ALPHA OMEGA Management has a huge pleasure to announce that two of its roster bands SKANNERS (as main support) and EVOLUCIJA (as opening act) will join the Metal Queen, DORO, in St. Petersburg and Moscow, on her “Forever Warriors – Forever United Russian Tour 2019”. See the details below.

DORO Reveals New Single & Video “Freunde Fürs Leben”

After lots of great summer festival performances, DORO is now heading towards another world tour! First rocking Russia and the USA, the band will then be traveling back to Europe for gigs in Germany, the UK, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Luxemburg.

Packed in her luggage is the brand new video for her new hit single ‘Freunde Für´s Leben’(Friends For Life). A song deeply loved by her fans and the only German song on her latest, very successful double studio album „Forever Warriors – Forever United“. The album charted higher than any other DORO album previously in Germany, also reaching the #1 spot in the Vinyl Charts as well as #4 in the official German Charts!

DORO: “The fans love the song as much as I do. The video for „Freunde Fürs Leben“ turned out to be awesome and offers lots of really touching scenes of and with the fans. I wanted this song as my new single and definitely wanted the video to turn out how it looks right now.“

DORO To Release “Backstage To Heaven” EP On March 8th

2018 was an exciting year for DORO, releasing two successful albums at the same time. “Forever Warriors, Forever United” went straight to #1 in the German vinyl charts as well as to #4 of the German album charts, marking the highest ever entry in her home country.

DORO has now announced to release the 4-track vinyl EP »Backstage To Heaven« on March 8th – on the same day the second leg of her worldtour kicks off! The EP will feature two album tracks, as well as two unreleased, new live tracks.

“I wish you all a happy new year, it will surely become a rocking 2019”, says Doro Pesch and continues: “I’m really looking forward to the upcoming European tour in March and therefore we come up with something very special: We will have a new single out as a beautiful, coloured 10inch vinyl. The title track ‘Backstage To Heaven’ is another fan favorite of our double album “Forever Warriors // Forever United” and we had the famous German comedian and musician Helge Schneider in the studio as an exceptional guest, playing a saxophone solo. The following ‘Heartbroken’ has another high profile guest: Doug Aldrich (WHITESNAKE, DIO, THE DEAD DAISIES a.o.) contributes an impressive guitar solo and the B-side also offers something exclusive: two brand new live recordings from the first part of the “Forever Warriors // Forever United” tour, featuring a crunchy version of ‘Blood, Sweat And Rock’n’Roll’ and an exclusive recording of ‘If I Can’t Have You No One Will’, along with my duet partner Johan Hegg from AMON AMARTH.”

She is the undisputed queen of Rock and Metal. And now DORO is also on top of the Charts! Her latest double album “Forver Warriors, Forever United” has shot to #1 in the German vinyl charts!

The corresponding GfK press release states: “Doro Pesch is the “Queen of Heavy Metal” – and now also the queen of the Official German Vinyl Charts, determined by GfK Entertainment. With her double album “Forever Warriors // Forever United”, which contains a total of 25 new songs, she wins the duel against her genre comrades Mantar („The Modern Art of Setting Ablaze“).”

Los Angeles-based guitarist/songwriter BILL HUDSON is joining DORO tonight, September 6th, at “ProgPower USA”!

“I will be joining the absolute German Metal Queen, DORO at ProgPower USA on Thursday night! It’ll be great to be back on the #PPUSA stage once again!!! This is due to very unfortunate circumstances, and I will be replacing my brother, amazing guitarist and #TSO #TransSiberianOrchestra bandmate, Chris Caffery, who unfortunately cannot make it to this show. It was tough to learn all this music in less than a week, but It’ll be incredible to finally share the stage with my good friends Nick Douglas, Johnny Dee and Tommy Bolan (who I spent hours on the phone going over songs already). Thanks also to my bros Luca Princiotta and Bas Maas with all the help on your parts! This will be awesome! I can’t wait to see everyone!”

Los Angeles-based guitarist/songwriter Bill Hudson (NORTHTALE, I AM MORBID, former DIRKSCHNEIDER, TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA, Circle II Circle, Jon Oliva’s Pain and more) has become a very sought after name in the hard rock world in recent years. Whether he is in Germany headlining the biggest heavy metal festival in the world or in the studio recording guitars for a video game soundtrack, there’s never a dull moment in the life of the Brazilian musician. In the summer of 2015, he made history in Germany, headlining Wacken Open Air, performing in front of 80,000 fans with the TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA.
