Davis gives the viewer a look into the inner layer of GOD FORBID, unveiling their practice space and recording mayhem. Davis also discusses the trial and tribulations he faces as a musician while working through obstacles the band faces during the recoding process. Coyle talks about the sound GOD FORBID was working to achieve and the direction the band wanted to go when recording Equilibrium.

Over the years, God Forbid have not only become a worldwide name, but also quoted and respected as one of the greatest metal bands in the world. With 5 studio albums sitting behind them, 2 EPs, a constantly growing fan base, ‘Equilibrium’ is looking to be mile marker number 6 for these monsters of metal.
From the very start of this album you are thrown head first into the depths of possibly God Forbids heaviest, most progressive album. It’s not just a ‘good’ album; it’s a ‘great’ album. Davies taking melodic metal vocals into the deepest darkest depths of hell and further and taking you with him – head first! Expressions going far beyond just ‘riffs’, mixed with the unrelenting heavy sound that God Forbid are famous for is massively shown throughout this album. Half way through the album you almost think to yourself “this can’t possibly get any heavier”, but it does! With haunting riffs and melodies, Davies’ control of expressively powerful vocals, extremely overwhelming phrasing and immense bass lines, all combined with the most intense drumming I’ve ever heard on a God Forbid album.

American metallers GOD FORBID have recently released a new video teaser clip for band’s upcoming music video “Where We Come From” from their forthcoming album “Equilibrium” which will be released on March 26th.
Lead guitarist Matt Wicklund says “Where We Come From is a really cool video for us because it gives an honest glimpse into a real day in the life of all of us and takes you through the entire journey from the daily grind to doing what we love on stage!”
“The Making of Equilibrium” video series gives you the FIRST LOOK at God Forbid’s upcoming album from inside the studio. Part 3 features exclusive footage of guitarist/vocalist Doc Coyle as he talks about what it was like to work with producer Mark Lewis. Guitarist Matt Wicklund also discusses what he brings to the table for Equilibrium, out 3/26.
