Swedish metal band ERADIKATED release the new single “Precipice”, accompanied by an official music video, via Indie Recordings. The track marks the second of three singles from the band’s upcoming album Wiring of Violence, set for release on May 8.
While the previous single British Petroleum, with its punk-infused attack, echoed elements of the band’s earlier material, Precipice signals a clear step forward for Eradikated.
“Precipice leans into the groovier side of the new album,” says bassist Erland Östberg. “It builds on the groove that sets the tone for the record. Driven by an inciting marching rhythm and a powerful chorus, we invite listeners to join the fight against the darkness that defines our world. We think it has the potential to become a live classic.”
Hailing from Sweden, Eradikated have steadily built momentum since the release of their 2023 debut album Descendants, which was nominated for a Swedish Grammy in the Hard Rock/Metal category.
Swedish thrash metal band Eradikated return with new music and a clear statement. With the release of the single “British Petroleum” on February 19 via Indie Recordings, the band also announce their second studio album Wiring of Violence, out May 8. The single is released alongside a brand new music video.
“British Petroleum” is fast, furious and unapologetically aggressive. Modern thrash metal rooted in the spirit of the genre, but driven by urgency, political rage and raw energy rather than nostalgia.
“British Petroleum is a big fucking middle finger to the oil industry. The song is punk. It’s fast. It’s furious. Oil companies have knowingly sacrificed humanity for profit for over half a century. Read that three times, then think of this song as pure anger,” says Elvin Landaeus Csizmadia, vocalist, guitarist and lyricist of Eradikated.
Wiring of Violence is produced by Jakob Herrmann and follows the band’s debut album Descendants, which earned Eradikated a Swedish Grammis nomination in 2023 and positioned them as one of the most exciting new thrash acts in Scandinavia.
Known for their explosive live performances and intense crowd connection, the band continues to grow beyond borders.
“British Petroleum” is the opening strike. Wiring of Violence is what follows.
ERADIKATED have released their third and final single ‘Flood’ from the band’s upcoming full-length album “Descendants”, coming out on October 6th via Indie Recordings.
Furthermore, Indie Recordings also has dropped the pre-orders of physical album copies (vinyl + CD).
“Flood is the perfect track to unleash right before the album release, to give the listener a last hint of what’s to come. This track is pretty much a mix of all the music I’ve ever wanted to listen to and play. I really hope you can hear and feel the raw energy in the song, just like when we play live. Completely unpretentious and no damn compromises!” – Calle Frogner Moberg (Eradikated)
Eradikated has been going full speed ahead since the first single Flames, from the upcoming album Descendants, was released in March. At the end of May, the second single Faced was released, which became the perfect warm-up for the summer with shows at Sweden Rock Festival, Gefle Metal Festival and Summer Breeze Open Air among others. After these prestigious festivals, Eradikated has been highly praised for their insane energy on stage, and the band’s streaming also increased significantly in connection with these shows.
FIRST FULL-LENGTH ALBUM Immediately upon signing the record deal with Indie Recordings last November, the wheels were set in motion and plans for the release of the Eradikated´s first full-length album Descendants were initiated. Three singles will be released before the album in it´s massive and raging entirety will drop on October 6th.
The album is produced and recorded by the band themselves in Ragnar Östberg´s (guitarist Eradikated) studio East Hill Audio, before it was sent to be mixed and mastered by the renown Gustav Brunn at All In Audio, who has previously worked with acts such as Bomber, Obstruktion and Viagra Boys (live: sessions).
Descendants is a conceptual album that takes place in a near-distant apocalyptic future of anguish and rage, and all the lyrics make up a coherent story, written by front vocalist and guitarist Elvin Landaeus Csizmadia.
BACKGROUND AND HISTORY After playing under the name The Generations Army since junior high in 2015 – and with three self-released albums and 200+ live shows, the band began to feel the need to take things one step further and professionalize their career.
So under a new name, but with the same constellation The Generations Army reformed as Eradikated in September 2021.
Things quickly accelerated. A management agreement was signed with Martin Gustafsson and Republic 66, not long after that collaboration with booking agent Martin Karlsson in Concerts Alive was in place.

The band also got to single-handedly represent the Swedish hard rock and metal scene during the Norwegian showcase festival by:Larm 2022, in Oslo last September.

“Eradikated’s gig at by:Larm 2022 was nothing but pure, raw chaos where the band really made an unforgettable impression in front of the large part of international metal and rock delegates. As one of the Nordic´s largest independent metal and rock record labels, we jumped on the chance to sign Eradikated the moment they showed interest.
We are extremely proud to welcome these extremely talented young Swedes, and look forward to showcasing them internationally!” – Erlend Gjerde – Indie Recordings

Swedish thrash-metallers ERADIKATED release yet another fast-paced thrash banger with their new single «Faced», transporting you straight back to the glory days of thrash metal. Their powerful performance and distinct sound combined with a brilliant production, clearly demonstrates the band’s musical versatility within their genre.
March 2023, Eradikated dropped the first single «Flames» of their upcoming debut album «Descendants», which will be released on October 6th later this year.
The track really hit home with thrash fans that watched the music video over 40 000 times during the first month. In addition to a successful single release, the band also landed prestigious festival shows in Europe at Gefle Metal Festival, Sweden Rock Festival and Summer Breeze Open Air 2023.
FrontmanElvin Landaeus Csizmadia states: “Faced is a heavy song with a quite unique sound. It’s about an internal crisis of faith inside the head of a rich and powerful protagonist. This battle of wills is reflected by the depth and variation in sounds, riffs and vocals.”

After witnessing a brutal live performance at by:Larm last year – resulting in an in-pronto meeting with Indie Recordings, it was only a question of time before a record deal between the band and the Norwegian record label was set in ink.
The collaboration is truly a perfect match for both parties.
ERADIKATED have proven to be Sweden’s hottest and most promising new thrash act, so when the opportunity arose to work with this extremely talented and aggressively driven young quartet, Indie Recordings – the Nordics biggest independent rock and metal record label, were quick to jump onboard.

The first glimpse of this dystopian saga is available now with Eradikated’s first single Flames and the accompanying music video.
The song’s rapid and explosive use of changing rhythms and tempo, paired with brutal riffs and a catchy chorus, makes Flames the perfect taste of what’s to come.
This is the spark that ignites, the accelerator, the inevitable uprise of the final revolt.
No one escapes, no one is excused.
