ALEX COLE And The BIGROUGH: Working On New Album, Video And Live Shows

Following the successful reception of their 2012 Hang On Tight EP, Italian/American Hard Edge Classic Rockers ALEX COLE And The BIGROUGH spent the following two years playing shows around Europe, with an extended international tour to California and Nevada.  Since then Alex has written several songs and is working on the new CD, video and live shows. He’s looking forward to scheduling a US tour to Nashville, Tennessee, Alabama and Texas.

Furthermore ALEX COLE And The BIGROUGH have been confirmed for Isola Rock Festival 2014, on August 22th at Isola Della Scala, Verona, Italy Set-time 9:00pm – 9:45pm. Ticket: FREE

BIGROUGH: New Single “Born To Fight” Released

BIGROUGH has released a brand new single “Born to fight” recorded under the direction of Olly Riva (Shandon, The Fire) and Mario Riso (Rezophonic), in the ROCKER srl studio placed in Sesto S.Giovanni (Milan). The band has already produced two singles, an EP and performed live both in Italy and Europe with a great success of audience. The band also cooperated with important names of the word rock scene. This bright new production is full of energy and pure “Power Boogie”. The team is composed by the artists Alex Cole (guitar and voice), Roberto Dragonetti on bass guitar and Giuseppe Inserra on drums.

The italian hardrock band BIGROUGH is a brainchild of Alex Cole, guitarist, composer and singer, who has a significant and long musical journey. After several months of disperate searching for the right partners in crime, in Mid-December 2010 Alex finally finds the right musicians to realize his project. In 2011 the band released an 5 song- EP “Hang on Tight!”. 1. Hey Alex! I’m Kostya, Welcome to Metal Shock Finland!

Hey Kostya ! First of all nice to meet you, it’s a great honour to be here. A Big hello to MSF fans !!!

2. At first, lets start with “How are you” and “What are you doing right now?”

I’m really good thankyou, i just got back from rehearsals and i’m so excited, another good riff for a new song has come. I’m very underpressured but in the positive way because i’m workin to the new stuff with my band. We are creating a lot and we can’t wait recording.
