Italian power metal act 4TH DIMENSION has revealed the details of the new album “Dispelling The Veil Of Illusions”, set to be released on March, 21 on Power Prog Records.

The album was produced by Tancredi Barbuscia and recorded/mixed/mastered at Greenriver Studio in Varese (Italy). The cover artwork opus was made by Italo-Chilean illustrator Claudio Bergamin, renowned for his collaborations with Arjen Lucassen, Battle Beast and Tierra Santa.

Interview with 4TH DIMENSION: “Where our soul dwells, Reaching our Inner Sanctum…”

4TH DIMENSION was founded in 2005 by singer Andrea Bicego and keyboard player Talete Fusaro. Since the beginning the band focused on a specific style, symphonic power metal, following the steps of metal gods such as Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica, Rhapsody of Fire & more. During the first year the current line-up was built, comprising also drummer Massimiliano Forte, guitarist Michele Segafredo and bass player Stefano Pinaroli. In early 2011 4TH DIMENSION signed for italian label 4CRASH & BURN RECORDS and the band’s debut album, “THE WHITE PATH TO REBIRTH”, was released on 25th, March.

Sonata Arctica: Support Bands Revealed

Sonata Arctica has issued the following update on band’s official web site:

Italian act LABYRINTH (out now with a new album: “Return To Heaven Denied PT 2”) has been confirmed as main support band for all the European dates of SONATA ARCTICA‘s  THE DAYS OF GRAYS tour 2011. On the first 11 shows (from Bratislava to Pratteln) there will be also another italian band, 4TH DIMENSION (about to release the first album: “The White Path To Rebirth”) as support band. The Norwegian act Triosphere will take 4TH DIMENSION’s place on the remaining shows.
