LORDS OF THE RIFF VOL. 2: Hitting The Road This Autumn

Following on from the deafening and monstrously successful first instalment of Metal Hammer and Classic Rock’s own Lords Of The Riff tour, which took place earlier this year and starred Scorpion Child, Monster Truck and Buffalo Summer, the time has come for it to happen all over again. This autumn, venues around the UK will resound to the life-affirming sound of some of the heaviest riffs currently available to human ears, courtesy of three of the hottest new bands on the planet.

Thunderous redneck rockers ANTI-MORTEM , epic stoner riff-wielders KYNG and organ-hammering groove-masters LIONIZE will feature on a rotating line-up so heavy that we can already feel the ground rumbling!

Lords Of The Riff Vol. 2 will hit the road in November for eleven skull-shattering dates that promise to be one of the hottest tickets in the heavy music world this autumn.

“We’re really excited to tour Europe with Lionize and Kyng,” says Nevada Romo of Anti-Mortem. “Both are visionary bands for this time. We have heard amazing things about Europe and it’s reception for this type of rock in roll. We’re really looking forward to seeing how the fans receive us.”

ANTI-MORTEM: Confirmed For Lords Of The Riff II

Oklahoma ground tremblers ANTI-MORTEM are pleased to announce their UK live debut on the Lords Of The Riff 2 tour, blasting off this November, Leeds being their first target.

Following on from the deafening first instalment of the Lords Of The Riff tour (which starred label mates, Scorpion Child along with Monster Truck and Buffalo Summer), it’s happening all over again with Volume 2! Venues around the UK will resound to the life-affirming sound of some of the heaviest riffs currently available to human ears.

Joining our own Anti-Mortem, will be epic stoner riff-wielders Kyng and organ-hammering groove-masters Lionize(fresh off their recent support slot with Clutch) on a rotating line-up for the ridiculously reasonable price of £10 per ticket!
“We truly love these bands, and it isn’t often that Classic Rock and Metal Hammer agree on anything, so when we do, we party,” says Alexander Milas, Editor-in-chief of Metal Hammer and TeamRock. “This tour is about getting behind the best young bands in our world for a proper run of dates, and for a fair price. We can’t wait to see you there.”

Hard rockers ANTI-MORTEM are set to release their debut album, New Southern, on April 29th in North America via Nuclear Blast.
