GCM Music and Alka Record Label, in cooperation with Black Widow Records and Desert Dreams Productions (USA), are proud to introduce you to the new release by dark rockers THE MUGSHOTS: “LOVE, LUST AND REVENGE “.

2012: The Mugshots gave life to a collaboration with DICK WAGNER, legendary guitar player for Alice Cooper and Lou Reed, plus composer/performer for the likes of Peter Gabriel, Ray Manzarek, Kiss, Aerosmith, Meat Loaf and many others. The artist produced, arranged and performed on five songs for The Mugshots, the first european band ever produced by Dick Wagner, supported by associate producer Susan Michelson, formerly working as backing vocalist with Michael Jackson.

The EP has been mixed at prestigious Chaton Studios (Phoenix, Arizona) by Platinum Award Winning Producer & Engineer, Otto D’Agnolo. Such studios have been the location where masterpieces from the likes of Neil Diamond, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soulfly, Kenny Rogers took shape.

Mastering has been done in Massachusetts by dr. Gil Markle, who worked with Stevie Wonder, Aerosmith and The Rolling Stones among the others. Dr. Markle is famous for having been an associate professor at Clark University while collaborating – at Long View Farm – with people such as John Belushi.

The cooperation between The Mugshots and the above situations will endure in the future, as further projects are about to take life.

The new release by The Mugshots will see the light on March, 29th 2013: it will be available worldwide through Black Widow Records, released by GCM Factory along with Alka Record Label as digital distributor.

The model featured on the cover will be Suzi Lorraine, american actress in international horror movies and model for the original “A Nightmare On Elm Street” gloves.

The songs of “Love, Lust And Revenge” are featured in the original soundtrack of “Reversed”, a movie by canadian director Vince D’Amato, produced by Brivido Giallo / Creepy Six Films, to be released Spring 2013.
