“Black Knight Satellite”

PAIN, the Swedish metal force led by multi-instrumentalist and producer Peter Tägtgren (HYPOCRISY, LINDEMANN), are ready to unleash the follow-up to 2011’s “You Only Live Twice”. After the substantial success of Peter‘s LINDEMANN project with RAMMSTEIN vocalist Till Lindemann, he retreated and took time to write another industrial metal statement entitled “Coming Home”. The release of this record is scheduled for September 9th through Nuclear Blast.

Mastermind Peter states:
“Black Knight Satellite is based around a story that circulates on the net, both interesting and confusing. The song is an up-tempo song, with orchestra parts and chugging guitars – it will be great live. A typical Pain song. Didn’t wanna start off with a surprise this time :)”

A few days ago the band announced that they will be hitting the road for a full European headline tour this autumn. PAIN will join forces with the German gothic metal outfit THE VISION BLEAK. Two more support bands will be announced soon.

Alternative rock band DRUGS DELANEY released their debut album, “Black Knight Satellite” yesterday via Mirage M’Hal Records. “Black Knight Satellite” is a concept of a concept album, based off of real life and was produced by ‘Grammy Nominated’, Erik Nelson (Mudvayne, Mindset Evoultion, JoJo etc).

“A lot of it (Black Knight Satellite) is about being aliens a little bit, even though we are human beings. It’s funny how we can act like aliens to each other. Then also at one point, you can be really close with another human being and then something happens and…your not close but instead you both become aliens to each other.” says vocalist and guitarist Andrew William Smith

Their single “China Shop” is gaining radio attention around the Midwest. Drugs Delaney’s home city of Peoria, IL is not really known for having Alternative Rock bands, and is excited to boldly go where no band has gone before. With that, in June 2016, Drugs Delaney signed with Avviot Music Publishing out of Nashville TN, to license their songs to television, movies, commercials, and video games.

In addition, Drugs Delaney have announced new tour dates in support of the release.
