MASTER: Pre-orders Now Available For The Witchhunt

“The Witchhunt”, the forthcoming 12th studio album from death metal pioneers MASTER, is now available for pre-order.

Set for a September 27th worldwide release on Germany’s FDA Rekotz, “The Witchhunt” will be available on digital, CD and white, black or blue vinyl formats. Several pre-order CD/LP + t-shirt packages are being offered. FDA Rekotz and MASTER are also offering an ‘Ultimate Fan Package’ that includes the album on CD and vinyl, a MASTER t-shirt, patch and sticker and a copy of “SPECKMANN – Underground Survivor – The Pictoral,” a limited edition, 196-page book featuring pictures and stories from MASTER founder and death metal pioneer Paul Speckmann.

MASTER: Signs With FDA Rekotz, New Album Due In September

Death metal pioneers MASTER have inked a deal with German extreme music label FDA Rekotz for the band’s landmark 12th full-length album, which is scheduled for a late September release.

MASTER‘s legendary founder and frontman, Paul Speckmann, commented, “We are proud to be working with Rico and FDA and look forward to a solid future together.Watch for the next masterpiece to be unleashed on September 27th, 2013.”    

FDA Rekotz has posted a video teaser for the upcoming album at this location.  

After releasing The New Elite last year to widespread critical acclaim, Speckmann and MASTER waged war on false metal across the world with an ambitious string of dates that saw the band ravage audiences across Europe and North America.

As the saying goes, there is no rest for the wicked, and MASTER is back in action for the True Underground Warriors Tour with ENTRAPMENT, bookended by select European festival dates. More details on MASTER‘s upcoming FDA Rekotz debut to come.

DEROGATORY: Sign With FDA Rekotz

American classic death metallers DEROGATORY have recently inked a deal with FDA Rekotz. FDA Rekotz have announced the following:

Their debut, Above All Else will be released by the label later this year. Be prepared for some blastin’ death metal in the vein and with soul of the good old late 80s/early 90s American death metal elite.
DEROGATORY was formed in late 2010. Founding guitarists Christian Ordonez and Joe Viwatkurkul wrote all the early material with Chris later taking the position of changing the music style and riff writing even further with later material. DEROGATORY has seen three drummers come and go before current skin-basher Coyoton stepped in. Bassist Daniel Alonzo rounds out the lineup. In 2011, the band recorded a demo, which spread like wildfire around their native Los Angeles. DEROGATORY specialized in heavy music played  with fury, speed and technicality.
