“For The Heart, Soul and Mind” comes off ASHES YOU LEAVES‘ sixth studio album, “The Cure For Happiness“, which is scheduled for release on November 29 worldwide via Rock N Growl Records.

The CD was recorded in the G.I.S. studios, under Matej Zec’s watchful eye. The record will see the enchanting Ms. Giada “Jade” Etro behind the microphone. Be prepared to hear the perfect soundtrack to your suicide!

Female fronted Doom/Gothic metaller ASHES YOU LEAVE have posted a video featuring performance footage from the band’s July 14 appearance at Delta Summer Street Session 2012 in Rijeka, Croatia.

The band’s line-up will consist: Giada “Jada” Etro – vocals, Berislav “Bero” Poje – vocals & lead guitar, Matija Rempesic – guitar, Marta Batinic – violin, Luka Petrovic – bass guitar and Sasa Vukosav – drums

When Ashes You Leave was formed back in ’95 all the odds were against them. Back in those days dreaming about music success in war torn Croatia was just one step from being classified as a lunatic. A few young doom metal fans had a different idea. They actually decided to beat the odds and formed, what later became the biggest Croatian metal band of all times – Ashes You Leave.

The waiting is finally over, The Funeral Band is back.

ASHES YOU LEAVE Have Inked A Deal With UK’s Laney

Rock N’ Growl has recently announced that Croatian doom metal legends ASHES YOU LEAVE have inked an endorsement deal with, one of the biggest world’s manufacturer of amplifiers, UK’s Laney.

Ashes you Leave was formed back in 95′ and released five albums since. Their new record, “The Cure for Happiness“, also brings a new AYL sound that combines the warmth of traditional doom and the sound of modern metal. To fulfill this task lead guitarist, Berislav Poje, uses one of the most famous Laney models VH 100 R and GS 412 IA cabinet. Rhythm guitarist, Matija Rempesic, uses the Laney’s newly introduced model Ironheart IRT120 and it’s cabinet IRT 412. “The Cure for Happiness” is due to be released by the end of 2012.
