GUNS N’ ROSES will follow in the footsteps of METALLICA by releasing a 3D movie this year.

Filmed at a three-hour show during Axl and co’s Las Vegas residency in 2012, the film, titled ‘Appetite For Democracy’, will be released at a limited run of cinema’s on April 3.

Following its cinema run, ‘Appetite For Democracy’ will be released as a standard DVD featuring the full show plus interviews as well as a 3D Blu-ray accompanied by the 2D version, plus deluxe DVD, CD and digital download packages.

Full UK cinema listings have been published on the movie website. GnR recently confirmed they’ll return to Vegas for another residency in May, with a show entitled No Trickery: An Evening Of Destruction featuring material from throughout the band’s career.
