriter in an array of metal and hard rock projects, starting with Defecto, one of Denmark’s leading metal bands – created in 2010. 

In addition to Defecto, Nicklas is part of Aries Descendant along with Jonah Weingarten (Pyramaze, Catalyst Crime). The dynamic duo released their debut album on Frontiers Music Srl on October 18th, 2024. It is a groundbreaking project that seamlessly fuses the evocative allure of film music with the raw power of heavy metal, creating an auditory experience that is nothing short of extraordinary.

A multi-instrumentalist from an early age, Nicklas honed his skills by playing along to Metallica and Dream Theater, later diving into songwriting and production. His talent quickly gained industry attention, leading to collaborations with renowned producers Jan Langhoff (Aqua) and Flemming Rasmussen (Metallica). This pivotal moment shaped his signature sound – progressive metal infused with orchestral and choral elements.

Other bands include Evil Masquerade, Theory, Hank Shermann, One Machine, Waving Memories, Section A, Metallica Jam, Wasted, Omvendt Korstog. His long career has included international tours in places such as Japan, and opening for Metal heavyweights including Metallica and Rammstein.

With a relentless work ethic and a passion for musical innovation, Nicklas Sonne continues to push the boundaries of modern metal, cementing his reputation as one of the most dynamic artists in the genre today. His solo album is a collection of songs that show the immense talent of this artist, that also took care of the production duties.

Italian metallers Sick N’ Beautiful are thrilled to release their highly anticipated new studio album “Horror Vacui”, out now via BLKIIBLK, the newly launched heavy music imprint of Frontiers Label Group.

“Horror Vacui” is the fourth album by Sick N’ Beautiful. The album title is derived from an ancient Latin expression meaning “fear of emptiness”, which perfectly represents this new cycle for the band. 

The music and lyrics delve even deeper into themes of horror, dystopian sci-fi, and the supernatural – subjects the band has always been enamored with.

Written and produced by the band’s bass player, Big Daddy Ray, at Kinorama Studios in Rome, Italy, the album concept took shape during tours in the UK and Europe alongside Wednesday 13 and Cradle of Filth in 2023 and 2024.

The band stated: “By getting so close to the fans all over Europe, we really got a feel for what excites the audience. Horror Vacui is an album meant to be played live: insane drumming, epic and anthemic choruses, face-melting solos – but also a lot of things we’ve never done before, with plenty of surprises! It’s our heaviest album yet – raw and unrelenting!”

Talking about the focus track, they said: “Raise The Dragon” is the thunderous launch single from Horror Vacui – our most epic and majestic track to date. A cinematic powerhouse, the song channels distant tales of war and fire, fusing myth and metal into a battle cry for the bold. With soaring vocals, crushing riffs, and an unstoppable momentum, the song sets the tone for the chaos and glory that Horror Vacui is ready to unleash”.

Established in 2014, their music has evolved into a unique blend of hard rock and modern metal infused with industrial and punk overtones, along with generous doses of sci-fi, horror, and occult influences for good measure. 

Led by the captivating Herma Sick, they assault the senses with a spectacular production filled with visual extravagance, all set against a musical backdrop that resonates with fans of heavier rock, reminiscent of Rob Zombie, Kiss, Rammstein, Lacuna Coil, Marilyn Manson, In This Moment, Alice Cooper, and Nine Inch Nails.

Currently headquartered in Rome, Italy, Sick N’ Beautiful present an explosive show, featuring songs from their albums “Hell Over Hell” (2015), “Element Of Sex” (2018), and “Starstruck” (2022). 

Sick N’ Beautiful tours extensively throughout Europe and has performed standout shows on legendary stages such as Wacken and Lucca Comicon. Their eclectic, cinematic videos have garnered hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube.

Laurenne/Louhimo – the collaboration between powerhouse Finnish vocalists Noora Louhimo (Battle Beast) and Netta Laurenne (Smackbound) – have released their sophomore album “Falling Through Stars”, out now via Frontiers Music Srl.

Netta Laurenne said: “Falling Through Stars” is our second collaborative album with Noora, and it gave us the opportunity to step in and out of our comfort zones to meet halfway. We had a great time writing and recording the album, which I co-produced with my husband, Nino Laurenne”.

“This album takes us on a journey through both the past and future of metal. We’ve aimed to incorporate styles, instruments, and emotions spanning from the ’70s to the present day. Netta also described the new single: “All For Sale” is one of the metal ballads on the new album. It is a story of lost love that evolves into the realization that love is never truly lost but instead serves as a teacher. That heartache has a deeper purpose in our lives as a catalyst and healer”.

Laurenne/Louhimo is one of the most exciting projects on Frontiers Music Srl and, in this second chapter, delivers a full force metal assaults with the power to blow you away. 

Laurenne/Louhimo offers listeners a mix of heavy metal and hard rock tracks that explores the variety of the genre, while maintaining a straightforward, easy-to-enjoy appeal.

“Falling Through Stars” has shades of all eras of Rainbow here and there as well as Judas Priest and many other 80’s icons of the style, all these influences are expertly filtered into Netta and Noora way of composing music. 

The idea about the possible collaboration between Netta and Noora came to reality once the pandemic started and cleared out calendars for both the artists, it felt like a perfect time to start the project and share all the common things they have, from the same original town to the similar idols and influences.

The main highlights of the album are, naturally, the vocal melodies created and shared by Netta Laurenne and Noora Louhimo.

The album has been once again produced at the Sonic Pump studio under the guidance of Nino Laurenne (that also played the guitars and contributed to the songwriting) and the production is clear, powerful and gives the deserved value to the two stars here.

The Queen of Metal DORO Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

In recognition of her many milestones throughout her musical career and life, Doro Pesch has received a very special award. While it’s far from her first – her journey already includes accolades like the Echo, Metal Hammer Award, RADIO BOB! Award, and many more – this one stands out as one of the most emotional. Why? Because it comes directly from her hometown of Düsseldorf and the Rheinische Post newspaper. The singer has officially been named “Düsseldorfer:in des Jahres” (Düsseldorf Native of the Year)!

As the frontwoman of Warlock, Doro became a staple of the metal scene early on and has been pursuing her solo career since the late ’80s. Widely known as the “Queen of Metal”, she’s considered a trailblazer for women in a male-dominated genre.

Klaus Meine Presents the Award in Person.

Scorpions frontman Klaus Meine attended the ceremony in person and delivered a heartfelt tribute before presenting the award to Doro. Moved, she expressed her gratitude:

“I’m incredibly happy and deeply touched. It’s a great honor to receive this lifetime achievement award from my hometown of Düsseldorf.”

“A very special thank you goes to Klaus Meine from the Scorpions for his touching tribute and his wonderful friendship. This night will always hold a special place in my heart.”

Of course, the Rheinische Post also shared why Doro was chosen for this prestigious recognition:

“The rock singer broke into the male-dominated world of heavy metal in the 1980s with Warlock. Doro Pesch has sold over ten million albums and played 3,500 shows in 60 countries, making her an internationally recognized figure of the city. As a celebrated solo artist, she brought metal- sometimes with softer tones – into the mainstream beyond the usual audience.”
