Australian extreme noise metal collective THE AMENTA are scheduled to release their latest digital offering CHOKEHOLD mid May through France’s Listenable Records. CHOKEHOLD features 2 brand new songs from the band, the title track CHOKEHOLD and a cover of GODFLESH‘s ‘Christ Bait Rising’, Both songs were recorded and produced with a modern take on GODFLESH‘s influential ‘Street Cleaner’ album’s sound and aesthetic.
The EP also features 2 live tracks taken from the bands 2011 ‘V01D’ Australian Tour as well as a remix of the track ‘V01D’.
