Jem Aswad from Billboard attended the after-party for LED ZEPPELIN‘s Celebration Day at New York’s Monkey Bar, which followed the official US premiere of the film at Ziegfeld Theater. The event featured appearances by KISS’ Paul Stanley, METALLICA’s Kirk Hammett, JOAN JETT, STEVIE NICKS and of course members of the band; ROBERT PLANT, JIMMY PAGE and JOHN PAUL JONES. Celebration Day will have its UK premiere at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on October 12th. Jones, Page, and Plant will also be attendance for this special event. A very limited number of tickets are available here. Premieres for the film will follow in Berlin on October 15th, where Jones is confirmed to attend and Tokyo on October 16th, where Page will be in attendance.
