ABBATH, the band founded by Norway’s iconic black metal front-man Abbath Doom Occulta (formerly of IMMORTAL), are streaming a new track taken from their forthcoming, self-titled album. The track, titled “Ashes of the Damned” is streaming now at Revolver Magazine.

‘ABBATH’ will be released by Season of Mist on January 22. The album will be available across multiple CD, LP, and Cassette formats. Pre-orders are now available at the Season of Mist E-Shop.

ABBATH previously premiered “Winterbane”, the JUDAS PRIEST cover for the track “Riding On The Wind”, and “Count the Dead”.

ABBATH recently announced their first-ever North American tour as headliner of the 2016 edition of the Decibel Magazine Tour. The trek begins on Mar. 17 in Baltimore, MD, and sees them joined by HIGH ON FIRE, SKELETONWITCH and TRIBULATION. The band also decently announced their first ever European tour. The tour, kicking off on January 29, sees the band travel through Europe alongside BEHEMOTH, INQUISITION, and EN TOMBED A.D. A full list of confirmed dates can be found below.
