Finnish melodic metal shooting stars ARION, who just recently signed with AFM Records, proudly present their official music video for the song “At The Break Of Dawn”.

“It was an absolute honor, pleasure and a dream come true to write this song for two great singers, one of them being a world renown super star and one of my favorite voices in metal. Elize did one hell of a job singing her part. I could easily say that this song is something to feel proud of for a very long time and represents the very best a collaboration like this can become”, Iivo Kaipainen (songwriter) states.
Vocalist Lassi adds: “Amaranthe has been one of my favorite bands for a long time, so it was a huge honor to sing a duet with Elize. Her voice is so unique and makes the song more powerful. Now finally having Elize on the music video makes the song complete.”

“At The Break Of Dawn” is taken from the upcoming album “Life Is Not Beautiful”, which will be released on October 19th.

ARION, led by guitarist Iivo Kaipainen, been around since 2011, when all members (most of them students of the Sibelius musical high school in Helsinki) were still teenagers. In 2013 ARION entered the limelight for the first time when participating in Finland’s Eurovision Song Contest qualifiers with their song „Lost”. The then unknown band ended up on a sensational #5 and shortly after was offered a deal by a Finnish label.

ARION’s debut album “Last Of Us” was released to critical acclaim in 2014, delivering an extremely mellow up-to-date melodic/power metal in the tradition of Finnish metal greats such as Stratovarius and Sonata Arctica. In the past few years ARION have stood busy with live shows and working on new material for their upcoming album, so the band’s sophomore opus, titled “Life Is Not Beautiful”, will be released on October 19th (CD, Digipak with 3 bonus tracks, Vinyl), via AFM Records.
