Nuclear Blast has recently announced that the newest album of ELUVEITIE, “Origins” has entered the official German charts at the position #6. It is the best chart result ever for ELUVEITIE in Germany.
The band states:
“Wow! We just received some pretty incredible news – our new album “Origins” entered Germanys official album charts at rank 6!!! This is just mindblowing – we can hardly believe it! All we can express at this very moment is our deepest gratitude to our fans in Germany! Thank you all so much for your incredible support! You rock pretty fucking hard! 🙂 CHEERS!”
Swiss folk-metal pioneers ELUVEITIE have made their new music video for “The Call Of The Mountain” available for viewing! The track is taken from their upcoming album “Origins”, to be released on August 1st (EUR), August 4th (UK) and on August 5th (North America) via Nuclear Blast.
“With only two day to go until the release of Origins, we are proud to present to you the second video for the album: ‘The Call Of The Mountains’!” states the band. “This is a song that has a very personal connection to all of us: it is a song about the long searched-for destination at the end of an epic journey, the journey of the Celts who were to become the Helvetians: it is a song about our mystical, majestical, and unparalleled alps. We shot the video in a fitting, beautiful (and sometimes vertigo-inducing) scenery, and we hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did making it for you!”
Cover artwork was created by none other than the group’s mastermind himself, Chrigel Glanzmann. Origins was recorded once again with producer Tommy Vetterli (KREATOR, CORONOR) at New Sound Studios in Switzerland.
