Sony Music Distribution company, The Orchard, has signed Des Moines, IA based Rock band, DEAD HORSE TRAUMA, to a worldwide distribution contract. The Orchard will handle U.S. and international distribution for DEAD HORSE TRAUMA’s upcoming release, LIFE, including the Video Premiere of “Fugue State” on Vevo, and many video networks worldwide.

Des Moines, IA-based band, DEAD HORSE TRAUMA has just released a short documentary on the recording of their upcoming release, “Life”. The documentary lets you step right into the studio with them and see just how things progressed. It captured the growth of the relationship with their new bassist in his first couple weeks on his “interview process”. The band will release the new album in February 2017.
The band is currently on a headlining tour, which will conclude on December 17th at BFE Rock Club in Houston, Texas before taking a break for the holidays.

They are reaching out for help to continue their tour. The band was traveling from Boise, ID to their next gig in Lewiston, ID when a pickup missed it’s turn, slammed on the brakes, and lead to a chain reaction collision.
Dead Horse Trauma recently completed the recording for their upcoming album, Life (to be released later this year), and are traveling with a whole arsenal of new music for live debut. DHT’s new album was recorded with internationally renowned producer Rick Lander of Crisis Lab Studios (Picayune, MS) and clearly showcases the growth and maturation of the relentlessly touring juggernaut.
