The UK Doomsters ALUNAH, centered around guitarist and singer Sophie Day, are set to release their third studio album Awakening The Forest on October 3rd in Europe, October 6th in the UK & October 7th USA/CAN via Napalm Records. The cover for this doomy and psychedelic sonic trip was created by London-based artist, Michael Cowell. According to the artist, it depicts “the Horned God, Herne, from traditional British folklore, in his natural habitat. A video interview between myself and vocalist/guitarist Soph, exploring the symbolism and creation of the image, will be online soon.”
