BANGALORE OPEN AIR 2012: Fan Photos

A colorful day in the beautiful city of Bangalore, India was experiencing a unique experience. Many metal fans arrived to raise their hands in unison and rock the ground. Twelve  bands blessed by metal, tuned their gear to keep Metal alive in the east. Brave hearts, Metal hearts, old and young they were all ready to rock.

As previously announced METAL SHOCK FINLAND Supports Indian Bangalore Open Air Festival 2012 which is taking place today, June 16th in the beautiful city Bangalore, India.

Now we would like to invite  any metalheads who are going to go and be a part of this unique event to share your videos, photos and even your reviews or reports with the Heavy Metal Universe on METAL SHOCK FINLAND. BANGALORE OPEN AIR has recently posted more information on festival which can be read below:
Metal heads , Some very important information for you all!!!

1) E-Ticket redemption to start on 16th June – 8:00 am onwards ( kindly carry a copy of your debit/credit card through which you have booked your e-ticket)
2) Tickets will be available at the venue from the 15th onwards.
3) You can buy tickets at all Jimi’s and Purple haze outlets across Bangalore.

4) Please use our free BOA bus services if you don’t have a vehicle for transport.
5) For metal heads travelling in cars and bikes kindly follow the route map.( and the road signage )

6) Gates will open at 9:00 am.
7) Concert will start at 10:am and End at 10:00 pm

8) If you want to book a package for your travel you can call our BOA travel desk 0944104640.

9) We have festival/band Merchandise at BOA Metal Market.

10) Please do not forget to sign the petition to the concerned authorities for our fight towards ban on palace grounds and VISA rejections.

11) Please do not bring any bags to the venue. They will not be allowed inside the arena.we will not be responsible for any losses.

12) For any kind of assistance at the venue you can ask BOA organizers present at the venue.

13) Re-Entry is allowed!!! Please carry your ticket with you always without which you will not be allowed to re-enter the BOA arena!

14) Say no to drugs \m/

15) Kindly do a research about the area for any of your personal needs.

METAL SHOCK FINLAND Supports BANGALORE OPEN AIR 2012

World Assault Metal online magazine, Metal Shock Finland supports Indian BANGALORE OPEN AIR FESTIVAL 2012. The event is scheduled on  Saturday, June 16, 2012 in Bangalore, India. After this you can read and watch all news and videos about BANGALORE OPEN AIR FESTIVAL 2012 in our website.

Metal Shock Finland‘s senior manager Mohsen Fayyazi commented on this co-operation: “It is our task to support all metalheads and metallers around the world,  I am glad that we are going to support our metal brothers and sisters in India as I find they are really talented. For me India is a beautiful and colourful country and now I’m excited about working with Bangalore Open Air Festival and the MSF team and I will do our best to bring you all the news about this event.”

 

 

As previously posted, “Listen up metalheads! We’re playing the first time ever in INDIA.” KREATOR commented via a post on their official face book page.

Bangalore Open Air posted: “Here is the news you’ve all been waiting for. We are incredibly stoked and extremely proud to present our second and final co-headliner. They are the godfathers of Teutonic thrash and have forever etched their names in history as one of metal’s most supreme entities. “

ICED EARTH  has announced  that the show is being filmed and recorded for an upcoming DVD/CD release.  “The decision of where to do the next IE live album and DVD was not an easy one.  We have experienced so many amazing audiences around the world that we really wish we could film them all. However, the electricity and atmosphere of the first show in Cyprus was so killer that we are convinced this is the best place to do our next DVD. Who knows what the future holds? There will be many more albums and touring cycles…your city may be next”, says guitarist  Jon Schaffer.

“It’s an honor to share the stage with bands like Iced Earth and Kreator that we’ve grown up idolizing. It’s going to be an old school onslaught like never before!” ALBATROSS ‘s bassist Riju Dasgupta commented.
